Woke up late this morning for work and needed a quick coffee and breakfast… Stopped at my Starbucks and went through the drive through at 6:15AM. Ordered my drink and breakfast sandwich. I was so tired, that I didn’t realize I messed up my order until I got to the window. I asked what I ordered, and it wasn’t what I wanted. He right away asked if I wanted him to remake it, and he did, super quickly at that. I know Starbucks always says they’ll remake it if you don’t like it, but I never like to take advantage of that. But today was already off to a rough start and we all know how much our coffee in the morning can change the day haha thank you friendly drive through barista!

This was a horrible experience! I just left and it took longer to use the drive thru than if I had gone inside! All I ordered was a regular cup of coffee. Instead of pouring it and letting me be on my way, the guy takes and fills orders for people behind me first. Then when I finally get my coffee it’s leaking everywhere. When I get to work I see why. He over filled my cup. Terrible experience, I won’t come here for an early cup of coffee again. Made me late to work. They need a better system or more people in the mornings to help out. Pouring a cup of coffee shouldn’t be complicated.

I just left this Starbucks. I went inside and immediately the cashier. started with the letter K(I wish I could remember her name) had an attitude and wasn’t very friendly. I purchased the refillable cups and they were stuck together so I asked for help and she rolled her eyes at me. I wanted to tell her about herself but didn’t feel the need to embarrass her in front of other customers.

Ordered a tall latte and a slice of banana bread warmed up. The banana bread was cold and moldy. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever had in my life. Totally rancid. How can they sell such a product to a customer? It took hours to get that taste out of my mouth. Such a waste of time and money.

Again bad experience! They ran out of the holiday Carmel brûlée latte! Really? Who does the ordering? They said go to another location because we won’t have anymore this year! Then why is the marketing up for holiday drinks? If you advertise then it’s clear that the product should be in stock! Awesome! Smh

Sometimes this place is awesome and there is no line and the drinks are delicious. This past experience was not good, I went through the drive thru and I was handed a drink that was dripping from the lid and it leaked all over me and my vehicle. The leaking or unsecured lids happen at all the east Bay Area locations, so this store is just one of many that cannot properly secure lids or stop overfilling drinks with ice(if they pour the milk too short then they throw in extra ice to make it look full when it is not) and this makes the beverage leak from all around the lid. What a shame, this place is hit or miss just like all the other locations around here.

I’ve been amazed at the number of negative reviews. I’m a Starbucks addict. The Pt Chicago Hwy store is the closest to my work so I go almost every day. No matter what I drink there are times when I don’t get exactly what I want and the same is true for other Starbucks. Yes the lines can be long but usually it’s cause the guy in front of you ordered a half dozen drinks, even at the drive thru. This place has a WOW factor because of the people! Almost everyone knows me and they all are fabulous at customer service. Some a little quieter than others but otherwise they are gracious, friendly warm and always have something nice to say to the customer. All try very hard and given the crowds around lunch time sometimes that’s hard to do Yes they’ve had staffing issues but they are quick to work as a team so the problems are solved. Yes they run out of food but that honor goes to the managers above the managers in the store. If we can just be a little more patient and tell them how they messed up your drink they will happily fix it So… To my friends Kristine, Torrey, Jen, Amber, Max, Taylor the latte girl, Leanne, the new guy, Darryl, Nick, Julie… you and the ones whose name I can’t remember… you are the best and you make my day. Remember to keep adding those toppings!

On thanksgiving morning, I ordered a hot tea. For some reason, my cup smells like spit. Like someone decided to lick all over the cup. I don’t know what I did to deserve them to spit on my drink because i did a drive thru and just ordered like anybody else but that’s messed up.

They place is awesome! I come here almost daily. Today’s visit was extra special because the guy working the drive thru at 11:45pm on 11÷24÷15 made my holidays extra special by his genuine service. He was just very patient as a scrambled for money and as I will leaving wished me happy holidays with a bright smile. For some reason it just brighten my day to know people are still patient and kind in the world

Nothing great here. Baristas seem okay. No one very friendly, maybe the weather. My drink was correct so that was a plus. Would have liked to have been treated as a valued customer. Bathroom was disgusting. Main reason for getting only 3 stars. Seat covers were empty, urine and blood on seat. I absolutely hate it when restrooms are filthy.

The worst customer service. I’ve been to the Starbucks multiple times, the service is always so, so… But yesterday was the icing on the cake! No hi, how are you… Here are your drinks, just stone cold face, absolutely rude!(Not to meant ion the staff arguing in the background) I told him he should try to have a better day… It’s your job to give good customer service. My brothers a manager at Starbucks and I’ve been in the restaurant business for years! I’ll be calling the manager this evening… After multiple counts of the worst customer service, people spend lot of money at Starbucks you could at least smile.

