McDonald’s

It is not amazing it’s just well McDonald’s but it is just good enough. It’s very very cheap and ok not good for you at all but it’s manageable and if you don’t want to cook and be cheap than that is definitely the place for you

I know it’s McD but oh my goshhhh! Service slow as molasses… Too much chatting and not enough movement or customer service! Food was cold and associates don’t care if you are waiting to be serviced… They’ll just stare and knowing cashier needs help they just move slower. Ahh and they do t use hair nets which is gross since all the female employees have long hair! Think twice before stopping here for food!

Pulled away from the drive thru last night… Where I was told once again that «the icecream machine is down» it’s 10:30 pm on a Monday. The past 4 times I have been to this location it has been down (varying times throughout the evening) or I have been told they don’t serve icecream past 12am. Once I was even told their frappé machine wasn’t working. You mean your coffee maker or your blender isn’t working?
So tonight after being thoroughly disappointed that one of the only 3 drive thrus in town is too lazy to serve me my icecream, my husband asks the girl at the window if their icecream machine is always down. She replies that «only when it’s being cleaned» so he goes on to ask «well when will it be done being cleaned so I can come back up» to which she replies «uhh I dunno probably tomorrow»… Right.
Looks like this location needs better management put in place to assure the customer is actually being served. Ridiculous that the same people that are striking for $ 15 an hour are too lazy to swirl some icecream onto a cone.
I only rated this location 2 stars because I have passed through a couple times in the morning and although the iced coffee is made sub par, the morning crew is polite.

Every time I go through the drive thru, the employees are very polite. This location has always been correct with my food order.

One star just because I can’t give zero. Play area is always dirty. No employee ever goes there to check on the tables or bathroom. The manager is always «away» when there is a problem. Also we just got charged $.30 for water but the cashier did not mentioned while reviewing the order. We found out until we got our receipt with the order.
This is the reason we only come here once in blue moon but we keep seeing the same issues.
Corporate should pay more attention to the customer feedback since this location has always had issues as mentioned by other Unilocal users.

4 stars for parents with kids. There is a large indoor play place that the kids love, kept fairly clean. Also there is a family bathroom. Food is usually fine, and staff is usually pleasant.

Well, it’s McDonalds. I don’t expect a lot from this place. I know how the employees are miserable to be there and I’m pretty miserable too for I am having to eat McDonalds too cause I’m so poor right before I’m getting my pay checks.
I won’t complain. It’s so bad for your health but well it’s cheap.

Nice workers and quick to serve your order!

Don’t expect fresh at 4:30pm! You would think they are gearing up for the dinner crowd but I had cold fries, a room temp burger and lukewarm nuggets. So disappointing. I could have taken my $ 5 elsewhere! I know it’s just McDonald’s but when you want it (which isn’t often in my case) you want that hot, fresh fast food. It’s bad enough that its unhealthy, at least serve it hot & fresh! Ugh!

The interior is nice, better than many McDonald’s I’ve been to in (or outside) of TX.
Food — Standard.
Service — nice people
Playground — Large. Fun. BUT! It is in a west-​facing room. It gets so hot in the afternoon. Kids sweat when playing, and adults sweat by sitting there drinking cold soda. WTH. The manager told me the AC is on but it doesn’t help at all. I love the playground, but I don’t like to go there in the afternoon. We go somewhere else in summer.

A McDonalds is a McDonalds… I go through the drive through on my way to work once in a while and get a couple slices of sausage and some hash browns.
Love the Mocha Frappé though… very tasty.

My picks of the menu at McD’s is limited to the fish sandwich, the quarter pounder, and the occasional pie and chicken nugget. McDonald’s isn’t my favorite fast food burger joint, but every once in awhile, I’ll go in and try something new on their menu. I just had to try one of their angus burgers, a mission that I soon regretted. Dry, flavorless patty on a dry, flavorless sandwich – even bacon failed to make an impression. I tried to find a redeeming quality about their Angus Bacon and Cheese, but couldn’t – unless you like biting into a mouthful of bland bun. I found it all one-​dimensional. I could have lived without ever knowing it.
My man loves their fries – personally I think they’re terrible. That’s what frying them in clean canola grease gets you – no flavor, stick-​dry. World famous? Maybe if I was still 5 years old and the world was the size of a McD’s ball pit.
The problem here is McDonald’s doesn’t taste like it used to, before the obesity epidemic, transfats and lawsuits altered their menu.
This location seems to be staffed by friendly folks; haven’t experienced a service snafu but I don’t intend to visit often, unless the SO drags me otherwise.

I’ve had the same problem as you Julie! I’m not sure if they updated here or what but it was sure different today when I went in. My dad works down the street from here so this is the best McDonald’s to go to.
The manager was really nice this morning. I ordered a combo sausage mcmuffin without the egg. I’m not a big egg person so I never get it on my sandwich. Well the manager told me he was going to sell me the sandwich for only a dollar! I was thrilled needless to say. I think they probably have had a lot of complaints and are starting to clean house. I just hope it keeps improving.
