This is by far the worst restaurant in the state of Georgia. No matter how many times I call corporate, yell at managers, or revisit, they never get the order right. After going in today to eat lunch (I work at the gym next door) they just stood behind the counter, staring at me with both registers closed, and did not even acknowledge my presence. Aside from having a very substandard health inspection score, 93, the entire staff looks like drugged out zombies. This is ironic because 104.7 the Fish (a garbage Christian music station) is the only thing they ever have on the radio. I will never frequent this FRANCHISE (yes that means all Zaxby’s everywhere) again! Period!!! If you want decent chicken, go to Chik-fil-A, Bo jangles, KFC, Popeye’s, Churches, or Boston Market. Anywhere but Zaxby’s.

First, the service was pretty decent. Considering our large group that came in, she did a good job at getting our order right so props to her for that. However, I should’ve seen it as a sign of the food when I’d ask her how something was and she’d respond, «I don’t know, never had it,» and that was on several food items.
The food was just OK. I’ve had way better wings. These weren’t terribly tasting or anything, I’ve just had better. I’d skip coming here if there was a better alternative but we were passing by the area and saw this place so we wanted to give it a go. Meh, I’ve had better.

I don’t understand the popularity of this place. It smelled oily but I was with others who wanted to stay. We ordered chicken nuggets (tough), grilled chicken sandwich (tasted like rubber) and grilled chicken salad. It is fast food not worth the price. The only positive were the nice people working here.

I have never been to a Zaxby’s where the food has been bad. Here, I had a fried chicken salad with texas toast. Great portion size. I also shared the grilled chicken sandwich basket which came with fries. Also good. I was tempted to get a milkshake, but held out.
The only negative experience I had at this location was when I asked for the special Zaxby sauce. I realize some people come in and take twenty — and that costs money! So, as a result, they charge 25 cents per sauce container. But, don’t you think they should at least give you one complimentary? Then, if I want extra, I will pay. Don’t know if this is a national corporation decision or this individual store, but despite ordering two meals, they wanted my 25 cents before they would give me a sauce packet.
Otherwise, good experience and great proximity to the Tanger Outlets and I-85.
