So I hardly ever come in this store… its kind of hidden and i forget its here. I was just wondering the mall seeing if i could find something worth buying … After a few disappointing stores, I saw this one. I figure what do I have to loose… I love stores that have lots of color… this one did. For me I like the pastels and reds and I love teal… so they had all my colors… GREAT what do I do. Well thankfully for me most the stuff was too big so I didnt have yo worry avout spending too much… I found some leggins and a comfortable casual shirt to go with it. I did see a few other night wear that ill be going back to buy… This store is a little pricy yet its most of the stuff in contra costa is expensive So the lady that helped me was awesome… very friendly and had alot of good suggestuons… She definitely knows the layout of the store(very helpful) I didnt get her name and she didnt have a bame tag . Oh well… yet im very very very happy with my overall experience

Not good customer service… Prefer to go to vacaville store or sacramento… They only want to help you in what they have in stock… Otherwise forget about asking if u can order on line…

Technically I can’t even give the store one star if I could give zero I would. This store manager Stephanie and the asst manager Megan are the rudest most unhappy people I think I have ever met. I know from an employee as well as a customer point of view what goes on in this store. These two managers say so many mean things about there customers usually behind their backs but sometimes to their faces. They are so unwilling to work with the customer in anyway. I can’t believe the district manager Debbie even allows this to take place. According to employees even when the district manager is told of negative situations because of her relationship outside of the work place with store manager Stephanie, nothing is done about it. The clothes aren’t worth the horrible shopping experience. If you have to order from Lane Bryant I recommend doing an online so that you don’t have to deal with these managers and their attitudes as well as their store doesn’t get the credit. I stopped shopping at lane Bryant months ago after learning of how their employees are treated by managers Stephanie and Megan. I have found better quality and more appealing apparel at place such as forever 21, torrid, and macy’s.

Located on the lower level of the Sunvalley Mall next to Ms. Fields cookies and across the way from Cinnabon. I’ve always found that amusing. This location of Lane Bryant is smaller than others I have been to, but is laid out well. They carry more stock of the larger size clothes. It does get a bit stuffy in there maybe turning up the a/c a bit would help. The sales associates are always helpful and eager to help find your size or an outfit for an occasion. Check out can be a little slow.

I only shop here because of the clothes. On the other hand, the shopping experience is horrible. How many times must the sales people ask if I am shopping with my Lane Bryant Card? You are asked when you are walk in, while shopping, when entering the fitting room, while trying on clothes, at check-out. Then this past weekend, I was asked 3 times within 2 minutes if I wanted to be fitted for a bra. I don’t mind being asked once, but the people who work here are excessive with their sales pitch. I even shop with my iPod to send the message to leave me alone, but they still get in my face. I already wrote to corporate, but nothing has changed. The other Lane Bryant stores are not as pushy, so I recommend visiting their sister stores unless being disturbed every few minutes does not bother you.

Nice selection, I wish the things that sold fast were able to be reordered. I bought some really cute Capri Pants and went back a couple weeks later for another pair and they were sold out. They have good sales, coupons and great customer service. They even remembered me and asked how my last outfit worked out. I love these ladies. One thing that brings the rating down a bit is how slow it is to check out at the register. The ladies seem to be working quickly which leads me to believe it’s either the register software that needs updating or they need to open a second register quicker? At Christmas if you’re in a hurry forget about it. During the peak hours the store should consider assigning someone to the dressing room only and someone else to the register only.

Had a meeting at work and went to the closet to find an outfit. To my surprise, all I had were jeans and some t-shirts! I needed to get something ASAP! Went to Lane Bryant and browsed the work wear section until I thought I’d turn blue in the face. Although I like the outfits they have there, I am on a budget that doesn’t allow for extras. That makes shopping for a new outfit very hard. A representative named Inga helped me put together an outfit and informed me that there was a sale going on with clothing priced as low as $ 6.99. That price is right up my alley! I found some pieces of clothing I liked and tried them on. Finally I went up to the register and stood in line. They had shoes on display too! I only had sneakers, so I needed some decent shoes too! Found some cute shoes and got back into line. Inga was the cashier who rang me up as well. She found the box of shoes from the back stock area and put them in the bag too. She cut me a deal and found a coupon that fit my shopping qualifications and would reduce the price by $ 25.00! I left the store happy to have such great service. Here’s the kicker. When I got to my destination, I showed my husband the good deals I’d found. I opened the shoe box and found only one shoe! Immediately I called the store and Inga picked up the phone. I explained what had happened and she apologized a dozen times and asked if I would be able to make it back down to the store. I went back down to the store, she filled the show box with the missing shoe and then gave me another coupon for my next visit because of the obvious error. I used to go there only for my bras and now I am a loyal customer! :) Thank you!

Laney– OMG, I like totally miss you and heart you long time. You are my all time fave(so far) in the Bay. I used to hear that you were #1 and heard u were the pilot store but then I found out, the real #1 is out at Stoneridge. Too far for me to go and totally out of the way so you’ll always be my personal fave. I have other Laney B faves but they are not in this area and/or state and this is all about you right now. You’re kinda like my man Target but you’re a woman so let’s not even go there. In fact, he would be jealous if he knew that I spend more on you than him. Which is why Ive recently tried to cut back on both of u greedy bytches. Ive learned to make due with what I have, for now. But tax refunds are coming soon so you know I will be back for some spring time and summer time loving. The great thing about you is even tho I pay a bit more, you last long and continue to look good wash after wash. Anywho, I better get going.
