The service was horrible they don’t speak English very well and their MANGER doesn’t even know how to use a cash register

The first order through the drive-through sucked. It sucked because even though I was trying to order a chicken taco on a hardshell they kept trying to give me a taquito. After three times going back-and-forth they gave me the hardshell with chicken but it was upside down with the food outside of the actual taco. Did I deserve that because they they wanted to give me a taquito? And they didn’t give me a receipt. After I scarfed down the three tacos I went back and if I was still hungry. They seem very short staffed and I waited a long time without being great it in the drive-through with nobody in the window. This was a convenient stop off the five freeway because during my 2 Hour Dr. home it’s nice to have a quick place to stop by or freeway on and off ramp. But I should’ve just went to Sergio tacos.

I’m not impressed! For the price of the burgers I would of expected more I don’t mind paying for a burger as long as it’s not messy and nasty! And the fries! They need a lot of work ! Tasteless !

Worst carls jr ive been to. Michelle from the drive thru has horrible customer service is rude and is slow. I also bought a cookie Monday night went back two nights after and got charged a completely different price. I even have the receipts! Shady business ethic! Gave this location more than one chance but they always find way to screw it up!

Went thru the drive thru on the way to a park about 20 miles away. Purpose: to enjoy a nice picnic style lunch with my family. However the order was mega screwed up. One drink was completely wrong. And two of the sandwiches were not what we ordered. My tacos tasted horrible. I asked for extra ketchup(we ordered 5 meals) and received 4 packets. And there were only 3 napkins. Awful.

Horrible service. Had to leave before placing an order, twice already. All I wanted was a drink. Being the next in line I wasn’t expecting to wait 20 minutes to order.

Carl’s Jr is the first fast food restaurant introduce a natural burger with no hormone and other filters that’s in a process burger patty. The burger patty is grass fed that they say, other gourmet burger places use fresh grass fed meat on their burger but little bit more expensive. Last night my wife and I went to Carl’s Jr to try out the Natural burger to see the big hype and controversial about this burger and criticized by the burger lover community. I always bring my restaurants coupons luckily I have a coupon to buy a natural burger and get the other one for free, I use it that my wife and I try the burger. We couldn’t wait to taste burger then finally they brought us our food. The burger look very tempting and I took a bite of the burger, wow amazing flavors like mustard, pickle, cheese and the lettuce and to tomato on fresh baked bun that’s a gourmet burger that I really like. The natural meat patty is really good great flavor. We would try the natural burger again.

The food is great, but the service is terrible. It took nearly 30 minutes for one meal. I was on my hour lunch and I did not have enough time to eat. This location needs to improve their performance.

I was not greeted, had to guess she was ready to take my order since she just stood there without a word. Didn’t get a thank you, the only thing she said was combo? Then the amount due. The sandwich was Luke warm, it was pre-made and had been sitting a while. If I never come back here it will be too soon.

I’m normally a fan of Carl’s Jr, but this one on particular is the pits. The food had been cold and tough both times I’ve been and I went at different times of the day. The customer service is also lacking.

When does a «Plain big burger, just the meat and the bun» mean anything else? Apparently ALL the time at this location. I try to give this location more and more chances to get an order correct because they are conveniently right off the freeway on my way home, but they finally sealed their own fate and lost my business with this last mistaken order.

This place gets PACKED on the weekends… mainly because it’s right off the 5 freeway and because it’s so close to the Citadel. It was so packed we couldn’t even find a table so we just ate in the car. Also… I’d like to say their six dollar burgers are NASTY!!! I don’t know if it was just the burger, maybe I wasn’t in the mood for it, or if it was their new«buns» they used. Either way… it just did not agree with me and I did regret it for the rest of the day.

Went to the drive through. They handed me my food and said, «Thank you.» Little did I know they kept my credit card! Had to drive all the way back to retrieve it and they had the audacity to tell me «I left without grabbing it.» Why didn’t you just give it to me before you handed me the food and waved me off??? 1 star for wasting my time and not owning up to your mistake, or being apologetic whatsoever.

It’s right off the freeway at the Citadel shops, and here I discovered that Carls Jr will swap a turkey patty onto their other burgers if you ask! I got a memphis BBQ burger, but with a turkey patty: Sweet awesomeness of a Carls Jr onion ring on a cheeseburger that i can actually eat. That hit the spot! I’d go 4 stars, but the dining room service was a little bit lacking — we ended up sitting at a table that probably needed a quick wipe down from the last diners. Décor highlights Carls’ history as a southern california fast food institution. Kinda fun to look at the photo of the old menu and wonder why they got rid of the pastrami and tuna fish.

It’s Saturday afternoon and I just spent the last hour on the freeway driving from work to Commerce in order to go shopping at the Citadel, but damnit, I’ve got to go to the restroom. So after turning off of Atlantic onto Telegraph, I pulled into Carl’s Jr. The parking lot is full, so the restaurant is packed with people. I tried to open the door for the women’s restroom, but it was locked. What to do, what to do — I went into the men’s restroom, locked the door and did what needed to be done. By the time I was finished, the mother with her child was still not done going in the women’s restroom and there was a line for the men’s. The men’s restroom was clean and tidy.

I am a fan of Oreo cookie so I have to try the Oreo ice cream sandwich. Not a fan of vanilla ice cream but it wasn’t bad. The size was kinda small though =(It was smaller than the size of my palm. Hand scooped Oreo ice cream sandwich for $ 1.49. 3 stars! Great for summer time. Carl’s Jr restaurant’s Oreo ice cream sandwich is kinda yummylicious!

It’s been a long time since the last time I had a Carl’s Jr. anything! I was going back to work after leaving Urth Caffe tonight and was hungry because I really hadn’t anything to eat since my feast this morning at Ciro’s Restaurant. I wasn’t sure if the dining area was open and the Drive-Thru window seemed like a more sensible solution, so I utilized it. Ordering through the Drive-Thru was easy peasy because it was midnight and nobody was there. I ordered the #14 combo(Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich) medium with a bottle of water. $ 8.10? This thing better be good! I uploaded the image from the Carl’s Jr website and the photo I captured with my handy dandy iPhone. You compare! Medium Fries: 2⁄5 Temperature was hot to warm, perfect for quick consumption. This tray of fries was not very full, but I shouldn’t be eating a whole bunch of fatty fries this late at night anyway! Some soggy, most firm. Not soft in the center. Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich: 1⁄5 Although it is not fair to compare a studio photograph of a food item against the real deal set before me, I can claim I was disappointed in the overall appearance. I couldn’t bite through most of the sandwich because the rubbery charred surface of the chicken would not cut with a bite. As a matter of fact, when I would bite, the chicken would begin slipping out of the sandwich! The flavor of the sandwich overall was: meh! In writing this review, I recollect that most of my Carl’s Jr experiences(all at different locations) are identical. It has been a long, long time since I had a satisfying meal at a Carl’s… :-/
