Over 40 minute wait in drive through very bad customer service. Don’t come to this Starbucks what’s so ever!!!

This Starbucks is completely terrible. The workers are extremely rude and rather gossip than take your order. After waiting in a usually long line my coffee always comes out terrible my mocha frappucino came out basically white and my friends coffee was so gross we had to throw it out. Even the place itself is gross. The tables are sticky and trash is all over the floor. Not worth coming here at all. Waste of money and time.

The employees are nice, even if none of them are over 30. You can ask for a small, medium or large and they won’t roll their eyes at you. I like that they even play Juan Gabriel here.

I’ve never written a review before but since the service sucked so bad, here goes. Asked the cashier for help choosing a drink and he was completely rude. They have no sense of order. Many people behind me got their drinks before me. On top of that they got my order completely wrong. I didn’t have time to get it changed because I was already fed up and late for work. I’ve never had a bad experience with any Starbucks until coming to this location. Never coming here again.

I came here yesterday and the service is not good! First no one greeted or took to notice me waiting in front of the register, I had to keep repeating what I wanted and when j found a spot to study, the table was dirty and sticky, it’s their job to keep it clean how hard is it to wipe a table when it’s right in front of where they make the coffee. The workers seem careless about their customers, and people who were there were loud, and gave my friend a mistaken drink. I got really irritated here ! they need to create a better environment for their customers !

If you are going to pre order a traveler coffee, make sure they get your phone nember. I made an order and they ran out of boxes. Very disappointed with their service today.

i come here pretty often. i try and stop by everyday on my way to work. Its a typical busy Starbucks but the morning staff is always super friendly and ready to take on the day.

The best brewed coffee out of every millions of Starbucks I’ve gone to! This place in commerce/east Los is the best! I would like for it to be a bit cleaner but it’s ok the flavor is delish! My favorite all time drink is Venti iced coffee with 2% no Sweetner… And if I need to drive miles to get it at this location I will!

WORSTSTARBUCKSEVER!!! The lady who took my order was very nice. I ordered a pizza turnover and a venti strawberries and crème. I got my drink at a reasonable time, but they forgot my food. Once I got it I left. As I drove to work I took a bite out of my food and to my surprise it was cold. So I took a sip of my drink and it tasted a little funky but figured it was just the aftertaste of my toothpaste. WRONG. within 10 minutes my drink began to separate. Weird right? I mixed it a bit, took another sip, and still the funky taste. By the time I got to work my drink had separated dramatically. I sent the photo to a friend who is a manager at a different Starbucks and she told me not to drink it, that she was positive the strawberry syrup was expired. UGH! I called them to let them know and all they did was offer me a free drink. Wtflip? Do you REALLY think I want something from your store again? HELLNO! your food is cold and your ingredients expired. I recommend you find a better Starbucks for your caffeine fix.

Horrible service. Drive thru sucks! Was in line for over 15 minutes. And there were only 2 cars ahead of me. When I came up to the window and paid it took about 10 minutes to get my 2 drinks.(Grande Mango Black Tea Lemonade and Grande Carmel Frapp, oh and 1 choc chip cookie). There were about 5 employees at the window totally ignoring me. Once they finally acknowledged me, they jumbled around and asked me what I had ordered again. Another 4 mins went by and once they handed me the Carmel Frapp it was half full!!! So was the tea! Then they made me wait longer just for my cookie. Really?! Get your stuff together Starbucks!

Do not use the drive thru if you are in a rush. They take too long! I was stuck in it for 25 minutes!!! Ridiculous!!! They have no control over the orders. No one knows what’s what. It’s chaos. I’ve been here before many times, it’s my local Starbucks and it was not like this before. Now it’s so different.

I like how this starbucks is big compared to the usual sbux. They have powermats coming soon too: D I prefer to go to other sbux however coz I dont like the environment here. But the baristas here are very nice and I prefer this sbux better than the one at atlantic and washington blvd, commerce next to lees sandwiches.

If you don’t bring your own cup, this is probably a decent Starbucks. But if you bring your own cup, and it’s not the exact same size as what you’re ordering, you’ll get substandard coffee. I ordered a short caffe latte, and I noticed the barista pouring the steamed milk into a short cup first, then into my cup. For frappucinos, I can understand them using a cup to measure out the ingredients. But measuring out steamed milk? Wtf? When you pour the steamed milk from one cup to another, then another, first of all, you lose the foamy part. Second, the milk’s not as hot when it hits your cup, and it’s just warm milk, instead of steaming hot foamy milk, so the entire cup doesn’t taste as good. They threw away half the cup of steamed milk too(and the cup they used to measure the mlk). Seriously, they could not just eyeball it? There’s penny pinching, and then there’s penny pinching where the quality of the final product is affected. Plus, isn’t the whole point of the bring your own cup program to save the environment? I seriously doubt an ounce more of less of milk would have killed them. I always get caffe lattes from Starbucks. This cup wasn’t as good as the usual ones. It’s coffee I could make at home by microwaving a cup of milk and pouring it in with my espresso. It’s definitely not normal Starbucks quality. Not going back. Do not like this location.

I asked for a grande drink and they give me a cup full of with a little bit of coffee!!! This place may be spacious and nice on the inside, but the staff is an absolute nightmare!!! I’m not saying all the staff is, just these girls that are like complete cholas, straight out of the hood. They are so rude and don’t have any manners at all. It may be close to my house but it’s totally not worth going to, never going back there again. I cannot believe I payed $ 3.15 for this so called drink. Such a disgrace to the Starbucks company.
