Hardee’s

Took over 15 minutes to wait for our food to get done. This is the only reason why it isn’t getting full stars. The food could have been a little warmer but otherwise it tasted really good. Also an employee who came out said she had been arguing with management about something so maybe the reason for the wait was bad management?

I worked across the street from this place for years and after constantly tring to give them a chance. I gave up I would go order breakfast with no other customers in there and it would take at least 15 mins… one of my co workers took his hot dog back three times before they got it right! Poorly managed!

I would give this place NO stars if I could. I popped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I’ve never really eaten at Hardee’s (it’s been at least 25 years), but some friends were going, so I joined. I ordered the pork chop and gravy biscuit because it looked yummy in the picture and my friend said it was pretty good. I waited 10 minutes to order in line, then another 10 minutes to get my biscuit. Apparently they were behind on the pork chop biscuit making because the kitchen pit out about ten of them at once.
I took my biscuit happily to my table, opened it, and then unhappily started opening it up because I didn’t see any gravy on it. When I did, there was a small nickel size of gravy on one side, and I’m not talking a blob, I mean a splotch. I noticed the manager behind the counter so I asked her if I could have a small side of gravy. She replied, «There is already gravy on the biscuit.» I told her there wasn’t, and showed her with my fingers in a circle exactly how much there was. She told me that was what they were required to put on the biscuit. I pointed to the picture above her head and told her that’s not what their advertisement portrayed. I then asked her again if I could have a small side of gravy. She said, «then I’ll have to charge you $ 1.70».
I was not rude to the manager, but she was very rude to me. There were approximately 10 – 15 customers waiting around the register area, to either order or waiting on their order. I could see several people surprise that she spoke to me the way she did. I’m pretty sure I can go another 25 years without giving Hardee’s my business again!

This place is exactly what you expect for fast food. The employees were courteous and helpful. The restaurant was clean. The food was ok. My mother and kiddo loved their fries. Their buffalo chicken sandwich was not that good — too much less than stellar sauce.
