Sonic Drive In

This sonic doesn’t even deserve one star. Don’t go here. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for a large d.p. With vanilla and when I finally got it there wasn’t even vanilla in it! The people who work here are not friendly. Don’t go here. If you do your wasting your time and money.

Called in an order guy on phone was helpful tasted good considering its 7 in the morning he was very patient and nice when taking my dinner for breakfast order

This Sonic is well below par when it comes to service. I can’t count the times they have messed up our order or forgotten stuff from the order. The last visit did it for me. Placed my order and when the girl came out she said the card machine was not working. Then proceeded to tell me that the manager who took my order told me that. She clearly did not tell me and I had 4 people in the car that could say she didn’t. Regardless, I feel their service is terrible and the only reason we go is because of their delicious drinks. We’ll just be driving a little further next time as we will not be returning to this one. Gave them too many chances to improve their service.

Came twice in one night, and both orders were wrong. First order, we came for my daughter after Band practice. She ordered a Chicken Club Toaster combo, and I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a Sonic Splash. When the order came, there was no grilled cheese and our cups were FULL of nothing but ice! I took two sips of my cup and the drink was gone. I asked about the missed sandwich; come to find out, the cashier never rung it up because he didn’t know that you could order a grilled cheese sandwich without the meal.
Took the kid shopping and came back so that I could reorder. I also ordered a Chicken Club Toaster combo this time. So imagine how I felt when the car hop came back with a burger. I told her immediately that it was wrong, and she got an attitude with me. Once I got my correct order and took it home, it was obvious that it had been thrown together. The sandwich was falling apart and the bacon was burnt. Plus the drink was nothing but syrup.
I don’t know who to blame for the lack of proper service given the place is run by kids. But I will be calling back this morning to speak to a Manager, because there’s no reason that BOTH my orders should have issues.

what can i say… Tator tots and a diet cherry limeade. Our favorite. Well we usually order a brown bag special.
