Clearcom Wireless

Their employees always leave notes like these ones and it’s so inconvenient. 4:30? Really? You’ll return 30min before closing time? This is the 3^rd time I’ve encountered this with them and every time they always come past the time put on the sign. It’s so annoying. Bring lunch with you. Update I waited till closing time and they never showed up.

I couldn’t be happier with the level of service from the people at this store. I came by late in the afternoon and was in a hurry. I wasn’t a current customer so I needed to start from step 1 with getting service and a phone and thought it would be a painful process. I’ve been with AT&T for over 15 years and have not been happy so wanted to try a different carrier and I’m glad I came here.
Level of service was excellent. They answered every question I had, didn’t try to upsell although they did offer options that made sense such as going with LTE over regular 4G. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They even filled out the phone rebate forms for me so that all I had to do was put a stamp on the envelope and mail it.
I’ll be switching over my other 4 lines to here as well. Cell coverage has been great, data is fast and works very well everywhere I go. Thank you for the excellent service.

I bought a lg phone a week ago over here and it doesn’t work! They won’t exchange it for me, telling me to go to corporate store

On 3÷27÷2013 I came into the store to purchase a «brand new» battery for my LG esteem. I paid the full price for brand new, pack. I was told it would take 3 – 5 days. I wasn’t able to get one until 4÷8÷2013. (not a big issue, and out of their hands) When I got home and opened the package (that was clearly not LG factory packaging, as I have ordered the same pack online and know what factory sealed packaging is) This was a ziplock package, and inside the package it was in a plastic bag, with one side opened. I did not have to tear or damage anything to get the battery out. Upon inspection of the pack itself. I noticed a scratch on the LG pack, and its slightly soiled, from obvious use.
I called Clearcom a few minutes ago and they said that’s how their supplier sends them, and to bring it back, they will make it right. They «are going to call the supplier, and have another one sent» ehh… I’m considering getting my money back and just ordering one from LG like I have done in the past. to insure I get a brand new battery. If they don’t have LG factory new packs at this store.
I have had far better customer service at this location, then the «get wireless» store near concord bart. despite this incident, I will come to this store for my next phone upgrade (to Samsung GS3) or maybe better than that, since I will wait until the MetroPCS and T-​mobile merger is complete in the next two years.
had they Not been so desirable to «make it right» Clearcom wireless would have lost me as a customer, and I would have given a low rating.
If I receive a truly brand new battery from this store, I will rate 5 stars. for excellent customer service.
As for the other guys near bart «get wireless» I will never go there (although I live right by them. They have horrible customer service, have screwed me over in the past) see my review of «get wireless» for details.
I would rather drive, or ride my bike (as I did yesterday) a mile further to bring my business to Clearcom Wireless.
I reccomend this Store over the other guys ANYDAY.

Came into the store just to browse their collections and offers. Was helped out by one of their reps (Kenya) who was helpful for the most part and then later by a male worker (who may have been the owner but idk). Overall we were able to pick out an affordable phone with all of the features we wanted along with an affordable plan :)
