The people that say this pizza is bland or tasteless are the same ones use to the loaf of bread most pizza places call NY style pizza. I grew up in NY and use to eat pizza 3 – 4 times a week. I’ve eaten at least 80 pizza places claiming to be NY style pizza in the Bay area and this is the only one that can I’ve had that tastes like NY pizza. NY pizza is greasy and really thin crust where you have to fold in half to eat it. The people complaining about wait times. I mean come on they are cooking in a food truck, you can’t expect them to have a full size oven.

There is really good service. I would say that the pizza is average, but not worth how much it is priced. I got the pepperoni and cheese pizza, and it was super greasy! I got a stomach ache from all the grease, and the pizza wasn’t even warm!

Gourmet pizza this is not. tasted about the same as any other piece of pizza I’ve ever had. I would pay $ 2 for a slice of pizza of this quality, not $ 7. Slice is large, but not enough to satisfy, so 2 slices would really be needed for a meal, and at that point you’re looking at being more expensive than any of the other food trucks.

Pizza is pizza is pizza, right? Not from these guys. You know that phrase«a little slice of heaven»? That is what a slice is from them. Perfect texture on the crust, heart balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings. Also, meatball sub is out of this world. Yum!

Look, I get it that you want to serve up fresh made pizza, and to your credit, everything you offer is really delicious — love the crust on your pizza! But this is the 3rd time I’ve had to wait more than 20 minutes just to order! And then we all had to stand around until the pizza was done baking. When you service the business parks/districts during lunch, we only have a very small window of time that we can get lunch done before we have to get back to our jobs. It would really benefit if you pre-made your pies, at least some of them so you have inventory to meet the demand. You are always going to be the most popular truck in the line-up because everyone loves pizza, but also because pizza by-the-slice is supposed to be quick and easy. Pre-stack your bowls with lettuce and similar toppings, and definitely have more than one of each pie ready to serve and THEN start throwing more in the oven. Waiting 40 min for just a slice does not a happy camper make! And you need ATLEAST3 people in there for lunch service, please! Keep making great pizza, I wont give up on you guys yet but I’ll be watching those lines before I go back. If you can make it work for me and my co-workers then I’ll definitely come back and add more stars!

Although not the worst pizza I’ve ever had, this pizza is bland and tasteless and cost $ 7. I would have walked away but they decided not to put the price on the menu(for obvious reasons) and I had already waited 20mins in line. 30mins total to get a $ 7 slice of pizza that was not even that big! Avoid it! Only plus side was friendly service but I do feel ripped off.

Wish there were good things to say, but we waited 50 minutes for one slice of pizza. During the wait, some people began to complain and one employee began to tell me very one that if they had a problem, they could all go somewhere else. Service and speed are not a priority at this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a good experience with this food truck. I was nicely greeted as soon as I walked up, and was heading back to my desk, food in hand, less than 5 minutes later. The longest part was deciding what I wanted. I had the BBQ chicken slice, which tasted good to me. I would not mind visiting again to try other slices. I feel bad for small businesses and food trucks because there is no protection from overly emotional Unilocalers. Let some time pass before unloading. I understand some said the wait time is long, but when are you going and what are you ordering? If you walk up at noon, when half the folks in the building take lunch, and it’s the only truck out there, be prepared for a wait. From the description, it looks like stuff is made from scratch or to order, so I assume that takes a little longer. Is the $ 8 – 9 range for a slice of pizza pricey? Yes it is, however, this isn’t Costco. What food truck does not have food in this price range or higher?

So the oven broke down right before 12pm. So there was an option of veggie or combo. I got the combo, which I was told just came out of the oven(not true). The slice was room temp, clearly not as fresh as advertised. The crust was good, but no sauce what so ever… Total waste of $ 7

There is absolutely no reason a SLICE of pizza should take 25 minutes. And 5 people who ordered their food AFTER me had been served while I was still waiting for my order. Honestly $ 7. is not worth it. Sorry but wasted 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting for a $ 7. SLICE. When I mentioned this to my co workers I found out that one of my co workers said they waited over 30 minutes last week for a SALAD. To «TJ” — no I am not being rude. I am being HONEST. I also have three people who were there.

I was a little dubious of proscuitto and date on a pizza — but Im so glad I tried it. It was amazing! The lunch special was $ 13 for a slice, salad and fancy drink(coke, root beer and black cherry in a bottle! Izzy and Pellegrino) I wanted to try all of slices. I hope I see them more often. Look for the bright green food truck!

Leigh is one of the most talented, creative people I know. She has had a passion for making pizza for YEARS. I finally got a taste of her delicious combination pizza and it was magnificent! I had been waiting for this business to open. She added the right combination of fresh dough, homemade sauce, garlic, olives, onions, roasted artichoke hearts, pepperoni, sausage,.etc…it was fantastic! My sister and I both loved it! I can’t wait for more! Leigh takes pride in making sure that nothing comes from a can, but from her heart made with genius ideas. I highly recommend this pizza and gourmet salad restaurant to anyone! If anyone had to wait longer than normal, its because her food is soooo good, its in high demand, and she needed backup! A slice of ItaLeigh is WONDERFUL!

This was the only food truck, also the only food option, available at my office today. It has limited options on the menu which is understandable as a food truck. Bbq chicken pizza(with red onion cilantro and other stuff), veggie pizza(artichoke mushrooms bell pepper etc), salami pizza, and cheese pizza; house salad, chopped salad, and italian salad, prices range from $ 4.75 to $ 7(and the italian salad costs the most!). 4 types of drinks: an «interesting» cane sugar root beer(Boylan bottling company), coke, sanpellegrino soda(orange and lemon). Do you know why I get to memorize every single item on the menu? Cause it took 25min to get my slice of pizza. Seriously food truck in my mind = quick service. I should have asked the frustrated people around me when I placed the order. There were people leaving demanding a refund because after all, it is in a workplace and we are expected to return to work. I was so wrong about grabbing a quick bite. This was not make to order because we cannot customize anything. My guess was, they were baking a whole pizza and had to wait for one to be done before putting a diff one in. A bad system… they should just pre made a few and just keep them warm… It was a good size pizza slice with quite a lot of stuff. Crust is ok as well. It tastes good but it is still just pizza. It was the extremely long wait that knocked it down from a 3 star to a 2.
