Colleen of Holderness, I heard most of the left over consignments were donated to Girls Inc in Concord.

Holy Christ I might not even bother– you can get Kohl’s brand clothes cheaper at Kohls — brand new. Its a small store and honestly I didn’t see much under $ 5(and as high as $ 20). That seems a little high for used clothing that was sold at Kohl’s, Sears etc. The clothing was in decent used condition, but I have found better at the Salvation Army. I’m not knocking the store in anyway as I appreciate what they do, but if I can find new clothing on a clearance rack for the same or lower prices, that’s where I would probably prefer to shop.

I love consignment stores, and this is a nice option that’s right on my way home from work. The selection isn’t amazing, but then again I may just be spoiled by the stores in my previous cities, Boston and DC. My favorite find so far was a pair of sparkly black pumps for $ 6! I also consigned here recently and found the process super easy, although I did find it odd that they actually request you bring the clothes in in a «container that you can carry», and seemed put off by the fact that mine were on hangers– I was trying to keep them wrinkle-free. But not a big deal, obviously. Overall a great little consignment store and the staff is really nice.
