Jimmy John’s

Use this place a lot to grab a quick sandwich. Today there’s an extra wait because «the bread needs to cool down». A couple of weeks ago they couldn’t make a number 9 because they had no ham. Kid told me they ran out and no one there at the time knew how to use the slicer to make more. Usually a big Jimmy Johns fan but this one doesn’t seem to be run as well as others.

No delivery service!!! Since they have been open, not once have they ever been able to deliver an order!!! Jimmy John’s advertises fast delivery, what, it takes YEARS to have one delivered from this location! Disappointing!!!

I heard there delivery times have been off recently so I was nervously ordering delivery since I got back in town. I just ordered at 1:54pm and just got it at 2:05pm so that was great! Hopefully management has noticed complaints and trying to work things out… Anyhow. Keep it up !

Very slow delivery today but the owner was nice enough to compensate me for having to wait. always good food from JJ’s

I hate when it says that they are open at 11 and at 11:06 I walk up to the door and a bunch of little JJ fucks all see me and then look away leaving standing at a locked door like a jackass just because they don’t feel like opening yet, so whatever F U I’ll go somewhere else. Whomever owns this particular Jimmy Johns may want to find someone that will open on Sundays JS.

I mean its a Jimmy Johns so I guess I expected really fast delivery. I ordered an hour ago and unfortunately i do live close by but cant leave the house. I called 40 min after my order to just check and the guy said «sorry we are slow today, we have about 1.000 deliveries». Really a 1,000! Then call ppl and tell them it will be slow. Im starving! I guess I expected a apology but he just got on my case for calling.

I’ve been to this one multiple times all when they’re super busy in the very early afternoon. My sandwich, #17 or #2 with avocado spread and cucumbers, are made fast. Staff is quaintly quirky– there’s a guy that sings falsetto if you order a pickle. Hilarious! Bathroom is always really clean. All A+s in my book.

Going into this Jimmy John’s is always a good and quick experience, but ordering delivery is the opposite. It once took over an hour for them to deliver ONE sandwich to a location only 2.3 miles away after I had been told 15 minutes… When I asked the gentlemen who was delivering why it had taken so long he shook of my question with a «You don’t even want to know». When proceeded to say no i do want to know he did not come up with any reason as too why it had taken so long.
In short: if you want Jimmy John’s I would go into the store or just not get it at all.

I almost always get delivery. Super fast, very friendly delivery driver. Only once did they mess up my order. I let them know and they did an excellent guest recovery. Very impressed.

So, nothing was really wrong with my sandwich… well they did forget the sprouts. The problem with this place is with the people working there. Normally JJ’s are a pretty well oiled machine. Not this place. It was like no one knew what they were doing. They game me a sammie then told me it was wrong so I switched it, but was afraid I was still getting the wrong one. Whatevs, I got the right one in the end… just don’t come if you’re in a hurry or you will likely leave wondering what just happened…

First let me say that I really enjoy Jimmy Johns. I like the timeliness of service and the quality of the food is pretty good.
My standard order, every Friday for the last two years from this same Jimmy Johns location, has been the #5 «The Vito» with capicola on the side. I order it on the side because I enjoy capicola by itself and not part of the actual sandwich. A simple request that has been honored time and time again. A simple request that rivals ordering with no lettuce or no tomato. Just a simple request.
They pull some power play on me saying they are not allowed to serve it that way and that Jimmy Johns corporate policy dictates that the meat be enjoyed on the sandwich or not at all. I remind them that I have consistently ordered this sandwich, this same way every Friday for the last two years and have never had a problem. Again, they insist that the cold-​war philosophy of only one way or no way at all is the policy and that they cannot deviate from this or Jimmy Johns will strip them of future franchise opportunities. A severe penalty indeed for putting capicola on the side. The owners again assure me that such far-​left orders like mine have never been carried out as they have six, count them, six video surveillance cameras that oversee quality control of their employees and their actions (YES, this was the actual conversation.) The conversation concluded that I am a liar and that they have never made the fabled «Vito with capicola on the side.»
I fancy myself a renewed Subway man after today’s experience, however as I part ways, my final words to Jimmy Johns is, «Jimmy Johns, tear down that wall.»

Super friendly staff. Very clean. Fast service. I can walk in with a 15 or 30 piece platter order and be out in 10 minutes. I feel the sandwiches are even fresher than other locations… milford. cold veggies and always fresh bread! Love it!
