I think they just hire the wrong people this one lady who always makes my food does it so sloppy and I have OCD so it makes me want to pull my hair out. And she does not portion properly! I asked for olives on my salad she literally grabs 4 olives and disperses them on the salad or does half scoops of tuna so you have to ask for a extra scoop and pay more. And every time I ask for it a certain way she goes«no vegetables first» like no. Don’t tell me that. I’d also like to point out the fact that I payed almost $ 10 for a handful of spinach 3 kinds of vegetables and 3 half scoops of tuna. Just no! Save yourself! Only reason I go here is convenience.

Always go during lunch and they always have about 4 – 5 employees working. Everyone is friendly an ready to help. Great customer service and great food. Have never had any complaints about this location.

Went through their drive thru and was asked what I’d like to order. The employee then stopped taking my order. I asked if she was going to continue taking my order after waiting for a minute. Her response was, «oh, yeah.» It really seemed like she was had forgot where she was and seemed under the influence. I ordered a turkey sub and asked for American cheese, spinach, lettuce and tomato. I got back to the office to see there was only spinach and turkey in the sandwich. I called and spoke to the manager Josie. She proceeded to ask the drive thru attendant and prep guy if they had listed and placed the missing ingredients in the sandwich. They both insisted they did. This really upset me. I understand making a mistake on an order, but to lie and imply that I am being dishonest is unacceptable. The manager showed a lack of professionalism in her attempt to apologize. She may want to be a little more selective on who she chooses to employ. Won’t be going back.

Slow service. Forget about going through the drive thru. Unless you want to sit in your car for more than 30 minutes. Horrible!

Went here last night to get 2 subs and soup. Started to go through drive through, when the person stated that they only had salads because they were out of bread. That’s right SUBWAY is out of bread! Ok no problem, so I go inside to find out what is wrong, and the two guys behind the counter are horse-playing around, and as I walk up I realize that they are both stoned out of their minds. Not going back here until management get’s the stoners out, and learns how to order bread so they don’t run out.

I stopped in today, jonesing for broccoli cheese soup. Subway usually has it, and I was praying that it was available. When the lady asked me what I wanted, I told her I NEEDED broccocheese soup. She gave me a sad look and said, «Chicken noodle today.» Then another customer came in, and a nice girl with glittery blue eye shadow ran out to assist at the sandwich making counter. I like that. I gave her a sad, puppy dog look and told her I wanted broccocheese soup, and she shrugged a little, then turned to the other lady. They exchanged big smiles and said, «We will make it just for you, ma’am. It takes about five minutes… can you wait for it?» I was so happy. They were so kind, and seemed grateful that I was chit-chatting with them. I’d come back here anyday!
