I’ve been to this location on two separate occasions, the service was incredibly slow both times; Waiting for a server: 10 – 15 minutes Waiting for your server to take your order: 10 – 15 minutes Waiting for your food to arrive: 45 minutes. The servers were rude, and appeared to forget what you had asked for the moment that they left the table. As far as the food, no one enjoys congealed cheese, ice cold chicken nuggets or room temperature soda with a couple ice cubes.

We stopped there so traffics through Houston could«thin out». That didn’t happen. But my wife and I go to Chilis every Friday night. Glad we live elsewhere. This was the worst food from a Chilis I have ever had. The service was not even average. Our waitress was nice but just not very good. If you have a different option, I would choose elsewhere.

Very, very slow, unresponsive wait staff. Its been 15 minutes and Im still waiting for my side of sour cream. At each phase there was excessive delay. Not polite or friendly. Food was mediocre. I think our waitress went on break or quit, been waiting on check for 16 minutes and counting… Also, an apparent former employee came to visit and no less than 5 staff sat with them – including an assistant manager, while we waited. One waiter brought out a dessert, sat and talked with them for a few minutes and then moved on with the dessert – not sure who ordered it but I’m thinking they would have appreciated it coming out right away.

Avoid ATALLCOSTS. Go anywhere else, seriously! The only decent part of the experience was our waitress who was very nice and attentive. The restaurant is so dirty I slipped all over oily floor walking to the table! The menus and table were sticky and smelled funky. But the WORST part was by far the food. The Boneless Buffalo Wings are NOTMADEOFCHICKEN!!! Beware! They are shaped just like the McDonalds pink goo nuggets but taste so so so much worse. When you bite into them it’s like biting into a sponge and the«meat» looks spongy and completely unnatural. The queso which used to be one of my favorite things in the world has turned into warm bean goo. Three of us ordered burgers and they were over-cooked, tasteless and stingy on all toppings. Most of our meal was left on the plates. What happened to the Chili’s I used to love???

Okay let’s describe this little shop of horrors, I call a trip to Chilli’s. Go to take my daughter’s to a pre– Valentines Day dinner here. We got there about 5:45 pm. Busy but not packed. Okay order, wait 30 minutes for our appetizers, flag down our waiter who has been MIA. For him to say someone else got our appetizers. My problem is he could of cared less about our food, he never checked on it or us. Okay, more waiting. Appetizers come, awesome. Now we close to being here over 40 minutes with some fries. People that where seated after us are well into there meals. And I guess my waiter says he is on a roll with not bring food, might as well not bring our dinner at all. By now my 4 yr is scaling the walls like a monkey, we have colored everything available, and my patience are gone. I ask for a manager, he shows up and says if it matters my food is now ready. Seriously, didn’t bring it out with him, but I could have it if I stayed. So you now holding my food hostage, instead of being apologetic for ruining my Valentines dinner with my children. So let’s sum it up, want to be treated like shit, wait forever for food not to show up, this is the place to go!

Stay away!!! Along with three other groups of people, we were forced to wait 20 minutes while there were 5 empty tables that were completely clean and five other tables that were dirty. That’s 10 total! The hostess was extremely rude and became argumentative with me and several others who kept asking why they were forced to wait. Three families walked out and didn’t bother waiting after seeing how rude the hostess was. At that point, the hostess blamed me for people leaving. You’d think a manager would have stopped the hostess from acting so rude but the manager just watched it unfoil.

When there Sunday afternoon, order two drinks and waited about 15 minutes, no drinks, and no bartender, she was to concern with the three booths and not the bar, Plus there were only five people at the bar. We left no stop us to ask what was wrong, just said had a nice day. Bad service or no service, very unprofessional! Never going back and see why there are hurting for business, to many other restaurants around town to sent my money! Would give minus stars if I could!

