This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. I love Jennifer but all the ladies there are sweet and friendly. Always go to the higher priced room. The place is well kept and they don’t pressure you to buy more. The chairs are great and it’s worth the money and more!

I walked in on a Sunday and the lady that did my pedicure, Paula, was just a sweet gem. The massage was great and the polish was perfectly even. She even engaged in small talk with me. Now for the ugly part — the receptionist was a total«you know what». When I first walked in, it took several minutes for her to acknowledge me because she was busy treating the other staff like garbage. She was belittling the nail techs and just being rude. She wouldn’t even look up from her phone when she did finally acknowledge me. I was the only client in the lobby. When I asked if anyone had time for a pedicure, she just huffed, rolled her eyes, said«yeah», then literally screamed for Paula. The lobby is just a long, wide walkway with a full wall behind the front desk so you can imagine how loud she had to yell for someone to he’s her and the echo her obnoxious voice gave was something else. When I tried to check out, I was once again ignored by this sorry excuse of an employee. She was again being rude and highly unpleasant to the nail techs, complaining about how she had to count money(all while me and other clients are standing in the lobby in front of her). I had to ask THREE times for a card with my techs name on it because I want to make sure that I get her each time. And even then, after she did the hardest task ever of giving me my $ 3 back for change, she still forgot that I wanted a card. I asked for a receipt and she said«did you pay with a card?» When I said«I JUST paid you with cash» the snotty little tart snapped and said«well then you don’t get a receipt». This bratty thing at the front desk will cause this place to lose business if they don’t get rid of her. They need to hire someone as sweet as the other employees. I would have given this place 5 stars, but the deplorable service at the front desk is the reason I knocked it down so much.

Most relaxing pedicure of my life! Definitely pay the extra $ 4.00 for the super relaxation room and remember to bring a cash tip, you can’t put it on your card

Ethan is the one you need to see. He pays close attention to detail and does not rush the appointment. You will have to call to make an appointment as he is always booked, too. The only negative thing about this shop is you have to tip with cash. I always pay credit card and never have cash on me so I have to make an extra trip just to get out cash. Getting my nails done by Ethan is worth stopping for the tip beforehand.

Definitely do not recommend! Worst refill I’ve ever had! You could see the previous nails through the refill, air bubbles, and when I told him, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about! Not to mention waiting 45 mins when I got there at my APPOINTMENT time! Never going there again!!!

I have never been disappointed! I love going to the back room and paying a little extra for a pedicure! The chairs are huge and it’s just a completely different experience! Stuff is so friendly and a free class of wine pairs perfectly in this relaxing time to myself!

I am extremely meticulous when it comes to how my nails are done and finally I found Ethan who does a FABULOUS job. If you get solar nails and you prefer them to look as natural as possible, I would highly recommend him. However, the salon seriously needs to find a new receptionist. She doesn’t answer the phone and when she does, she is extremely rude. When I call to make an appointment with Ethan she tells me he is completely booked and hangs up? Then when I call back and ask to speak with Ethan, he informs me that he had several openings. I would understand one bad experience but literally ever two weeks it’s the same thing over and over again with this girl. Please hire a new receptionist!

Worst pedi I’ve had. I have been going to the same salon in Conroe for 6 years, but decided to follow my hair stylist’s advice and give this place a try. You can bet I will be going back to my old salon. First of all, I wasn’t greeted as I entered the salon. Once I was finally greeted by the receptionist, I was given the list of services. As previously reviewed, there are different levels and different«sides» of the salon. Shouldn’t everyone get the same level of service? Never heard of this before. I was offered a glass of sad wine, and given my pedicure. The massage can barely be classified as that. And folks, this really is supposed to be the best part, and I have more polish around my toenails than on them. A 6 year old could have colored in the lines better. I am sitting here fixing my pedi as I write this review… my shellac manicure was better, I don’t really have much else to say there. I have to wait and see how it holds up. My eyebrows are another story… Read and heed, find a better salon.

I absolutely would never recommend or return to this salon. Making an appointment is pointless. I went in for a refill with full powder color and they appear to be ‘out’ of most of the color options. The technician I ended up with had the personality of a squash and paid zero attention to detail. I asked for my nails to be cut down a bit which she proceeded to cut nearly to the quick. Ouch! The service was performed hurriedly and sloppily. Nails were left jagged and uneven even after I had politely requested that they be smoothed out. After I returned home, I called to speak to the manager who told me I could come back to have the same technician fix them. That defeats the point. I wanted anyone BUT her to fix them! He said she was one of the best nail techs they have which is frightening, quite frankly. Get it together, NOA.

This place is a rip off. I was sold a spoil me pedicure and did not receive the advertised service. Was put in a chair for $ 4 more and did not know that it was more money. Also waited 20 min for my appointment. When I complained that the massage was 9 min not 20 the owner said, «They said they did it.» Really? Your better off at a small salon with honest people.

Liked it so much better when it was Malibu. Since Nails of America took over, the techs no longer talk to you, but about you I think. It is not nearly as clean or overall friendly, and the techs seem to be phoning it in. I wish I knew where all the Malibu staff went.

There are 15 pedicure stations. I didn’t have to wait but it is Thursday afternoon at 3:00. There are three levels of pedicure: classic, pamper me, and spoil me. Classic is very basic($ 27); Pamper me is basic and more massage($ 34); Spoil is even more and is $ 50. Its the usual massage chair with whirlpool tub. But they wrap the foot tub in plastic so no whirlpool for the feet. Your feet just sit in warm water. Kind of a bummer. The massage was very nice. My technician was very meticulous. Really cleaned up my cuticles. Great application of the polish. Overall a good experience. Curious what its like on the weekends. Appears clean.
