Deeann Bennett DDS

I used to be a long time patient of Dr. Bennett she was great before she built her new building and her new marriage. She was thoughtful about the patient her staff worked out payment plans. My last visit there was to have a filling done after a root canal, I had the go ahead from the endodondist, the periodondist, and the endodondist second opinion from her husband. Dr. Bennett signed a plan with me to do it. Halfway through the plan she bailed and didnot tell me until afterwards. She said I only did a temp we will have to do a plan with the endodondist, I had a plan it was for you to fill the tooth. I took off half a day from work and drove two hours to her office and two hours home. Her staff calls me today and said well where are you on the tooth, I am like what do you mean, you left me high and dry, the receptionist checks with Dr. Bennett who says the tooth needs to come out its loose. Seriously where is this coming from that suddenly she knows more than three specialists, wastes my time and money and her staff does not even know when they call me what they are talking about. If I took out the tooth I would lose an entire bridge. I don’t know this dentist anymore. I liked the one who was not stuck up in her fancy new building and not so busy trying to make the mortgage she knew what was going on with her patients and had staff that truly cared. Goodbye Dr. Bennett.

Horrible service, called to make s new patient appointment and they took my insurance and called to verify coverage but they failed to tell me they were out of network. Didn’t find this out until after the service were performed. NEVER WILL BE BACK HERE EVERY AGAIN.

Like most, going to the dentist is not on the top 10 list of favorite activities.
I must admit though, Dr. Bennett and her crew are as good as it gets.
Dr. Bennett and Jan are both professionals, care about their patients, are wonderful people and make the experience one you look forward to coming back to see them.
They are not over the top with treatments and give you their honest opinion on next steps and approach. Your comfort and proper care are their priorities for sure.
Honesty, integrity and skill. what a great combination.
