I love firehouse, but I quit going to this location after my sandwich was wrong every single time I came in. They would mix around the toppings between mine and my boyfriend meals. Or they would completely leave out 2+ toppings. Or put on toppings I repeatedly told them to leave off.
I typically would go here 2+ times a week, everything we walked in someone would start saying our order, which they had completely wrong. I would tell them the correct order and they would still get it wrong. With the ticket right in front of them. It was very disappointing since this is my favorite sandwich place to go, which is the only reason I left two stars. The staff here deserves none at all but the chain is great! The sandwiches have plenty of meat and a variety of toppings.

The staff IGNORED me while I stood waiting to get my order taken. Someone yelled to the back a customer is out here. What appeared to be the manager or team lead, seemed irritated that he had to take my order. One person before me, 2 sets of people at table. Took far too long to make my sandwich, & the Manager/Team lead was removed from the customer service aspect of the business & his employees followed their leader. I travel 3 – 4 weeks a month and always look for a Firehouse Sub. Has been my favorite for the last 4 years, but last night was ridiculous. I’m in customer service and take it very seriously — extremely disappointed in the staff

Love this place. from California wish there was one there. My kids loved it when they came to visit. It’s a must have weekly. Staff always very friendly. Clean place to sit and eat in. love the turkey with cranberries.

Went around 3 pm and ordered 3 sandwiches.
Took almost 30 mins and only one person had ordered before us.
There were 8 employees on staff working, and only 3 were doing anything.
Poorly run firehouse, too bad.

Restaurant had food residue on all tables. I ordered the Italian sub. A bit flat tasting and laden with an oily substance… I’m assuming like an oil and vinegar dressing of some sort. Sandwich was rather lifeless on the flavor scale. Fresh tasting bread and ingredients but lifeless. Staff greeted with a «welcome to firehouse» which was nice. Friendly staff. Ok food, need to do a better job of dining area cleanliness!

I would love to say we ate delicious subs at this firehouse, but alas, they locked their doors ten minutes til close and refused to make eye contact with us poor hungry souls. Leaving us outside sad, dejected with empty bellies. So sad and hurt that we downloaded the Unilocal app to tell our tale of woe. We hope this review either wards off other last minute diners or helps firehouse management to enforce business hours!

Staff was friendly, the food was terrible, the hoagie bun was soggy. The Quality of the food and bread was poor, and the food chain, should be a shamed of their food. They need to learn how to make a sub, hoagie before calling them self a sub shop!

We have been to firehouse subs a few times and their sandwiches are pretty decent. The last couple times we came was because we found online that kids eat free on Sundays. For each adult meal purchased you get a free kids meal for your child. The manager also told us this bit of information after we ordered our meal, so we thanked her for that.
When we went back that evening with family, but the person behind the counter did not offer us that, in fact he even tried to say we couldn’t do that. I can’t remember his reason why, but we reminded him of what we had done earlier that day and then it does say with every adult meal purchased you get a free kids meal for your child. So he did eventually give us our free kids meals.
The sandwiches or hot, unless you don’t want it hot. They asked us on our children’s subs if they wanted them hot or not. You get to choose from dozens of carbonated beverages in the machine, or you can have ice tea, sweet or unsweet.

So this rating is based on service as we haven’t received our order yet. No one in line and only 3 tables filled in restaurant. Four young men «working» that I can see. Tables are mostly dirty with trash and food on floor. One of the workers is complaining that he has to do ALL dishes and take out trash. Looks like one guy is actually making sandwiches (Name tag says «Rookie). Not sure what the other guys are doing.

Yes it can take longer to get your sandwich, but the quality is better. If you want pre-selected no thought to it sandwich go to Subway. The subs here are great.

Firehouse Subs is a chain (hot) sandwich place with a firehouse theme. My husband and I stopped here for lunch and both ordered sandwiches, and for some reason we waited over 15 minutes for our food! The crowd was low to moderate so I don’t know what explains the speed. Other Unilocal reviewers seem to agree, and my husband chimed in and said they’re not known for their speedy delivery (he used to frequent this location pretty often).
However, once we did get our food, it was delicious! I ordered a regular turkey sandwich and it was loaded with all the fixings and a pickle on the side. The restaurant is clean and décor aesthetically pleasing, but they could really pick up the pace. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

I love Italian meatball subs. Subway seems to have lost its way on that. Here? Oh-Em-Gee. I walked up, saw poster depiction and asked: «Is it gonna look like that?» After she said yes confidently, I ordered a reg. size ‘to go’. Not the ‘sweet & spicy’. Jeez oh pete: dead ringer: beautiful and mouth-watering. Quickly decided I cannot drive ’til this has been wrangled into an aftertaste. Reader, the meatballs were big and jammed in and on like a foggy freeway crash site. And east-coast/Mom’n Pop delicious! Oh yes!: I highly recommend this sub! Going back to try the ‘sweet and spicy…’cause I hit all pizza & red Italian food with Frank’s!

This was my first time at this location but second time at a Firehouse Subs. Both locations were painfully slow. I was here on a Wednesday night with no other customers in front of me and it took more than 15 minutes (I’m being generous) to get my sandwich. There were 3, maybe 4 people working there at the time and all appeared like it was the first time they had ever made a sandwich. My only «special» request for my sandwich was that they leave the mayonnaise off. I get back to my hotel after waiting forever for my sandwich only to find that it was slathered with mayo.
To summarize my experience: Slow service, average sandwich.

I like sandwiches and this place is okay, but I prefer the other major sandwich maker that’s on every corner. I’ve eaten here several times only because I had a coupon which made it worth my stop. Every time though, the tables have not been cleaned off after each customer. I’ve had to clean it off myself before sitting down. I think that’s unacceptable.

If you feel like dropping $ 10 (per person) on the tiniest, best tasting sub you’ve ever had in one of the most crowded lunch atmospheres in town, then this is the place to come. Be warned: just because you may come hungry does not necessarily guarantee you will leave full. The $ 10 tiny sub deal is just a teaser. If you want to leave satisfied, be prepared to shell out a few more bucks.

First time trying this place after hearing about them and driving by them a lot. This place is a little pricey in my mind. $ 8 for a 8 inch sub. However, the food was worth this extra money that you could save if you went to subway. I had the hook and ladder and this sandwich was full of flavor and was yummy. I will def be back to this place
