I have eaten at Sonic in Conover often since it first opened. The service has really gone bad over the last few months. My last visit was the worst. My order was wrong even though I corrected them twice when they repeated it back. The person who brought out my order got an attitude when I asked if he could correct it. I finally gave him back the food and he asked what I wanted him to do. I said bring me the right order and he said «but it costs us money to redo the orders!» I imagine if they were not standing around talking and ignoring the customers they wouldnt have to redo so many orders.
