The Best Workshop

I posted a review of «The Best Workshop» on December 2, 2015. I waited for a month to receive a call back from the owner, Fernando Lang, to my three voice messages left on his cell phone and his business phone. After receiving no response, I filed a Small Claims Court lawsuit to recover the amount paid for refinishing my dining room table. The finish of my dining room table had cracked and peeled less four months after The Best Workshop had refinished it. It’s been almost two months since I filed my lawsuit and it goes to trial next month. Each day the cracking and peeling of my table gets worse, so I bought a table cloth to cover it up till this matter is resolved and I can get my table refinished. I wish I could post pictures with this review so that readers could see how awful my table looks.

Incredible job refinishing our oak kitchen cabinets. Added new hardware knobs and pulls. Fernando and David went out of their way to fix our warped cabinets and replaced sliding drawers. Changed out all the hinges to European hinges. The door to our garage was a scratched up mess from our dog and miracles of miracles they fixed it to look like new. The cost was very reasonable. I’m so happy we found them!

We bought a faulty table, had it repaired by a local furniture repairman, who turned out to have done a shoddy job as evidence by table base splitting in the same place where it had been «repaired». That repairman glued the base. Needless to say, we did not want to return to a repairman who did shoddy work. We were so relieved to find The Best Workshop. The owner listened to us and discovered the crack had been glued. He, then braced the base and when we reattached the base to the tabletop, the base no longer wobbled. I highly recommend this place for quality workmanship!!!
