I have to fore warn you, when you or asked the question sweet or unsweet, if you are not used to cane sugar, say Unsweet. I thought, I was a big girl, stepping out, pronoucing I wanted sweet, and found myself adding water to dialute it. Even with the additional H2O, drink was still the bomb! This drink has changed my perception of Green tea, it is truly delicious. Ok, enough about my new found tea discovery, let me say the Cashier and staff was super friendly, to add to my Fabulous Friday. This particular Starbucks is in a great location, with multiple shopping centers, Walmart, the hospital, and restaurants in distance. There is so much in this area to feed your taste buds, however like everything else in the Woodlands, it is hidden behind a forest of trees.

one of the workers rang up an extra $ 10 on our bill when it was HER fault and tried fighting it when it was literally her own misdoing. avoid this place the workers are not trained properly customer service wise and they all seem like they have pretty miserable and unfulfilling lives. good thing there are much better Starbucks within miles, so just avoid this one!

I’m a Starbucks junkie and have been for 20 years. This location is probably the worst location I’ve been to. I went in for coffee yesterday morning and there were boxes stacked all over the place. I ordered a sugar free cinnamon dolce latte in my own cup. After waiting several minutes an employee slaps my cup down, sloshing coffee over both sides of the cup and says«skinny cinnamon dolce». I grabbed some napkins and started wiping my cup and the counter up and said that I had ordered a sugar free cinnamon dolce latte. She rolled her eyes and said«it’s the same thing» and went back to the next drink. Its really not… I usually get sugar free syrup and 2 percent or whole milk… but even if it WAS, what happened to the customer is always right?

This is a poorly run Starbucks. There are tons of workers standing around with a huge line and they are screwing up orders left and right. People are starting to get angry including myself.

I would like to start by thanking the drive thru staff for being so paitent and caring because i had the morning from hell. And all i wanted was a xmas frappachino… as i was reading the menu I accidentally passed the drive thru speaker so I had to order at the window which they were pleasently okay with, and then I couldn’t find my wallet however I know I got in my car with it and the cashier was so nice she paid for my drink she really made my day i was so greatful and thanked her several times, she was so paitent and empathized with my crazy day she over exceeded customer service. But i don’t know her name but I would really like to say thank you again.

I love Starbucks! But not this location. Staff is rude. They seemed inconvenienced when I used my app to pay. I asked for a napkin and I was met with a deep sign. I understand they are busy but where’s the customer service? I can brew my own coffee at home but like to go to Starbucks for the friendly atmosphere. Not at this location!

TERRIBLE! Every time I come to this location, I say I will never come back because they ALWAYS screw up my simple drink orders! Every single time! Today was the final straw for me! I waited for my tall nonfat latte for 10 minutes(I watched them screw it up twice and dump it). Meanwhile another angry customer behind me was also waiting forever for his drink and had to complain twice. When I finally got my drink, it tasted absolutely awful! I asked to speak to a manager, who was on his lunch at 9:00 in the morning. They offered to make my drink again, but I said no thank you because it would take another 10 minutes and it would probably taste terrible anyway. As they were refunding my money, the manager came walking in. He apologized and offered to make me something else, but at this point I was so irritated that I left. His excuse was that they had a machine down and were only doing the very best that they could. They may have had a machine down, but the other one was working just fine. That’s no excuse for making nasty drinks and taking their sweet time. It would have helped if the two baristas weren’t messing around and socializing, while attempting to make drinks. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. The management sucks, they can’t make a drink correctly, and they hire kids who should be flipping burgers at McDonald’s!

Today’s edition of Coffee Roulette: I ordered a grande Americano and got a pumpkin spice latte. In the scheme of things, a Starbucks drive through that consistently gets my drinks wrong is not a big deal. While I like nearly every Starbucks espresso drink, it’s getting comical. I won’t stop going — I’m THAT hopeless, but maybe a little more attention to detail?(I do feel sorry for the person who paid for a pumpkin spice latte and got my Americano though). This location has good drive through service most of the time, if you’re willing to wait. There are a handful of really good window people — but usually it’s the guys there who are just BETTER at interacting with customers. If I had allergies or diet restrictions, I certainly wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks due to frequent drink mistakes. As for me – as long as this pumpkin spice latte has caffeine in it, I’m happy.

