Mattress Firm Clearance

Got a pretty good deal on a king mattress and box spring but the service after we signed our contract was terrible. We bought our mattress on Tuesday ¹¹⁄₂₄ and were promised delivery on Friday ¹¹⁄₂₇ between 1pm and 3 by Ray. Perfect since we were moving and the timing was great. They never showed. We called Ray and he said due to the «Holiday rush» they were behind and it would be between 6p and 10p. We were annoyed that no one called us, we had to call them. They finally showed up around 7 but no mattress just the box springs and rails. Called Ray and was told they messed up and he promised the next day. He also told us he would call Saturday morning as soon as he opens the store. He never called. We called him at 11a and he told us again 6p –10p. Another day waiting at home when we have tons to do this holiday weekend. It’s now 8:15p and no word. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service.
Who wants to sit at home Friday and Saturday night on a holiday weekend waiting for nothing.

I’d been looking casually for a new mattress for over a month when I finally decided to come here looking for a great deal. Ray was very good and patient with me and helped me find a wonderful bed that I fell in love with. I am very happy that I decided to come here to buy my new bed. Great service all around! I will come back if I ever need to purchase another mattress.

Walked in Mattress Firm today 7−29−15 and had the best experience of my life. I didn’t know what I was looking for in a mattress but talk to two gentleman here one name Ray and Marshall they help me choose mattress that was perfect for me. Anyone looking to purchase a mattress please come and check them out.
