If I could shade ½ a star I’d give it for effort. This place has gone from bad to worst. The server tried his hardest, he seems new. They gave me the shrimp straight from the sea. How do you serve gray shrimp, smh.

This isn’t my first time here so it was to be expected. The experience wasn’t spectacular but I did not have many complaints either. There was a decent wait time for a Thursday night which was surprising but it was okay. The food isn’t that great but the only great thing are the biscuits you get at the beginning of the meal. I got the usual which is the four course meal since it is $ 17.99 for a soup, salad, entrée, and dessert. For the money the four course is worth it. The waiter was alright. Sometimes he was hard to locate but at times he was able to atleast refill our drinks. This red lobster is in a great location where after a big meal you can take a walk inside target for some shopping.

Went on a Saturday evening was seated right away! WOW! I have been going to this chain restaurant for easily the past 20 years and that was a first. I initially went because of Lobsterfest but I was disappointed with the pricing and the options. Yet, I chose to go with the lobster seaport. The petite lobster tail was very chewy and I didn’t feel the need to even finish half of my order Ordered the Malibu hurricane which didn’t have much taste and I’m sure they left out the Malibu rum tasted like watered down Tropicana fruit punch YUCK! Their saving grace THEBISCUITS duh! I probably won’t return and the fact that they use some device to clean up rather than a broom and dust pan freaked me and my guest out ! plus their excellent server Maggie wow what a darling spirit ! Thanks again! This girl deserves a raise ! So, if your thinking red lobster just save your time and go to a real seafood restaurant

Here’s the thing, I love me some red lobster and have for years. Lately this one in particular has been dirty. They tried seating me at a booth that was not wiped down properly and was really dirty filthy under the table! Like whole pieces of food and all, gross. They come over to clean it with one of those lame excuses of a hand vacuum. It basically pushed the dirt to the back. How about a real broom and dust pan! Food is decent and service was alright(so corporate). Clean up Red Lobster, copaigue!

I almost never go to chain restaurants of any kind but we had a gift card so… 8 of us went to dinner on a Saturday night. We wanted dinner and drinks. We were told none of the beers on tap were available because«the taps are broken». Additionally half of the bottled beers on the menu were not in stock. All they had was beer I can get from a gas station. I guess this is good for us because we probably saved a considerable amount we would have spent on beer during the 2 and ½ hours we were there but not so good for Red Lobster. I have never in my life been to a restaurant on any night, let alone a Saturday night with a bar that is so poorly stocked. Twice I noticed bartenders walking around the restaurant grabbing glasses from deserted tables and busboy bins so they could bring them back to wash. Not only out of beer but out of glasses? Seriously Red Lobster, whoever manages the bar at this location needs to go bye bye. Aside from that the food was just OK. My steak was good, nothing special and certainly not worth $ 25. The stuffed mushrooms I had for an appetizer appear to have been placed in a 9,000 degree oven for 30 seconds, the mushrooms themselves were completely uncooked yet they and the plate were too hot to touch for at least 15 minutes and were swimming in grease. They were supposed to be stuffed with lobster but I didn’t taste any. The staff seemed incredibly overwhelmed, while we were there they dropped at least 3 glasses/dishes(to be clear our waitress was great — zero complaints there). The manager(at least the guy I assume was the manager) appeared lost and dazed, he was simply walking around the place with his mouth half open staring at the employees. He may have been under the influence of narcotics.

It ain’t cheap, but you gotta love red lobster. The rolls are delicious. I wish I could take like 20 home. Also, the Bahama Mama(cocktail) s a must. No other place makes it like this. The lobster and shrimp are always good.

Had the salmon lobster and shrimp special and change the salmon to scallops. As with the other reviews everything was overcooked and rubbery and drenched in butter This is the end of October and the air conditioning was on high and we were all freezing Service was good but we will not return as the food is really decrepit

A lot of empty tables and employees on their phones. We waited over an hour and still were never seated. I watched 2 couples come in and get seated before us while we waited. I had a party of 3. Not ranting about the food but the service definitely needs to be improved.

Your regular red lobsters: Wait time: we came on a Friday night around 8ish and were seated right away. We are usually seated right away. Service: just okay nothing to write home about. It wasn’t amazingly great but it wasn’t terrible either. Food: was good I had the four course feast which includes and appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert for $ 17.99. Can’t go wrong with the price. Drinks: they have a nice selection and they were made very well today. Must haves: cheddar bay biscuits! 95% of the reason I come to red lobsters is for the biscuits. The other 5% is for everything else lol. That’s all for now folks! Happy Unilocaling :)

We’ve eaten here several times. Each time was that«One More Chance» we promised on the prior unsatisfactory visit. The lobster and shrimp are always rubbery beyond belief, sitting in water, butter, or seemingly a combination of both for God knows how long. The bar Harbor Lobster Bake has been by far the worst experience. It came out with a plastic dome lid on it and a plate so hot beyond the temp that any heat lamp could have gotten it to. Both of which screamed MICROWAVE!!! Water came flowing off of the lid back into the food when removed. Everything was steamed beyond edibility by the time it got to the table. The shrimp, the scallops, the lobster. All rubber!!! We sent them both back. It was an insult to us as well as to the food. Those poor crustaceans didn’t die to be served like that!!! The best part of the meal were the delicious Cheddar Bay Biscuits. But should the biscuits REALLY be the highlight of a seafood meal???

Wow caned little shrimp, I mean little I had scallops and shrimp. You could not find the scallops or the shrimps. It’s a shame that Red Lobster is suppose to be a sea food restaurant, really ! They should tell u they use caned shrimp ! And if it’s not ! It sure looks like it

This location has very salty foods, the stuffed mushrooms, seafood bisque, shrimp scampi and the fried shrimp too. Other locations not as salty and staff here is extremely rude and slow.

Quick service. Good food, minus the wood-grilled salmon was very dry with absolutely no flavor. Leaving fully satisfied.

Only gave two stars because I like their biscuits. Everything else was a zero. The host and hostess were not very alert and really unorganized, they couldn’t keep track of who was waiting. The lobster was burnt and dry and didn’t even taste like lobster. This location used to be good, but the last few times, they really s*** the bed.

I always get the ny steak with crispy red potatoes. The fried calamari & vegetables is delicious & of course their biscuits. Close to home and worth eating there if I’m in the mood for seafood.

I know it’s cheesy. Even when you have plenty of «real» seafood restaurants around, sometimes you just want Red Lobster. This location is rather good. Been there a few times, food is consistent. Service decent. No problem recommending.

Its your typical Red Lobster and this one has been here for a very long time. Its a bit old inside but the food is always cooked well. I like that they keep on trying to expand their menu but there only so many ways to make a fish. The service here is good and there always seems to be enough wait staff in place. Good size lunch menu for a decent price and sat but not least the Biscuits never seem to fail. I still prefer real style sea food restaurants where you get down and dirty with you sea food. Here you just don’t get that.
