I ate there tonight. They put customer in customer service. Great food at a great price. If your looking for a quick burger or a gyros this is the place. We will try them on Sunday for breakfast.

Ordered a cheeseburger, steak sandwich and fries. Came to about $ 9 and change. I saw a char broiled grill and was excited thinking that they would grill their burgers, but they dont. They put them on skillet grill instead. The cheeseburger was tasty, but nothing special about it. Burger felt a little too much bread versus meat. They could be a tad bigger. Daughter enjoyed the steak sandwich which was just bread and meat. I would have ordered it if they offered steak sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo and onions. Some of their décor still shows signs of the old Quiznos that used to be there. I overheard the next customer asking for a hot dog, but they said they couldnt offer him that because they were frozen. So he settled for a burger instead. One unique feature from this place is they deliver. I’ll give their breakfast a shot one weekend, perhaps their claim to fame will be that versus the burger.

King Diner is about 2 weeks into their soft opening, and it seems really good so far. It is clean, affordable, and tastes great! It’s nice to have another alternative for breakfast, and all of their breakfast plates come in under $ 5. I get the impression that this is a hamburger /hot dog place, but they also have a full selection of cold sandwiches, plus a few other great options(gyros, philly cheese stek, meatball sub, hot pastrami). I didn’t have a hot dog, but they had quite a few to offer: foot long, Polish dog, chili dog, hot links, and corn dogs. Lunch plates are about $ 6(including frys /rings and a drink). Their hamburgers are very good, and they have some other variations of burgers(garden burger and a fish? burger). They serve Coca-cola products, and have an iced tea machine that serves up four fresh-brewed varieties(including a sweetened black tea). They also have a Dreyer’s cooler, but I couldn’t tell if they were actually using it yet. But they do have milkshakes on the menu. I’m glad I ate here, and I’ll be going back! The service was great.

I found this place in my neighborhood tonight. It is a very small establishment, but the food is good. The menu is pretty small in comparison to bigger places, but what they lack in variety, they make up for in quality and customer service. The guy that helped us out made sure that we were taken care of. He was pleasant and offered us ranch and ketchup. I know that sounds like a small thing, but sometimes I feel like I have to fight for those things at Burger King or Jack in the Box. The price for the food was incredibly inexpensive as well. I will certainly be going back next time I want a burger or a hot dog.
