I come here for one thing– moo-lattes. They are great, I love the coffee moo-latte, they are very quick with their order, and usually theres no line. The staff so far, has been decent. When I’m craving a good dessert, I either come here or go to Tutti Fruiti for some sweets. For 2 dollars this place is great, and i’m glad I’m not spending 5 dollars at starbucks for something I can get here for only 2 bucks! There’s been time’s when the ice cream machine’s are not working and I question why they are open. But other than that, my experiences here have been pretty good.

I like chocolate, too. The problem is there is not enough of us wanting to get chocolate softserve ice cream from Dairy Queen. To be fair, hard frozen ice cream have a long… long… shelf life; whereas the ice cream mix to make fresh softserve has an expiration of less than a week. If I am a DQ owner and could not move the chocolate softserve fast enough before the expiration date, I will have to discard the expensive case of mix. Make sense? I would rather not getting my chocolate softserve than be served expired product. What I would suggest is to ask the store when they will have chocolate softserve. If they say Friday Saturday Sunday, go on the first day they give you. It is the delivery day when the product is freshest :) Another option, I ask for dipped cone, or Oreo Blizzard or Blizzard with chocolate syrup.

Went here for ice cream after dinner. Asked for a chocolate come with chocolate sprinkles. The kid behind the counter had me pay then told me they had no chocolate ice cream. Should have told me that first. I begrudgingly said ok as long as he put the chocolate sprinkles on it. He went behind the counter and came back with like 10 rainbow sprinkles on it. I told him I asked for chocolate, and he said oh, we don’t have those. At this point I was just pissed and grabbed it and walked away and he gave ME an attitude about being unhappy. Also, the whole time he was helping me he had a headphone in. I understand he was a teenager who probably doesn’t make much but this was just unbelievable. Whoever runs this location is either the laziest owner ever or just couldn’t care less. I can’t believe this place is still open.
