Great place, very chill and the food is great… nice wraps and tasty natural smoothies. They just need to keep a better inventory on lemonade. I would definitely go back the staff is very nice and the environment very clean. Thanks guys !

(4.5 stars) Came here for breakfast after an amazing yoga session at local CrossFit gym with some friends. I thought, breakfast… at a salad place? But I went with the group to be adventurous and was not disappointed. Toss Up Salads is definitely a hidden gem and I thought their food would be super commercial but it turns out they’re super local and fresh. They have a huge varied menu sure to please any meat lover to the super strict vegan! All their food is fresh and they definitely exude a super healthy vibe in everything on their menu. Everyone ordered a variety of items but I wanted to keep the feel good healthy juices flowing. I ordered a Vegetarian Breakfast Wrap(eggs, tomatoes, onions, green and red peppers) and swapped out the mixed cheese for feta. I also ordered a Kale Mango Tango Juice(mango, pineapple, kale, OJ, and ginger). The wrap was served piping hot and was exactly to order. I also got a side of mixed fruit which was a pretty decent size and all the fruit was freshly cut and wasn’t mushy at all! The Kale Mango Tango juice was actually my favorite part! I like drinking green stuff and it was perfectly sweetened with the other fruit. I liked that they didn’t add any extra sweeteners and this juice was made fresh after I ordered; literally watched the girl make it! They recently renovated their dining area and I thought it was a very comfortable clean vibe for the type of place. I also liked that they had a purified water fountain available to fill up your water bottle or just grab a cup of water for yourself. My experience at Toss Up was really great overall but the reason for only 4.5 stars is due to the fact that the food took an extremely long time to come out. I liked that they brought out the dishes as they were ready so that everything was hot and fresh, however I was the last one of my group to get my order and the first person that got theirs was already done and ready to leave which made me felt like I needed to rush. The girl did mention they were a bit short staffed that morning but I was still not super happy that it took so long. I also didn’t get my yummy juice until I was basically done with my meal which was sort of inconvenient. I do plan on returning to Toss Up very soon for more yummy fresh food!

New to town. Excited to have possibly found a good salad spot. I ordered a chicken cesar with tomatoes and avocado added. Not a great salad, and they gave me the tiniest slice of avocado. Also ordered a smoothie. Super bland and boring. Probably won’t give this place a second try. Spent $ 20 bucks here for just a mediocre salad and small smoothie. Barely had any chicken, not a proper cesar either because it was missing cheese and croutons. If only their portions were a little better, and made their smoothies more flavorful I would go back. I’ve worked in a very similar establishment before. It isn’t hard to make a good smoothie. Not terrible. But not great either. Sorry.

I was psyched when an old friend suggested Toss Up Salads for lunch. I’ve read the reviews and checked out the menu online in advance. I wanted to try almost everything! I arrived before my friend and waited. The place is clean. They have a long high top table in the middle to accommodate large parties, singles, or duos. Regular 2 tops line one wall and 4 tops on the other. She arrived and was surprised because they renovated apparently. There are instructions on a whiteboard as you enter. 1. Go to the counter at the back 2. Review menu 3. Place order Well at least the process is spelled out for you! I opted for the cup of soup and half panini. My friend got a wrap, which was huge. My lentil soup was delivered first. Glass bowl, plastic spoon-odd but not a deal breaker. It was tasty but I’ve had better. Shortly after the wrap and my panini arrived. It was not so much a panini as crispy white toast but I went with it. Again, nothing to write home about. Both meals were accompanied by a small plastic ramekin of ??? A grain of some sort with diced veggies. It was another odd thing since I didn’t see anything on the menu describing what it was. I didn’t care for the texture and the flavor was nonexistent. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? All I know is I ate less than 4 hours ago and I started getting hunger pangs after 3 hours. I think I’ll toss this place in the«average» category.

5÷1÷2016− Breakfast was a hit!!! I’ll say it like this; * Clean place * Friendly, helpful staff * Lots of menu options * Smoothies and Juices Galore * Breakfast items I had the Meat Lover Wrap, bacon, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, onions & mixed cheese($ 6.49) with the Ginger & Lemon Cleanse, organic apples and carrots, fresh ginger root, lemon Juice($ 5.49) Big size portion but I had just finished a 4 mile run and Yoga session so I was pretty hungry and ate the whole thing! We were here with a group and their booths are the biggest I’ve seen. Very accommodating.

Update: so i literally eat here almost 3 times or more in a week and its always fresh and tastes great! the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Also, i previously said how i thought it was a bit too expensive but comparing it to other restaurants, their food is more fresh and better quality! Paying a little more for it doesnt seem that bad.

