I have always been a frequent customer of this Menards store. However, my wife had her phone stolen here last Friday by an employee, and management refused to even talk to the employees who were on the clock that night. I know it was an employee, because I tracked it to Menards at 10:15pm, which is 15 minutes after they close. Five minutes later, it was traveling down the freeway.

My husband worked at this store and I have also been here countless times with my dad who is a frequent customer. You can always count on Menards to have what you are looking for (they even have bread!) The prices are cheap and though Lowes may be higher quality, nothing really says home improvement store like Menards.

Always good! Updated store has quick checkouts and helpful employees which actually ask if you need any help finding something.
The rebate counter can get a little messy but the people behind that desk somehow keep it situated enough and if you need help finding a rebate number just ask and they will help you find it much faster and maybe will tell you something helpful or a missed rebate even.
Keep up the good work and please read the Cambridge, MN Menards posting about rebate security.
