Massage Envy

The location is great, but there seems to only be one esthetician making it close to impossible to schedule a facial less than 2 or 3 weeks out. With that said, Ellen is an amazing esthetician just be prepared to wait for her to have an available slot. I have had several different massage therapists at this location and they are all really great! The location is super convenient if you are on the North end too. The front desk staff has always been very professional and welcoming making this an all around good experience!

I really like this location. Only down fall seems to be keeping the same person for more then 2 or 3 months. But I’ve never had a billing problem or any trouble with the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. I’m nearing the end of my 1^st year and will renew

I switched to this location from the woodlands about two yrs ago. The place is clean and the staff is great. I would highly recommend this location. The drive is worth it.

Great massage but the hard sell of the membership Is rampant. I stated up front I wasn’t interested and just wanted the massage. She asked me 5 times then kept on bringing up my health plan. They did return my question online for an apt but to be honest I feel really awkward when people cold sell like that. I probably will not be back to this location.

Buyer BEWARE. Do NOT sign up for a contract! I signed up and paid for a full year. After about 6 months I was not able to schedule any massages. They are always booked for weeks or months out. I tried to cancel AFTER my year was up but was told I had to come in to do so, even though my year was up. They kept trying to bill me on an old credit card and I refused to pay for additional months when I was still owed 6 months worth of massages.
Here is the catch. If you cancel you lose any unused massages. You can’t cancel until your year is up. Once your year is up they keep billing you. If you try to cancel you have to pay any unbilled or past due months BEFORE they will let you cancel. So if you can’t pay or refuse to pay they won’t let you cancel and still bill you. After 90 days they will stop billing you but they will send your unpaid balance to a collection agency.
Also note, there is a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against the entire company. That’s speaks volumes about unhappy customers. I would AVOID this location simply because the owner is an Ahole jerk but I would avoid all the other locations because it’s a ripoff.

I became a member (for the second time) recently, signing up at the Conroe location last month. I received a 1 ½ hour massage and a facial. I was treated professionally throughout the entire experience. I was not given any «hard sell» as Mary R stated in her attempt to advertise for a competitor (can you say ‘tacky?’). Products were presented and recommended and when I passed on them, the subject was pleasantly closed. I am very particular about spa services. I’ve had therapists who couldn’t stop chattering (bad form), and others who «get it» and only spoke when spoken to. The therapists who worked on me last month were true professionals in every sense. My only complaint is that its hard to make an appointment on the same day because they are so booked all the time! I wonder why… maybe because they are JUST THAT GOOD.

Terrible, period. Synopsis of last experience: 1) schedule appointment one month in advance to actually get the person you want 2) wait for said therapist in «relaxation» room 3) said therapist calls somebody else back 4) while you are trying to sort things out at front desk, the therapist they mistakenly scheduled you with takes somebody else back 5) they give you a third therapist who talks non-​stop through out entire massage (highly inappropriate topics) 6) try to cancel membership because this is not the only time you have had a bad experience here and get the «hard-​sell» for 15 minutes 7) now one month later, membership is STILL not cancelled due to another clerical error… Do yourself a favor, don’t get into a contract, find yourself a real therapist who actually works for themself and gives a crap about you. I’ll even give you a tried-​and-​true suggestion: Lordex Spine Institute next door! Friendly staff, no contract, no hard sell, no clerical errors. Final time (this was my second) that I sign up for Massage Envy :(

Great place, great staff, and relaxing atmosphere… highly recommend this location!
