Not much of a selection. Some good deals but the customer service is the worst. I had the worst experience here last year when I was traveling from Asia. I think the associates thought I couldn’t speak much English because of my heavy accent but I heard them talking badly about me. I was asking a lot of questions because I was confused about the promotion and they were very rude. They kept giving me faces like they did not have time for me when I was a paying customer! And let me tell you not once did these employees smile. They seemed like they hated their jobs. The only time they really payed attention to me was when I stepped next to the expensive glasses. And when I ended up buying a pair I overheard them talking about whose sale is was. I didn’t understand what that meant. One of the employees called the girl Anna and on my receipt I have the name of the employee Monica. One of them is short with glasses and the other was skinny and tall So if you’re at this location do not go to them. They are very rude and like to talk about you. I called a couple days later because I wanted to speak to the manager but they didn’t let me speak to her so I’m making this review because I had a family member go in last week and they had a similar experience.

Thanks to Valerie I got the perfect Armani sunnies that fit my face perfectly. she was very patient while i was so indecisive on which pair to choose. definitely gonna come back for next year’s spring and fall shades. #Summer2014

Oh dear. I’m actually very surprised at how bad the rating is for this store. I’m surprised because when we went, we were not only provided with amazing customer service but were also provided with the exact sunglasses we wanted for a fraction of their actual prices! Although we had just gotten back from Vegas the day before and completely obliterated our wallets at the outlets there, we decided why not make a second trip to the Citadel Outlets? We walked in and saw all the sale signs. Immediately I tell the bf, «look for the foldable Dolce and Gabbanas. See if they’re on sale!» He’s got a great eye and finds them BUT he finds them in a section called«Imperfects». Not knowing what the exactly entails, we ask the closest associate(Juan). He thoroughly explains to us that it just means that sometimes the companies send pairs of glasses that aren’t exactly up to their standards for retail sale. So Sunglass Hut gets the okay to label them«Imperfect» and discount them heavily. He also even took 20 minutes to help us find the«imperfections» in the pairs of Prada and Dolce and Gabbana glasses we picked up. As if he couldn’t get any better, he showed us the«common» things marked as imperfections. Needless to say, we love Juan and he definitely needs to be recognized by his bosses. We walked out, supremely thrilled with our pairs of Prada and Dolce’s for the ridiculously low price of $ 450 something change.

Don’t go this store!!! Their worker treated me like shit. I got my sunglasses for final sale. They told me that my glasses do not come with a case. It’s fine to me. However, when I checked out, they didn’t even give a plastic bag or a paper bag. When I asked them to give a cheaper damn plastic bag, they gave me a fuc… Face. What’s wrong with this store. I’m a customer not an idiot! I hate this store a lot! Please try to go to other location of sunglasses hut. I hope them can fire those idiot workers!!!

Decent selection like at most Sunglass Huts. I didn’t see much of a difference in price. Isn’t this supposed to be an outlet store? Maybe I need to check again, or maybe they’re only an outlet on certain days? LOL… I’m lost.
