Panda Express

This is our local Panda, and man what a shame… I was ordering a large order of food and was greeted with an employee that exudes attitude and disgust. I request I simple switch of something and she got irritated and short with me. She made another error and when I corrected her she stomped away. Honestly not sure I will be back to this location, I would rather travel down the street to another one. This bigger Latina girl was over the top with her rudeness, and I was just trying to order food for the family!

After waiting in a pretty long line I started ordering only to find out they have no eggplant tofu. This is pretty much their only vegetarian menu item and they let it run out! If I hadn’t been as hungry as I was I would’ve walked out but instead I continued and had to eat dry fried rice (which would’ve matched great with the eggplant) and egg rolls. They really need to be more mindful of those who don’t eat meat!

Online ordering with a scheduled time is a mutual agreement. You set the time, i pick the food, we meet at the agreed upon time to exchange pleasantries. if i wanted to wait in line for 20 more minutes, i would walk in. what is the purpose of offering online ordering if it doesn’t work?
food quality aside, its all about customer service at the end of the day and this place isnt cutting it. and no, its not my first online ordering snafu with this joint but it will likely be my last.
and it would be nice when i pay $ 3.75 extra for the pacific shrimp container that it is full, not 60% full. what a sham.

Never packed, which is good cause I hate waiting to sit down. Problem is, you have to wait for them to bust your table or do it on your own if you don’t let them know. It is busy but people usually take out. Food has always been good, I have never complained about my order. They are have a friendly staff.

Great customer service servers but the store chefs lack in quality and quantity! Vegetables are under cooked and entrees are always empty

I’m very dissatisfied with my visit at Panda Express yesterday. Most of the trays were either empty or almost empty. My favorite dishes were not available, I was told I had to wait 7 minutes. I did order the Honey Walnut Shrimp, but the lady had to scrape the tray to give me what was left because that’s my son’s favorite dish, otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it. I was also served very small portions of everything I ordered. I bought four meals to go and when I got home I just saw one fortune cookie in the bag. I wont be returning.

Omg I usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants … But I just had the most disgusting meal here … And wasted almost $ 10. I’ve been to Panda before, but this was my first time at this location.
I ordered chow mein, Beijing beef and orange chicken. (Note: I initially sampled the pepper chicken which was gross, so I passed on that and ordered two things I usually like).
I tasted the Beijing beef first and it had this weird skillet taste with the wrong blend of seasoning. Hard to describe, but it even smelled funny. Yuck.
Then, I tasted the Orange chicken and it was thick and doughy … It was so bad, I spit it out in a napkin.
I didn’t even bother with the chow mein. Just threw it all away.
SMH … I should have read the reviews before I went there. I’ll never go back to that location … Next time, I’ll make the drive to the one in Pleasant Hill.

Food is not good. Green beans were like chewing on rubber, orange chicken was soggy. They took 15 mins to get me out the door with only 2 people in front of me. And the food is already cooked! Could have gone to a sit-​down place and got fresh food for the amount of time it took. Then they charged my twice for one meal by accident. So they had to refund me and charge my card for a single meal. I never have luck here and I don’t know why I continue to return. Never going back now after this experience.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food, you’re definitely in the wrong place. This is fast food with Chinese-​inspired flavors. That’s what I’m looking for when I come here and I’m not disappointed.
The food is okay, something I eat more because it’s convenient grab and go food on the way home from work after a long day. They’ve updated their menu to show how healthy (or unhealthy) their food is, so you can make an informed decision when deciding between a 500 calorie orange chicken portion and a 150 calorie mushroom chicken portion. I usually disregard this advice since I love the taste of orange chicken, but occasionally it does remind me to eat better.
Service is okay as well. They’re nice behind the counter. Once I did have a bad experience, as they refused to make a dish they were out of, even though they were an hour and a half away from closing. I was mad about it but have lowered my expectations accordingly and now it’s water under the bridge

The tables where dirty it was 11:30 and people were coming in for lunch they where having people wait for 5 to 10 minutes for food. REALLY! We are coming from work to eat lunch and have to lose time waiting for food from our lunch time making it 10 minutes less from our lunch time. Boooo Panda your food is good but service sucked!

This place is the bomb. I would definitely recommend it. the customer service is always really good.

This place sucks! Save your time and order to go food from Mann’s or Hunan! Better service, better quality, less wait time– it’s a win-​win no matter what. Disappointed.

Customer service is A+. Love their food and employees. I recently saw a new working girl named Samar who always carry a nice smile around while working which makes me comfortable to ask for extras lol. But overall, I’d recommend this store out of the other ones.
The down side about the store is they never prepare for enough food but other than that, food is delicious!

I’ve been coming here since they opened and with 1 issue that got resloved, this location is pretty great. Food is nice and fresh, service is decent… although busy a lot! Place is kept very clean and it’s spacious and not cramped like other locations.

I was excited to have a Panda Express near my home but this one is Managed by a Not very nice person! (Same one everybody else complains about) She is extremely stingy on servings, & treats customers & employees Badly! I will Never walk in the door of this Panda again if She is On-​Duty!!! Even the girl at the counter said that Everybody complains about her, but they can’t do anything about it! Obviously the Panda Express Franchise does Not pay attention to Unilocal or care about how their Manager’s treat Customers & Employees!!!

I normally enjoy Panda Express, but this one sucks. They are extremely slow. The last half dozen times I have been in here they have ran out if food, and I’ve had to wait along time to get what I ordered.
The employees that work here are horrible.

The service and food has really improved and I’m a regular fan now.
The orange chicken and steamed rice is my favorite. A plus side is that the line moves fast and a lot clean tables are available.

It’s fast food… well, at least for the most.
Sometimes, we are in a bind. Or, just to lazy to cook. Usually the laziness or convenience situation is what sucks me in here every so often. And, considering the fact that my guy like’s the place.
Most of their food just tastes… well, cheap and artificial. Go figure. But, their famous «Orange Chicken» is not bad. I usually get the chicken and green beans, which is just sub par, however, it turns out to be one of the lower calorie options (they have the calorie count presented on the glass window pertaining to each dish). Most of the food is not anything worth having the next day, quite opposite compared to most Chinese restaurants I have been to.
Fairly inexpensive depending upon what you get. I always order everything a la cart. I’m not a rice or chow mein person. Mostly because I’m usually watching the carbs.
Like most Panda Express, this place get’s PACKED in the evening, so avoid if you can any time after 5. Unless your willing to stand in a long line.
Service is just so-​so. Interior is nice and appears clean.
I will probably return again– when that lazy, convenience issue arises.
