Casa Ole

Hello to all, the food is probably good but I did not get to this point.
I am a Trucker and when I get free time off work i love to unwind and get on my computer,
I use my computer for work as well.
So I came in to use a wall outlet because my computer needed a charge and get a drink.
There was no dedicated bartender so I had to wait which is fine but this is not a bar you want to go to the bar has 4 chairs this is strictly for family which is fine.
I kind of felt uncomfortable being in the front foya and requested to move and there was no suitable seats.
At this point my computer was plugged in across the the bar.
Now I TRUSTED THEM THAT THIS WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE.
Unfortunately one of the staff closelined my power cord rendering useless $ 100.00
I was upset and frustrated.
Now mind you I am a Trucker and I make 35, 000 to 40,000 a year.
After this I came back to the establishment
And showed my frustration and upset I asked to speak to Tyler.
This is where I get no respect as a patron and customer.
I did not… Did not go in there screaming but yes I was upset wouldn’t anybody? And asked to speak to Tyler.
This waitress was like I was going to go block you.
To that waitress don’t ever go against the customer I have a long and prosperous job don’t play imature referee when it’s not necessary.
I just wanted to speak to Tyler
I WILL NEVER EVER GO I TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN AND I WILL GO TO CHURCH THIS SUNDAY AND PRAY FOR HER.

A very good Casa Olé. The red sauce is spicy and the green sauce is creamy. The food is light, tasty and always a value for the price. I have been here twice and have had good service both times.
ps…green sauce is available upon request.

What can you say bad about casa olé!!? Our server was polite and on top of his game. It felt like he was the only waited here and had every table covered! Brandon I believe. Anyway, great service and fresh produce! Can’t beat that green sauce either!

The service I encountered today leaded to a waiter getting a $ 1 tip. Yes I know what’s it’s like to have to work for tips and I’ll tell you this he did not try or care to get tipped. Almost all of the staff was very unfriendly. Not everybody but almost all. Tables were dirty not wiped off, had to steal silverware from another table cause we didn’t receive them. Defiantly won’t be back. I’ll say the food is delicious but the service sucks. I used to love this place as a kid and it just seems it’s running by not the right people now.

Stopped in for a quick bite and it was great! Spinach enchilada, chicken and beef changchangas were all good. Sopapillas were light and airy, easily the best ever. Watermelon margs were great too!

I enjoyed their food here. The fajitas were cooked just right. My waitress was amazing and was very friendly to my boys. They had some margarita specials there but I didn’t get a chance to try them out. I will definitely try this place out again. Come by and check it out for yourself.

In general, I love Casa Olé. Even though they kind of use the Starbucks way of doing things with prebagged flavors in their foods, but this one had little business, and the freshness wasn’t there. The restaurant itself was old and drabby, the waitress didnt know english very well, and didnt pay much attention to us. She got several of our orders wrong, even when we sent them back to be corrected. All in all, it was ok, but we probably will wait till we go back to houston to get better quality and food that hasnt seemingly sat around in bins all day.
