Beach Hut

My daughter who is now 7 years old LOVES ordering food at the beach hut and then sit outside at the tables set up for customers. The food is not cheap $$$, but you do get a lot of food and is always tasty.

This place was fun! Went on a Friday night after work and I think everyone had the same thinking I did. There was a live band playing and they were not bad. Had a drink in one hand and food in the other. My husband was already there with friends so that was convenient being there were no tables vacant. The breeze was perfect on the sunny day. The view was beautiful. The only 2 things I didn’t like was the long long lines to the bathroom and the fact that they closed wayyyy to early. 930 pm!!! The food was so so, but the drinks were strong enough to give you a buzz on your 1^st glass. I recommend this place if you want to just hang on the beach and havd some good drinks.

This is a nice to just hang out after work, enjoy some music, order some mix drinks, grub on some food and relax.
The food is not amazing and the mix drinks is not strong but with good company, it’s a chill place.
I recently went with two co workers after work and there was a live band playing country music. It had a nice crowd. They even went up and line dance. Ya you won’t catch me doing that because I don’t know how. Maybe if I was completely drunk.

Casual and great beach location with live music. Food is good and reasonably priced. Lobster roll, fish and chips, linguini with clam sauce has all been good.

Love it! It’s on the beach so you know its ultra casual, but the fish and chips are actually delicious! They have a car show in the parking lot every Saturday and live music at night with some killer frozen drinks.
Its family friendly and a nice crowd! Bring your own beach chairs if you want to sit in the sand rather than the crowded picnic tables.

I like that they have live music every night in the summer. The food is ok and there are decent beer choices, as well as a full bar. The seating can get crowded, especially on lobster nights, so many people bring their own chairs to sit and listen to the bands. It’s one of the better Beach Huts on the island.

Great place to go during the summer. Thursday was my night here… I would go to listen to Mambo Loco, a spanish band.

Expensive, but great small restaurant and bar on a nice beach in LI

Seafood & Music on the beach.
I like the Beach Huts — there are a variety of them scattered around the town beaches on Long Island.
This location is fun since you get to eat, drink and be merry while listening to some live tunes on the beach — best time of course is during sunset, but anytime can be fun.
The menu is basic snack bar fare– heavy on the fried stuff and well, let’s be real, it is tasty and made for summer. There is enough variety so that even the non-​seafood peeps will find something. Seating is outdoors and is very informal — order your food and wait for them to call you.
The inside area is small and perpetually loaded with people trying to get a drink which cuts across the line of people trying to get food– so you will at least get to meet and talk to new people!
Prices are a bit steep but it is seasonal. Double bonus — you can walk around the beach with your drinks — just don’t make a drunk ass of yourself and ruin it for everyone else!
Plenty of parking in front.