I have been going to this Starbucks for a long time and the last couple times I have visited it has been a complete disaster and very disappointing. I don’t know if they just hired new staff and they were improperly trained or what’s going on. So to start off the lines at drive through now are super long and they take forever to get your order. The worst part is that once you do get your drink their is a huge chance that they messed it up. The last couple times I ordered a drink their I ended up drinking milk, it had no hint of coffee or Carmel it just tasted like milk. If you are in the mood of drinking Starbucks I would recommend visiting another location, save your money and time, because honestly they will mess it up.

Worse starbucks in the entire universe. I DONOTKNOWWHY I EVERGIVETHEM another chance. Their drive through morning noon and night takes 40 minutes to get through. THEY are rude at the window and it is very hard to hear them because it is in the tunnel. They have all the caffiene they could ever need to drink yet they move slower than molasses. THEY need an entirely new staff. There is no exit from drive through if you have an emergency, need to escape or change your mind about waiting almost an hour for a 10 $ coffee. THEYSHOULDPAYMEFORMYTIME. This place has the worse service in the world. SAVEYOURSELFSOMETIME and go to any other starbucks in the universe.

I was there yesterday morning. The staff are usually very cheerful and kind. I’m so thankful for the coffee that starts my day. I think most of the negative reviews might stem from the actual layout of the store and the location itself. Location– it is crammed into a closed corner of a parking lot, creating a little traffic nightmare for the drive thru. It is the only coffee place in the general neighborhood, making it a super busy place to at although staff are working together to help the lines move fast, it seems to be too many customers for such a small location to serve. The layout of the building– there is a huge pillar in front of the front door. I see near pedestrian collisions there all the time. Behind the counter there is hardly any room to work it seems like the employees are doing a wonderful job of trying to make it work but the lack of space seems to add to the problem.

I have lived in the immediate neighborhood area and was excited when Starbucks was finally put in down the street some years ago now. However, the excitement has quickly dwindled down to nothing more than convenience! The drinks are great(like every other location) however service is horrible! I bought a drink today and after 20 minutes of waiting my drink was still not ready(mind you this is late afternoon around 4pm, they were not busy, only 2 customers in line before I… However their drive-thru was closed for who knows why). I advised the barista and he never received the order, a supposedly something with their«sticker machine» is not working properly. He was quick to make my drink, however I did have to advise him that there were two younger girls that ordered prior to me and they still had not received their drinks, along with the fact they just advised another employee 5 minutes prior to this. When I pointed out the employee who was advised about the 2 girls’s drinks, she had this«dumbfound look» on her face like, why are you saying anything? Long story short, it’s upsetting to be a Gold Card Holder and have been for a few years now, and in addition to my drink I did order a pastry and I was not offered any sort of compensation for their inconvenience and their store system not working properly. I would expect at least a voucher for a future free drink at the least bit I got nothing more than«sorry for the wait.» I am sorry too because I rather drive to a location that is further away and inconvenient than to have to deal with the constant delays that occur at this store! P.S… Side note: if you know your«sticker machine» is not working properly why are your cashiers not writing on cups like you used to do and things flowed much much smoother!!! I will be doing everything possible to avoid this location from now forward… Hell, it might even make me cut back on how much I spend monthly at Starbucks. It’ll save me money and less profits for a company that does t provide the quick, satisfying service they were know for a year or two ago! EXTREMELYDISAPPOINTED!

This Starbucks is never consistent… Waiting here is usually about 15 minutes… Long line or not. Every Time I’m there it has so many people working but the systems in place to keep the line going are not working… The 4 minute or less per person has gone out the window… They should really try to figure out how to make this better. Being the only drive through Starbucks around is really good for them… But honestly how can it take this long every single time… I’ve been a barista for a few years and any time anyone was ever to wait longer the expected I or the other baristas made sure we acknowledged them… And made sure they knew it was my bad… There is never a time where they say sorry for the wait or anything… Which is just good customer service.

I activated my Unilocal account again because I really don’t understand this SBs. The employees have some of the worst attitudes and the waits in the drive thru are terrible. The staff stand around and chit chat about personal stuff and don’t even care about the customers. If you say anything negative about their service, they«cop and attitude» about it. This is after several stops at this SBs and I’ll go out of my way to avoid it from now on. Have fun sitting in the long lines and wasting your gas.

30 minutes for drive thru for an iced coffee? Seriously? All the while I can hear an employee complaining about her schedule because she didn’t want to work an extra 10 minutes… Starbucks, you’re lettin me down. Seriously going to convert to Peets at this point.

Staff here are friendly and efficient! I love the drive thru but it does get packed at times. When it’s too busy it’s faster to go inside and order. But overall great experience here and I’m not left waiting for long even through the drive thru.