Their Carmel Macchiato was made to taste like hot milk. no flavor from shots, no flavor from caramel. My first visit to this location. it’s the first time I’ve had a really bad drink from Starbucks. I would’ve returned it. but, this location was on my way during appointments with my son and time did not allow.

I drive here because Christian is hilarious and friendly to everyone. He’s wonderful at customer service and greeting everyone with a smile. He will cheer you up if you’re having a bad day :)

Bad service, I wish I would’ve asked to keep my receipt to have all of the correct information. Unfriendly staff that seemed like their lives were miserable. Went inside instead of the drive thru to save time and ended up taking 30 minutes. Baristas were complaining to each other and making the staff feel awkward.

Stop every morning for coffee. Best service I’ve received at a Starbucks. Children’s most requested Saturday morning breakfast stop.

Tried the drive through and ordered a soy caramel macchiato. Got a chai latte instead. Tasty, but not quite what I wanted. Too bad I was already several miles away before I got a chance to try the drink.

This place has the rudest little tattooed blonde girl working there. Absolutely nothing against tattoos. Just using that as a reference to know who we’re dealing with here. I walked up to the register to order. She was the one standing there. Instead of taking my order or even saying«hello», she just looked at me and then turned to another Starbucks employee and said, «Are you working here or what? Because if you are, then you need to take this guy’s order.» It was very reprimandy and you could tell the other employee was very embarrassed. I just looked at her and said, «I’m sorry you have to deal with that.» They need stick little miss blonde thang in the back to clean floors and toilets and away from the front. She’s bad for customer and employee interaction.

The drinks are made well but I will stop frequenting this location until they get rid of a certain male cashier that harasses me and everyone else I know that comes here. He mocks the types of drinks I order then ask in a condescending tone why anyone would pay that much for coffee and how he can make it for 30 cents at home. I don’t come to starbucks to be talked out of why i come to starbucks nor to be harassed about the type and price of drink when I’m spending $ 20!!! Until Starbucks cleans house, you just lost a good amount of business at this location.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to, hands down. The night crew is awesome. Access sucks now that you have to enter though the Lowes parking lot, but blame TxDot for that.

What’s to be said about this Starbucks that can’t be said about any of the other trillion Starbucks’s across the galaxy, but I visited this one on Christmas Day, and the employees were very cheery, and in good spirits for having to work on a holiday. That is, until we tried to give them a $ 50 bill. Then, the Grinch appeared. Something else went awry, too, but I can’t recall what that was. Otherwise, the Gingerbread Latte was pretty decent, and the Salted Caramel Cakepop was sheer bliss…

This place hasn’t been consistent and every cup we’ve had for awhile now has been really weak. Weak on caffeine and weak on flavor. I feel like the people who are making the coffee have never had caffeine before or something. Anyhow we have since stopped going here because we can make a stronger/better tasting cup of coffee at home. I have never dealt with any rude people at this location. To be honest I don’t really care if someone is not super golly to be a barista-I just want a good cup of coffee. Oh and you can never sit outside because there are always smokers there-lame. It’s brutally cold inside but what Starbucks isn’t? Parking can be a nightmare since they share a very small parking lot with a dry cleaners.

Very disappointed with my experience. First time visiting this location in 3 years, since I worked here as a Barista. My drink was fine, but I reminded the Barista there was a patron smoking on the patio and asked her to get him to stop as per CORPORATE mandate. She asked me «What are you the smoking police?» As a former employee of this company I can tell you that was a rude and offensive response. So sad to have such a poor experience at a store that I worked at for a year out of my 3 years with this corporation.

The female manager is rude! I have not gone back after seeing her yell at clients and employees. Seriously, there are enough Starbucks’ in The Woodlands to choose from rather than listen and watch that behavior. I even called the franchise owner and, of course, no response. Note: The drinks are inconsistent.
