Another outpost of the Coppell Deli folks. While the breakfast is served all day we opted for mushroom Swiss burger and grilled chicken sandwiches. Burger was big, a bit messy to eat as the kitchen though mayo on both outside and inside of bun was a good idea. Burger was OK. Meat was juicy but really had very little flavor, mushrooms were almost nonexistent. Order took FOREVER to get. Odd because the place was almost empty. Tots and fries were crispy, either one is a good choice. Chicken sandwich was tasty, nothing remarkable. Honestly, $ 20 for two sandwiches one with fries/Tots and one without either is too much. Bottom line, average food with above average prices.

Deliman and Coppell Deli use the same recipe. Both locations are consistently good. You can go to either and get the same fantastic burger. For the under $ 10 price point, this is the best burger I’ve had. No skinny patties here. You get a thick, juicy ½ lb patty cooked the way you like. I like my medium. Forget those burgers that tries to mask inferior meat with a whole bunch of toppings like blue cheese, guacamole, salsa, BBQ sauce, etc… This is straight up good quality beef you can taste. If you’re a burger purist, this is the place for you. If you like fancy toppings, try it anyways. You may be a convert. I’m drooling thinking about my next burger. Will RTE soon!

One of my all time favorite places for breakfast sandwiches. The Stubbs and the Nate are classics. Also, they have a good burger and standard Club sandwich for lunch.

great food and service. The burger is a must. Their tots are also some of the best around.

I’m always at the deli in the morning, the food is always fresh and cooked fast! Their customer service is great I can sit down and drink a cup of coffee and when my foods ready they bring it out. Delimans has found the perfect niche for themselves; they have the hole in wall atmosphere while maintaining the same kind of quality and cleanliness you would find at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Another plus is that it’s décor is all Dallas Cowboys stuff! The only thing that could use a little more attention is the men’s bathroom not sure about the women’s. Overall a great guy restaurant to go watch a game or get some good food in the morning and as always GOCOWBOYS!

This my favorite spot for both breakfast and lunch, and because the menu is affordable and I eat a lotttt, I always order 2 entrees. For breakfast, I get the stubbs sandwich on texas toast with a side of tots. For lunch I get either a burger or the gyro plate. Their gyro meat is so good. By the way, breakfast is served all day. The shakes are 100% ice cream all be milk, so that’s always my dessert. Did I mention the Cowboys eat here? I ran into troy Aikman once. He was sitting with the owner and a couple of friends eating some different items of the Greek menu. So cool.

Had the break burrito, so good!!! Bacon was pretty crispy, sausage wasn’t over cooked and tons of fluffy eggs inside! Only thing was in would want more cheese, but that’s because I love a lot :) definitely a great place for breakfast. I’ll try lunch items next time.

Easily the best place to eat in Coppell, and probably my favorite restaurant, a Stubbs is a must if you go there, all of them are good. If you don’t think this place is good you have malfunctioning taste buds

Very disappointed. I ordered breakfast, with a pancake, bacon, eggs, & potatoes. The food was extremely greasy and bland, lacking any seasoning. There was absolutely no flavor at all. The atmosphere was kind of gross as well. My husband ordered the biscuits & gravy, and the biscuits were dry & harder than they should’ve been. Definitely will not be back.

I rarely give 5 stars. This is one of them. I don’t have enough time to say all the good things I want to say about this place. I was looking for a place to have a weekly breakfast with my friends. Over a year later and I still look forward to my wednesday breakfast at Deliman Grill. STUBBS: Need I say more? The dish sells itself. It is every breakfast entrée you can think of all rolled into one dish. It is egg, cheese, sausage, bacon, ham(almost the whole pig), all on TEXAS toast. If you don’t like this then you are un-American and you should get on the next boat back to whichever backward-ass country you come from. JAY: The owner, Jay, works the counter in the morning, and he is the best you’ll find. After your first visit he will call you by name when you return. Not many restauranteurs are like Jay. BURGERS: I am always on the lookout for the best burger. These are among the best. I might recommend the Hickory Burger. Enough said. DALLASCOWBOYS: If you are a Dallas Cowboys fan then you have found your new home. Jay is a Cowboy encyclopedia and the walls are a museum. You won’t go wrong here.

