I visited here to change the Rayban sunglass lenses. I went every sunglass store and nobody could change the original Rayban lenses but here!!! I am really glad to find this place. Plus, they gave me 20% discount :-) if you have any questions you should ask those guys! They are pretty cool. Thanks a lot ;-))

Great experience and even better customer service! Not only does Sun’s Up sell sunglasses, but also prescription glasses which makes it extremely convenient for customers. The store has a large array of eyewear to choose from including major designer brands. Denise assisted us in selecting the perfect frames and answered any questions or concerns we had. It was her genuine personality that made a difference in our shopping experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the best selection of eyewear along with a kind and friendly staff to take care of you!

Great customer service! Check out the special deals, Ray Bans cheaper than any other store or outlet. Bought 3 sunglasses under $ 260 in August 2015. Less of a crowd than the other stores is a plus.

I was shopping at the citadel when i decide to go in to browse at sunglasses. I was approached by a very nice young lady. She showed me a ton of different sunglasses and opened all the cases i wanted with out ever seeming bothered. I believe her name was Stephanie, and she provided me with the best customer service i have received from someone in a long time. I end up buy 2 pairs of Oakley because of her help. Thanks for your great service i will send my friends in to buy a pair.

Walked in dazed and confused. Been needing new sun glasses for some time and was clueless as to what I wanted/​needed. Oscar greeted me standing in front of the oakleys and told me about the difference between polarized and regular sunglasses. Having had Lasix eye surgery recently… went with the polarized lenses.
The 10 minutes oscar took out of his day (which yes he works there but I was a pain in the butt) was so very appreciated.
Thank you and will be returning to get glasses here. So should anyone else in need or wanting new glasses

Yes, they sell their items above MSRP. and this particular shop is just scamming customer by giving 15% discounts, and turns out the item that i bought is not even original. and when I want to return, they said no refunds, exchange only.
So
If you’re looking for sunglasses, I suggest look for it somewhere else.

NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES
Okay, so here’s the story:
I just purchased a pair of sunglasses here, and I feel completely ripped off. The experience was nice, the employees were helpful, and I walked away with a pair of Oakley sunglasses for $ 160+ tax. (didn’t see the Unilocal discount option, but that was my fault)
Later, I find out that these sunglasses RETAIL at $ 150 on the Oakley website. THEY SELL THEIR SUNGLASSES ABOVE WHAT OAKLEY SELLS FOR. I tried to return the sunglasses but found out that they don’t do refunds (a fact that isn’t posted anywhere I could see in the store, which in itself is illegal…). It seems so stupid. If they sold their sunglasses at MSRP, I would be a happy camper. For $ 10, they turned a happy customer into a furious customer. Poor business practices.
I called again and they said they may be able to address the situation if I came back to the store, but I live so far away it’s just not worth it. Why were the sunglasses priced so deceptively in the first place? Buy sunglasses elsewhere. Ugh.

Best service ever!!! I walked into this store looking for a pair of Ray Bans. I was greeted by Stephanie, she was really friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and hooked me up with the mall VIP discount. I would recommend this location to anyone. Don’t forget to ask for Stephanie.

I’m so glad I decided to check this place out for my prescription glasses. They have an enormous variety of different kind of frames and glasses i can choose from. Even with the busy holiday they had a sufficient staff to accommodate everyone that was coming in the store. Oscar, the person that was helping me was very patient and allowed me to test every frame he had able that I wanted to try on. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in need of sunglasses or prescription glasses. All you need to do is bring in your prescription and it takes less than 20 minutes. If ever you happen to come in the store and need some helpful advice just ask for Oscar or Denise, and they’ll help you out.

Came here on a friday, I was looking for sunglasses for myself. When I walked in there was two girls sitting behind the counter one was on the computer, another on her phone. The first girl who helped me was very rude as if she didn’t wanna help me. The girl who ended up helping me was Stephanie I believe, very helpful and sweet! She showed me many sunglasses different shapes that she recommended for my face type.
Would have gave 5 stars if the girl wasn’t rude and off her phone.

Just bought a pair of Ray bans here and used my check in offer of 15%off. I must say this is by far the best sunglass store here in this mall. The store associate that help me was very knowledgeable and help me pick out the perfect pair. I have been to other sunglass stores in different malls and Ray bans are never discounted, They are always the same price everywhere, but I got these $ 30 less with the 15% off. If it wasn’t for the check in offer of 15% off, I may not have bought them. Big selection and great prices on designer sunglasses.

I came into this store located in the Citadel Outlets expecting to purchase a pair of sunglasses at a discounted price. The pair of sunglasses I purchased had a store price of $ 139.95 (not including sales tax). I asked the sales person if the glasses had a discount or sale price, she said «No» but I can do $ 120. including tax out the door! I thought wow this is a deal — WRONG! I got scamed — I’ve seen the same exact sunglasses at several other stores and on-​line at it’s regular price of $ 120 so in fact they up the price. In fact these sunglasses sell for $ 75.00 at the REAL discount price elsewhere. I called the store to tell them but they just said «sorry» and that they only do store credit or exchange — no refund! Customers beware!