Came across this place looking for a good, delicious, healthy meal, and it was a major success! It’s a small shop, but don’t be fooled they serve a large variety of items and on top of that they provide some of the most freshest ingredients. Although the salads look amazing here, I was craving a wrap and decided to go with the chicken cilantro wrap which was extremely tasty. I know when I come back again I’ll have to definitely give one of their salads a go for sure. The service is 5 stars service! The employees are very friendly, and the establishment is very well take care of and clean. They also put orders together really fast, so if you’re looking to take something on the go they will have you out pretty quick. Another nice plus about this location is that it’s very peaceful, quiet, and overall a chill atmosphere inside. Bottom line is I’ll definitely be back to give the salads a try, and if you’re thinking about a wrap go for it they’re just as good. Toss up Salads is definitely A+ quality!

This place is amazing. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and I’ve gotten all of my friends to become regulars. It’s so refreshing to see a restaurant that serves healthy food in a sea of unhealthy options. The fact that it’s incredibly delicious makes it even better. A+!

I absolutely love this place! It’s so hard to find healthy eating options in south Florida and when you do it’s not very good. But this place is actually really good and clean. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. They have so many options to choose from so anything you want I’m pretty sure they have. If you’re in the area I’d definitely recommend checking this place out!

So good I didn’t even put my fork down to take pictures! What a great menu selection. They have such a vast array of salads and sandwiches you will stay busy trying to decide which one to try today. We tried the tzaziki for an app, chose fresh sliced cucumbers and pita for the sides. It came out promptly and was delicious. Also tried the Davie Cobb(added falafel) and the Texas Two Step. Perfect size salads. You can finish the whole thing and not be overly full. I will definitely return again and again. Excellent service as well. You can tell the people there enjoy their jobs which just makes for a stellar experience here.

I work in holistic nutrition so for those interested in a review on food please continue. The menu at Toss Up Salads is incredibly priced for serving a variety of organic and vegetation options. I ordered the gluten free Walnut Spinach with added on falafel. Wow! You receive organic eggs and spinach and it is packed full of delicious veggies. With add ons this huge salad was UNDER $ 10. Take a moment to ask where you can order a salad with organic produce that’s under $ 10…keep thinking because I would be surprised to know where. Im very impressed at the amount of food you receive for the price. Taste: my juice was excellent! I had a Cleanse and Detox with added on lemon, ginger and carrot. He did a superb job and it tastes great. They have a fair selection and are more than willing to mix in whatever your heart desires. After going to dozens of juice cafes having that attitude is very nice because I do understand it’s not always fun or easy to add on things different from the menu. Thank you for your flexibility. Environment: just like I like it! I enjoy a quiet spot where I can hang out by myself and do work. This is it. Big booths and a couple tables. Soft music and a few tvs on silent? The plaza seems slow in pedestrian traffic so for me it has been a very enjoyable lunch because it’s so quiet in here. Perks: I found after leaving a check-in I received a coupon for a complimentary appetizer so that is a super great perk! Conclusion: I will definitely be coming back with friends. 5 stars on service, food and environment!

So I heard about this place from a flyer at my sons school. So I came in with my mom for some breakfast during the week. We arrived a little after 8am and we were the only ones there. We took a quick glance at the menu they do have a nice variety of healthy meals. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast wrap and my mom ordered a meat omelette. I loved my wrap is was so fresh and delicious! It came with a side of fruit and my mother of course is Hispanic and felt like her omelette needed half a pound of salt, but I can clearly tell you it was also delicious from the bites I took. I can’t wait to come back on my days off and just enjoy a quite place to eat breakfast and drink fresh juice!

Their salads range from about $ 7 – 11. I wish they had more variety of salads that include a decent amount of meat in it(not just bacon bits). Many of their salads don’t have meat, but you can always add chicken or salmon to your salad for an extra cost. At least their salads come in big portions. I usually get the Davie Cobb salad and a café con leche. They also have wraps and sandwiches.

I eat salads pretty often for lunch so I was psyched to see this location close to my office. The interior is pretty spacious with numerous booths easily big enough to accomodate a party of 6. I am glad that I arrived before 12 as a pretty large rush came in after me. I decided to go with the Parisian Lover’s salad which is a delicious sounding combination Spring mix, romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, grapes, almonds, brie cheese, tossed in champagne dressing. I did not like that adding«Grilled» chicken costs almost $ 2 more than adding«diced» chicken. The only difference was that the grilled chicken was put on the grill. I opted for the diced variety. My salad came out after a bit and I noticed that they had forgotten the brie cheese. No problem, I let the cashier know and she apologized and said the kitchen would send out a side. After about another 15 minutes and still no brie, I had to ask a second time for them to bring it out. In addition I feel they could have been a little more heavy handed with the chicken considering you have to pay extra. Once I received the Brie, I found the salad to be pretty delicious with very fresh ingredients. Overall I thought it was just ok for the price $ 13 salad including tip. I’d check it out again though just not regularly.

This was the best freaking salad place I’ve been too. The staff was really friendly and helped me decide between things. You can also sample things you’re not too sure about. The five stars is definitely based on the food and staff. The interior isn’t anything at all special but I don’t really think that’s important. Anyway, I don’t remember the name of the salad I got but I switched out the mango poppy dressing for raspberry vinaigrette and added goat cheese. It was an extremely refreshing salad. Well worth your money. I’m so happy to have found this place.
