Dunkin’ Donuts

I can’t stress enough to stray away from
This dunkin. The service is awful, the store is messy, and i can’t forget to mention that after spending over 25 dollars in store, they had the audacity to try and charge me 60 cents for a cup of water. I would recommend any place other than this dunkin unless you want rude service, a long wait, and to be charged for silly thing s like a cup of water. STAY AWAY

When Raj is managing, everything runs smooth. Donuts are not that great, but service is usually pretty good. Had an instance where guy served a donut to person after me before serving me, but I suppose we all make mistakes. Late nights attract students studying, but a loud fat woman occasionally stops in to ruin any sense of peace.

For a restaurant that has the word donut in the name, I was very unsatisfied to learn that their donuts are not freshly made, but frozen and thawed for preparation. Their brewed coffee also tastes very low quality, I have to douse it in cream and sugar to get rid of the foul taste it leaves in my mouth.
I walked in at noon on a sunday and ordered the drink I get from most coffee shops, a medium iced caramel latte. I paid, and sat down to wait, and was informed over the counter that their «latte machine» was cleaning and the drink would be awhile. Luckily I was in no hurry, however I was very disappointed to be informed of the delay of the serving of the drink after I paid. The customer service is very inconsistent. One of the men who often takes my order cannot speak very good english and my ring-​up time suffers from this, and the drink I order is often wrong. There are a few teenage girls who work here, most of whom do not make an effort in casual conversation at all, even when I initiate it. However, the night manager, Carol, does a great job of recognizing the customers as well as preparing the drinks at a speedy pace, despite the fact she is generally the only one on shift.

Their fresh coffee has always been the best out of any DD I have been to.
Yesterday, 9−03−15, I went there. I wanted one bag of coffee.
Salesperson said, «$ 8.99.»
I said, «I think it is supposed to be $ 9.99.» Another s’person said. «They are buy two, and
get $ 2.00 off.» I said, «O.K., I will get two. One decaf and one regular.» I told them there were
no decafs up front. One went to get a bag of decaf. So, the «other» guy rang up my two bags of coffee, and when I received my decaf I left.
I checked my online bank statement this a.m.
I WAS CHARGED FIRST, FOR ONE BAG OF COFFEE from the guy who went to get my decaf! That was never cancelled. Then I was charged for the two bags of coffee, a totally separate transaction… They are a distance from where I live. Oh, and I asked that the
receipt be put in my bag, please. NO receipt. Wish me luck getting my money back!

I love dunkin donuts period. But this location is my go to spot. They are always friendly and never get my order wrong. I’ve been in very early in the morning and throughout the day. They are the best DD for service I have found. Their store is clean and orderly.

I frequent this Dunkin donuts and I must say the customer service is amazing. I’m always greeted with a smile and my coffee ready once I get to the counter.
The staff is very nice and friendly, restaurant is always clean and even though there is usually a line, there is always very little wait.

I usually stop in here at some point when I’m home visiting my mom to gab coffee and sometimes a bagel. The staff here is friendly and generally pretty quick. If you need a coffee fix and don’t want to pay $ 10 for a coffee, DD is your place. Parking lot can be a little crazy sometimes, but all in all a good DD.

I stopped by this DD a few weeks to grab my grandparents (90 years-​old) a dozen donuts and young guy behind the counter made my day. He has to be the happiest most enthusiastic donut man I have ever met. He had my mom and me smiling and laughing. It is great to see someone love their job. Moreover, the donuts were fresh and delicious to boot!