Dingy, cafeteria atmosphere on the inside. Which I can deal with if the food is good. However, our food experience was not very good. I ordered the chicken salad, but the chicken tasted very much like fish. And my wife ordered another chicken dish, which tasted sort of like chicken, but more like fish as well. We are surmising that they are frying everything in the same oil, cross-contaminating some pretty un-appealing tastes when mixed together. We took my wife’s mom here and were sort of embarrassed – will not be going back!

I love a good breakfast sandwich so this place gets a double thumbs up in my book! Very hearty and tasty breakfast sandwiches. Very reasonable prices. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely go back! I would say the hashbrown was disappointing. It was basically a small mcdonalds hashbrown patty and I was hoping for a more home cooked style of hashbrowns like you would get at an Ihop or Dennys. But the taste was good so no strong complaints against it. Only went for breakfast so no comments on other menu items.

First time here, was passing by and thought we’d give it a try. The restaurant is nice enough – mostly clean, interesting things on the walls(Dallas sports photos). We were here mid-afternoon, and the floor needed a cleaning, and I put my hand In something sticky in the table I chose. There were quite a few patrons for 2 pm. The staff, although not rude, were nowhere near friendly. I’m not expecting cartwheels and high-fives, but a simple hello would have been nice. The food was tasty, but pricey for what it was. I had a Gyro plate. The meat and pita was good, but the cold sauce was just so-so, and there weren’t any cukes or tomatoes offered. My wife’s Reuben was almost soaked through with juice from the sauerkraut, but the corned beef was dry. The fries were good and hot though. Overall, I could take it or leave it. Too pricey for what it was. We won’t make it a habit.

Today was the first time my family and I visited this establishment and as we walked in we were greeted with a less than thrilled staff and a building with less than adequate air conditioning. As we got our food, a double cheeseburger and a gyro sandwich, we were very impressed by the food. It was good portioning and tasted great. While we were eating, my husband randomly checked our bank account to realize that we had been charged for our lunch SEVEN times. That is a total of $ 166.53, ladies and gentlemen. My husband spoke with the manager(who also conducted our original transaction) to be told there was nothing he could do. He tried refund us only ONE transaction. My husband refused to sign the refund receipt unless it had a total amount on the receipt. We are currently working with our bank to dispute all charges because the restaurant would not work with us at all. We will definitely NOT be back! It is a shame that this restaurant has ignorant and poorly trained management that is unable to do their job because the food is great. I’d recommend only if you are willing to be charged over $ 150 for two lunches!

I wanted and this to be so good but after spending $ 12 on a Gyro, frys and a drink I expected it to the Very best I have ever eaton unfortunately it was not. You could get the same quality out of a food truck and save yourself $ 9 will not be going back

The best breakfast sandwich in the area! Hot link, egg, cheese, and bacon, on Texas Toast! My favorites item on the menu. Don’t get me wrong, all their food is delicious and portions are pretty big for one person. Whatever you decide to get, you won’t be disappointed

I had the patty melt and onion rings for lunch. The service is what you would expect during lunch, get a number and they bring it to you. The patty melt itself comes loaded with sauteed onions so if you’re not a fan or a casual fan ask them to put less. The onions were nice and tender and compliment the white cheese a lot. The sandwich is plenty big and should fill up almost anyone looking for a big lunch. I recommend the onion rings but hey I love onions. They are the thick kind and nicely breaded. Great choice for lunch!

I really like their gyros here! The combo is a good deal. Or WAS… they’ve upped the price, and I really can’t justify $ 10 for a gyro and tater tots anymore when I can get the same thing somewhere else for $ 6. Their burgers and fries are also good, and there are plenty of TVs around the restaurant. If you’re looking for a good lunch, and value is not of importance, come here.

It’s a 3 star for me here. This is actually an endorsement for this type of establishment. It is a spacious friendly atmosphere with booths or tables and a separate small bar area. Several TV’s with sports on and lots of sports related memorabilia. Perfect place to bring a youth sports team, have a casual family dinner or a place to just hang solo and work a bit with the Free Wi-Fi and have a cold beer(or Coke). Enjoyed both the tabbouleh and hummus dishes — very fresh and prepared pretty close to perfect. They both needed just a touch of extra virgin olive oil. The menu covers a wide variety from fresh salads, healthier sandwiches and wraps, to breakfast choices(ask about the«Stubbs» which John Madden seems to recommend per their printed menu) to chicken fried steak, Greek meals, burgers, chili cheese fries or what looks to be a favorite the chili cheese tater tots. Overall — lots of options for bigger groups and for the night when nobody can agree on what’s for dinner! The drive-thru is a bonus.
