The service was absolutely quality. Dude is running orders to tables. Everything is wiped down. The volcano quesarito is actually spicy.
Eat here. It’s Taco Bell minus what you’d expect in the actual building.

I’ll never forget this place. For the worst reasons. In one corner, a homeless man attempting to snort cocaine, in another corner, a sketchy guy creepily flipping through a dating app, behind my table, a barefoot mother (YES, she was barefoot in a Taco Bell) leaving her toddler unattended to on stand on top of the high top. Behind the kitchen, the manager flipping the fuck out, and to top it all off, a thirty-​minute wait for food for two. I realize that a fast food establishment shouldn’t be expected to have five-​star service, but what I witnessed today was not even normal.

I have gave this place chance after chance!!! NO MORE!!! It took 22 minutes to get food. Once we got the food it was wrong. No more second chances!!!

I knew I was going to have a bad experience here last night when I pulled up to the window and the man tells me he has no meat.
wait what? this is taco bell but ok. so I ordered 2 steak chalupa’s supreme no tomatoes, 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes, a chicken quesadilla and the cinnamon delight bites.
Lets start with the chalupa: shell over fried and inedible
cheesy fiesta potatoes: fried to a brick consistency
chicken quesadilla: boyfriend had no complaints
cinnamon delight bites: just tasted funny and oily
Let me say I was not expecting a 5 star meal by any means but something is def not rite here. Granted the man behind the counter was very apologetic for the lack of beef.

Food is hot, but it takes at least 30 minutes to get it if you go through the drive-thru…and you have no way to leave the line once you enter.

After 2 inaccurate drive thru meals I’ve learned a lesson or two. Check your bag before leaving the window. Or perhaps a better lesson would be to move on to the next fast food restaurant. No matter how good a meal is, if it’s not what you ordered, what’s the point!
