Taking to social media to vent on Sonic. Haven’t been there in awhile. Didn’t see a hamburger on the menu, only cheeseburgers. I asked for just a hamburger and assumed it would be priced a little less than a cheeseburger. Receipt showed charge for cheeseburger, custom order minus cheese. When I asked why I paid for a cheeseburger when I only ordered a hamburger, I was told they don’t sell hamburgers, only cheeseburgers which can get without the cheese. But you still pay for the cheese. Forced up sell. I consider this an unethical business practice and they know most people aren’t paying that close attention.

Worst sonic ever! I love Sonic in general but this franchise is really bad. Inconsistent and slow service. Went by today at 7:20am and they weren’t even open! I will not visit this location ever again.

Worst service ever! I don’t know what happened to this franchise, but they have horrible service. Wait times are long, they give you the wrong items, or screw up the order completely. They don’t know how to count change back correctly or even offer to give you the coin change. They just assume that’s their tip. I have to ask for my receipt because they never offer to give it to you. What happened to this place?!! Get it together! And I wish they would bring back sweet potato tots and fried pickles!
