Rick from RE-​NU Carpet Care is an all around stand-​up man. The kind of person who gets right back to you, sets an appointment as soon as possible, is on time, professional and friendly, and has deep expertise. He’s more than fair with his estimates. I will most definitely ask for his help again and highly recommend him.

I called Re-​Nu in desperation to get rid of cat urine stains and odors in three areas of my house, after trying all the typical products available to a homeowner, to no avail. Rick, the owner, answered the phone himself, answered my questions, gave me a cost estimate over the phone (which was accurate and reasonable for services received).
Arrived actually 15 minutes early for the appointment, and did the work himself. Professional, no nonsense, great, clean work. Did not scold me for having used a number of home remedy products – as a matter of fact, didn’t ask me if I had done this at all! Carpets cleaned up beautifully except for a couple of unremovable smallish stains of long duration, which is understandable. I would definitely recommend this company, and will use Rick again. I am so relieved! Great value!

Rick cleaned the carpets and stairs in my office and did a fantastic job! He was on time for the appointment & I liked that he arrives ontime (I had problems with other companies giving me a two hour window of when they’d arrive & still being late). Great customer service, very friendly, and would definitely use him again & recommend him to anyone!

The owner/​operator Rick Cabral was fantastic. He moved the furniture that I couldn’t do myself, did the carpets and the microfiber couch. It was all beautiful. Before he left he gave the kids little notepads with pens, and said he would come out for a touch up twice in the next 60 days (once in the first 30 days, once in the second 30 days) to clean any spills or stains that happened. The guy was older, totally non threatening, and really very committed to doing good work. We even had a spill while he was still there (on a carpet he hadn’t cleaned) and he went and cleaned it up for me without adding any cost.

What a professional! Carpets were sick before with cat pee, poo & throw up stains as well as dirt stains. Well, you would barely know it now. I know, don’t expect miracles, as my carpet was sick for a long time, but if you want your carpets to look as good as possible, use this carpet cleaner!
