Instructors are amazing, but class didn’t start on time. Today’s class started almost 30 minutes late and the time was not made up. It is a fun environment to learn bachata.

Hey if you have two left feet this is the place to come and learn the intructors are great the best of the best. Demetrio, DJ Soo Naasty he’s the very best. Excellent Dominican bachata instructor so much patience, the time he takes to teach the steps over and over until the entire groups gets it, excellent humor, so kind and respectful. He makes class fun. A place to learn, socialize and get your workout at the same time.
The girls are great, very friendly atmosphere and there bachata nights is the best in town. Jorge and Aubrey are very dynamic in there dancing. They got skills! Great place, great instructors! «It will change your life.»

Whether it be basics or advanced learning these classes have it all.
Bring a partner or come solo they will make you feel welcomed either way. They have different levels for the beginning dancer or advanced for a seasoned dancer.
There is social dancing after some classes so you can plan and stay after, Wednesday’s are my favorite nights (you can practice what you just learned)

Everyone must come to Stevens steakhouse! If You’re looking for the best Bachata lessons in LA u ought to come to Jorge’s class. I kid you not. I’m a dancer and I’ve taken several bachata classes with other instructors but none are up to my expectations. The ambiance and the energy of his class is very welcoming and you literally end up leaving 100% more confident and ready to hit the floor with your new moves. I have gone about 3 or 4 times and every single time I leave wanting to come back for more. I brought two friends the last time I went and both left the class wanting to stay for the social session. Everyone in the class is just friendly (no snobs or show offs like Hollywood studios) and you get to make new friends.
Wish I had more time in my schedule to make it every week but for sure will try to fit in more classes with Jorge soon.

So… At first I was skeptical about the location… I though what the heck it can’t hurt to try ! It ended up being the most fun I’ve had on a birthday! I wanted my girlfriends to come out and dance the night away with me. I arranged for everyone to meet me At Stevens Stake House early on for dinner, and had a surprise for my guests… BACHATA LESSONS! So many of them had been wanting to learn but always found and excuse. I called before hand to make sure there was enough space and for details! Jorge was so thorough, patient! My party had a blast! The classes where awesome and fun! No partner needed! Till the day my girlfriends still talk about my bday! some have kept going to classes! It’s addicting! You’ve been warned

Jorge is a wonderful dancer and patient with teaching the steps to beginner dancers. You can see and feel the love of dance and dedication in the way he teaches and runs Que Rico Dance Company.
