My one star is for the nice young man that checked us in Monday night. Our room was dirty. Carpets stained and chair was stained. We checked out Thanksgiving morning. No one acknowledged us as we walked in or out. Not one person that worked here spoke to us our entire stay. Horrible customer service. We actually checked out to go stay at another hotel for the next three days before heading back home.

This hotel looks like it has been remodeled recently. The staff person at check in was so helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. They had bacon and eggs. There was only one problem and that was the door handle to our room opened by lifting the lever. The staff person had to show me how to open the door. I had been driving for 13 hours and it was midnight, so my brain was almost completely shut down. It is also why, the next morning, I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower. There is a ring beneath the faucet that switches from bath mode to shower mode. My oldest child figured it out. The hotel is in a quiet location and I had no trouble with hearing other neighbors. I would definite stay here again.

Would not stay here again. Furniture and carpet in room was visibly dirty, shower curtain smelled of mildew and had black fingerprints on it, but the absolute worst — a tub that wouldn’t drain while you’re showering so everyone else’s funk gathers around your ankles!

This is a newer hotel, location is good since everything you need is nearby. The motel next door is shady, however, and didn’t inspire much security. I found the rooms to be large and had a nice couch area but the tv seemed small. Everything else was standard. The gym was small but the business center was nice. Overall average but newer at its price range.

Got a deal for around $ 50 naming price on Priceline. But I still expect it to be habitable. Gym was filthy at 6:30 am, and it’s closed from 10 pm to 6 am. Reception told me a big group had just left. I doubt this was a big group, as the room could only fit four people at most. One treadmill had sweat all over both sides. Cups half full everywhere. Candy wrappers on floor. Gross. Still gross when I looked two hours later. I know housekeepers were here because I saw them smoking every hour on the hour. At one time I saw two housekeepers and two front desk people out front smoking together! The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, the only plus there. When we first arrived, we had an opened bar of soap in our shower. Did they clean it? I wonder. As we left I noticed a giant stain on the chair, where someone’s head might go. It was a truly revolting experience.

If I could give a zero, I would. Our room was bug INFESTED. Be happy to share the videos or photos with anyone. The staff on duty told my adult daughter that it was illegal, yes, illegal to give out the manager’s name. I tried using verified review to post a review directly to their site, but it would not accept my information. No wonder they look so good there — they are moderating their reviews. If you are good with spiders –we are and our room was shared with two who couldn’t keep up with the bug population — then this place is for you. At least 100 live bugs between ceiling, walls, vents and bathroom. Dirty nasty room. @comfortsuitesconwayakHorrible #comfortsuitesFAIL

Stay away from rooms on the first floor. The room itself is okay; typical hotel. However, the HVAC equipment just outside the windows in unbearable. Equipment is constantly cycling on and off, and when it’s on, it’s loud enough to shake the headboard on the bed. Impossible to get any rest. I will avoid this place at all cost in the future. Other annoyances: Old TV with no HD Lamps with outlets that can only accomodate the smallest of plugs. Friendly, but painfully slow check in Did not accept corporate lodging card

I recently enjoyed a multi-day stay at Conway’s Comfort Suites and found it to be a reasonably good facility. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet.(It did NOT overlook the nearby freeway.) I was somewhat troubled, however, by a lack of sanitation elsewhere in the building. The hallway carpets on several floors needed thorough vacuuming, and the stairwells were truly filthy. A large rug in the lobby area was stained and lumpy. Also, one of the luggage carts had TWO(!) flat tires. Oh well, at least my room was clean, comfortable and quiet. And the nightly rate, $ 79 plus tax, was about $ 40 less than I normally pay at competing inns.
