Stopped in while traveling through, CiCi’s is CiCi’s this one had chicken noodle soup which ours at home does not but pretty good. Would have been more stars if we didn’t wait so long for the pasta noodles to be refilled.

Not exactly $ 5 and change like the ad says, but if you have $ 9 you can eat and eat and eat and eat, and drink as much soda as you want

Worst place ever. tried calling twice to order take out and they don’t answer once. If you want their service I guess you got to dine in that place. And I don’t even want to explain that I’ll leave that to the other reviews.

If the dang manager would tell the lazy parents to corral their brats it would have been a decent lunxh. Bloody kid’s running ALL over and bopping us with balloons. Seriously. The bathrooms were disgusting, the place wasn’t even packed but the ran out of Za, bowls, Alfredo Sauce and Parmesean cheese dispensers. The only one who was in top of her game was the bus girl! Manager needs to hire more staff and do her job better.

This CiCi’s Pizza has a bad odor upon walking in and it does not smell like pizza. All of the food is bland tasting, and the place is not clean. I cannot believe I stayed here to eat. I will never return!

I have been to this restaurant many times before and I’ve never had a problem for tonight the food and staff was horrible! The restaurant was in filthy condition and feel the tables were actually clean. I requested some soup off the buffet because it was empty and the staff told me they would get to it. I was there for around 45 minutes and the soup containers never got filled up. When I was leaving, the same empty container with spoon was there.
Upon arriving I requested a personal pizza to be made with ham and jalapenos. What they made was brought out and it had little meat, few jalapenos and basically no cheese.
The staff and cooks all seemed to be new people. They seem to be a bunch of kids that were playing around on the job and not doing what they’re supposed to do. It was an awful experience and I will never go back there.

This place was crowded but fairly priced. They did have piazza ready to keep the buffet fresh and stocked but I had to wait a long time for pasts because they ranout. The brownies were not fully cooked but still good. Drinks come with your meal. The place was not clean… the tables were slowly picked up. Games were okay.