I’m just wondering what happened to the Chili’s I used to love. This is the 3rd time in a row that this particular location has let me down. The first time, my steak was over cooked and the cast iron dish they served their skillet potatoes in had rust all over the inside. Rusty potatoes was not something I wanted next to the piece of rubber that was supposed to be my medium steak. The second time a small group of us were seated at an extremely dirty and sticky table and got to enjoy a rude waitress that seemed annoyed when we asked to have it wiped down. And now on to the 3rd time… A friend and I had decided to catch up over a quick dinner and a couple margaritas. The place wasn’t too busy when we got there but still had to wait for a table to be cleared. For some reason the guy at the front door, I believe he was a shift supervisor or manager of some kind, kept pushing us to sit in the bar area. We didn’t really care to much and just chatted while we waited. The guy began to creep us out when we mentioned that we wanted some drinks after the day my friend had. Now, we’re pretty laid back and can take a joke pretty well but this creeper kept saying how my friend looked like a fun time and blah blah blah. After a few minutes our table was ready and surprise surprise it was right behind the glass behind the hostess podium where the creepy manager could keep staring at my friend. He kept this up for about 30 – 40 minutes. Now to the service and food… we will take some of the blame for our server taking a long time because my friend had to take a call from her husband who was offshore. So we asked for a few minutes. 20 minutes later he finally came back. We ordered drinks(that took another 15 minutes) and I must say that they are extremely stingy with the alcohol. I’m kind of a lightweight when it comes to drinking and I always have a pretty strong buzz after one drink. That is far from the case when I order at Chili’s now. 3 margaritas in and I didn’t feel a thing. Nothing. So that was a waste of $ 20(thank God for happy hour prices). Her and I both ordered soup and salad. Simple, right? I know the kitchen goes by who put their order in first, but we all know the soup is kept in a hot box and the servers are the ones that get it, not the kitchen staff. We waited dang near 25 minutes for him to ladle out a bowl of soup for each of us and it’s not like the kitchen had cook or grow our lettuce and tomatoes. The food was good though, but it’s hard to mess up a pre made bowl of soup that comes frozen from the provider and all Chili’s has to do is thaw it and heat it up. But, between the weak drinks with cheap alcohol, the slow services, and the creeper at the door, I won’t be suggesting Chilis any time soon.

It’s not everyday you get a free show with your dinner, but oh boy did we get one! Thought we’d grab a quick dinner and delicious margaritas to end our night, but of course we sat there forever while servers tried to hand us off to one another within earshot. Once we finally ordered drinks once again we waited giving us plenty of time to look around and watch the best scene play out. The very old gentleman at the bar was obviously bothering the couple about to leave, after watching them walk out the door he proceeded to take their food and box it up for himself. After that he started drinking the rest of their drinks, looking for new victims. Meanwhile, a group of people are complaining to the poor bartender about being cut off after being there for 4 hours apparently. Then an instigator from the group went up to the old man after having the manager FINALLY come and tell him he needed to go after a customer came up to him and told him to handle it before he did. The manager did not want to deal with any of it and that was easy to see. Needless to say, it was a great show. Oh I almost forgot, the old man was also drinking salsa.

Bad bad bad customer service. I work close by and we had a party of about 10 that wanted to go there on our lunch break for a birthday. We called at a quarter until 11 to officially place our«call ahead» which is something they say they offer, but when we get there, we are told that there is nothing about our call ahead in their system. The host then tells us that she will do her best but it will be about 30 – 45 minutes before we can be seated.(This is why we called ahead because we were on lunch) Our whole group saw a bunch of dirty tables and asked why they couldn’t just bus one of those off so we could all sit there and we were rudely ignored. We asked the hostess to go get the manager, she walked away, came back and started cleaning menus and didn’t even look at us. One of the members of the group went over and asked her where the manager was and she looked at us with a confused expression and said, «Oh you wanted me to get him now?» Are you serious? Yes! Now! Anyways, manager never came, we left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. When we called the manager he said he was in the office doing something important. What kind of manager keeps themselves preoccupied during the peak of their lunch rush? On top of it all, the hostess told our group that they were understaffed and 2 servers called in sick. So I asked if we could sit at a booth and table that were close to each other and it would work fine. She told me it would be fine but that she didn’t know how long it would take because again, 2 servers called out. Uh, HELLO. If the tables are dirty, doesn’t that mean people were sitting at them and receiving service?! One of the rudest hostesses I have ever dealt with and maybe even an incompetent manager. Not going to this location again. They definitely need to work on their service. Bad bad bad bad customer service from everyone.

Don’t look up to see the mass amounts of dust piling up on the air vents. 1st day it took 30 mins for my soup n salad to come out at lunch, place was maybe ¼ full. Also did not get my chips n salsa. I gave it another try the next day, blah big mistake. After waiting for my soup 23 mins I asked when it was coming out? WTF people! It was Veterans day and they were busy! Thanks to all vets out there!

Staff is always super nice and friendly. They make it a point to remember you when you come in frequently. My food always comes out hit, perfect and my steaks done rare to perfect. The drinks are always delicious and we make this location a frequent spot to eat.

Well, a little disappointed, they stopped serving sweet potato fries & jalapeño cornbread, out of potato wedges, and you can only order large nachos, no regular. The only redeeming value was the coupon for free dessert.

Our server was Emmet. His lack of supervision is only surpassed by his lack of attention to his guests. We sat for over 8 minutes before informing a passing hostess that we had not been served or met by a server yet. Emmet took our drink and dinner order, and delivered our tea right away. Dinner took over 15 minutes for my ½ rack of ribs and my wife’s appetizer plate of southwest egg rolls. This is the 3rd time in a row we have gotten less than adequate service at this location. It will be our last. The food was prepared well and tasted great. The service was enough to choke any hope of a good time out of the meal. Management needs to get way more involved. I
