WARNING!!! STOP QUICK PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! This is the absolute worst MOST unprofessional printing place ever. First off they are over priced for the quality that they did. What you get isn’t like the sample they display out at all. They print out a paper material sticker to press on and it comes out feeling and looking just awful!
My personal experience with my brother there was the just overall bad. We saw a funny design and decided to get it! Their shirt fits oddly so we decide to get our own shirt for the comfort. The guy prints out a paper design then press it on, only to feel like a piece of paper literally! We asked him specifically how to wash it and the employee told us to wash it inside out and do not dry. We paid him in cash only to see him pocket the money into his own pocket and not in the register and doesn’t even provide us with a receipt! Shady right there stealing from his supposedly owner who doesn’t ever shows up! So then we took it home washed it inside out in cold water. When we took it out of the wash, the ink basically bled off the design looking faded in certain area and it looked overall messed up! So I told the guy and brought the t-​shirt back and said my brother haven’t even had a chance to wear it yet and it came out of the wash partially faded and the ink bled.
The first thing the incompetent employee said to me was why would you wash it if you don’t wear it? I said bc it’s common sense to wash an unworn item bc you never know who tried it on at the store before you or if the shirt is dirty. Then he blamed the shirt quality being bad and this has never happened to them before. And I said we did exactly what you said and it did, proof is in front of your eyes! Then he argued and rudely kept interrupting me saying it must be your washing machine or your detergent or you must’ve used bleach that’s why it faded! I have a front loaded giant washing machine and I did not use any bleach product and they basically don’t back up their customer satisfaction guarantee policy and I think it’s complete bull and a shady way of doing business!
They offer my brother another one but my brother said no because why would I want another crappy paper feel printed shirt. We just wanted our money back and never refer anyone to this business ever again! I demanded a refund and they insisted they have a no refund policy but I said it’s not a very customer satisfaction guarantee pilicy. He said well his boss is willing to give me a refund on one condition, they keep the shirt! WE SAID HELL NO to that because we bought our own shirt and we didn’t use your shirt so the shirt it’s still ours! If so pay me my shirt cost then fine they could keep it! It’s the principal that matters and not me keeping the shirt for free then wear it! We said fine if you want all you guys owe it’s the design I’ll take a scissor and cut it out if the shirt then you can keep it, I ether have a shirt we won’t ever wear again with a fat fur out hole, it’s just the principal and they get their proof of faulty bad printing! But they insisted no so I said fine give me your owner number and he refused. I gave my number for the I owner to call me and 2 days go by nothing! I called mall security and they told me file a formal complaint against them to mall management and the general manager of Sunvalley will contact me within 2 days. Then the employee basically threatened me saying the owner isn’t ever going to call you now bc you complain to the mall and now you’re never going to get your money back!
Even if mall management can’t end up helping I hope they will go out of business one day for karma kicking their behind and may this review help those deserving honest people!

Sweatshirts, tanks and shorts customized here and have been very happy with their work. They will provide T’s and sweatshirts but I have also brought in an item and they provide the customization. When there, you can email your artwork to Sherif or let him know what you’re looking for and he’ll work with you to get the perfect design. I’ve found that the prints wash well and love the items I’ve had made for myself as well as family gifts! Great customer service!
