Would’ve given them 5 stars but since they changed the bread pudding they get 4. They need to bring back the old bread pudding with the raisins and whiskey sauce. Hands down the best steak I’ve ever eaten. The steak gets 5 stars! The bread with that amazing butter is Awesome! The fully loaded garlic mashed potatoes are really good. The 3 cheese Au Gratin potatoes and sweet potato casserole are really good to. If you want great steak come to Ruth Chris!!! Better steak than prime 112.

What a great disappointment tonight’s dinner was. This place has always been great but tonight service was extra slow and not once did we get our water refilled after multiple request. In addition there usually awesome Crème Brule was hard like it was old. We asked to have one to go and it was packed in aluminum foil without a container and mused down as if it was dog food or something. When we asked to speak to the manager he simply brought out a properly packed crème Brule but offered no apology or explanation. Their attitude was that they could not be bother after charging the $ 300 meal. We will not be returning to this place that was once a favorite.

Meh. This was my first time at a Ruth’s Chris in at least a dozen years and to be honest, I was disappointed. I’d rather go to Graziano’s any day of the week, as I think they have better meats at more reasonable prices. 2 of us came here to Ruth’s Chris late on a Wednesday afternoon. My friend had the chicken gumbo, I had a 12 Oz ribeye and an order of mashed potatoes. The gumbo was $ 8.50, the steak was $ 42 and the mashed potatoes $ 9.50. So basically if you looked at what we had combined, it was a soup, an entrée and a side, the bill came to $ 65 before gratuity. Service and ambiance were both nothing special. As mentioned, next time I’ll head a block over to Graziano’s, thanks very much.

He food is simply amazing. Nothing is over sauced or hidden behind spices. The filet melts in your mouth. The lobster Mac n cheese is a play on tastes. The chunks of lobster paired with mild peppers makes you come back for more every bite. The multi page wine list has something for everyone. Definitely a gem of Miami.

We visited on Sunday and we order veal ravioli and after a few bites we noticed it was over salted. After a few more bites I ran to the bathroom with food poisoning, today Tuesday I still feel horrible and all Ruth Chris did about it was a free bread pudding. I am extremely disappointed and will never return. I advise you to stay far away. A steak house is know for there meat and that’s what got us sick. We weren’t able to enjoy our meal.

Another amazing fine dining experience made possible by Miami Spice 2015. This was my first time ever dining at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and I left an extremely happy and satisfied customer. Parking was incredibly easy, although I’m sure the fact that it’s a Tuesday and it’s pouring had something to do with the ease of that miraculous feat. It is Coral Gables after all. My cousin and I arrived at 6:25 pm, but our reservation wasn’t till 7:30 pm. We arrived almost a whole hour in advance but the hostess was more than accommodating which, following the great parking, was another pleasant surprise. The restaurant is romantic, yet it maintains a professional, business-like ambiance. It’s the kind of place you’d see in the movies; you know, the one where her boss casually takes her to lunch before he seduces her? Yeah, like that. Our server was incredibly accommodating. She made us feel spoiled the entire time. She was also very knowledgeable of the restaurant’s history which made me very trusting of her opinions on the wine selections and the different steak options. The food is phenomenal. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had in my life. Creamed spinach made the perfect side as well. The chorizo soup reminded me of «caldo gallego»(if you’re Spanish you know what’s up) — it’s very tasty. The cheesecake dessert was also one of the most amazing cheesecakes I’ve ever had. Most deserving of the five stars, all the way around.

While on vacation we went to this location for the first time, we didn’t make reservation and was able to walk in an get a table around 1900, not sure if the rain had anything to do with that. For the appetizer, we had the calamari which was drizzled with some type of sweet chili sauce. Would have been better with some type of dipping sauce to accompany the calamari, but however it was still good. For the dinner my wife got the Miami special (I believe that’s what it was called) which came with an appetizer(she got cesear salad), meal(6oz steak), with a side(creamy spinach), and dessert(normal cheesecake that is given) I got the chicken, with an appetizer(sweet potato casserole) which is excellent! The creamy spinach wasn’t that good, I don’t know if it was because when it came out it wasn’t sizzling hot like everything else. The cheesecake dessert wasn’t that good either, it tasted salty to me. The main courses/appetizer were good, and will always go to Ruth Chris, not sure if it was just this location for the issues with the Spinach and cheesecake

Ever since my disappointing meal at the Ruth Chris’ in Savannah, I have been reluctant to go to any of them, Having been invited to this one I had little choice. The food was pretty good, but I have had better steaks in many places. The atmosphere is somewhat stuffy, so it’s not really my scene.

The Happy Hour is awesome! I recommend the Spicy Lobster($ 8) and the Pomegranate Martini($ 8). They also have the Miami Spice menu. The Petite Filet and Shrimp with a salad and either Mashed Potato or Creamed Spinach as a side for $ 39. It is delicious! The dessert is included with the cost of the meal. The cheesecake is very good.

I took my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday on a Friday night. Our server, Jeffrey, was amazing! We started off with the Crabtini(so delicious!) and a Caesar salad. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye and I ordered the stuffed chicken breast. We also ordered two sides– potatoes au gratin and sweet potato casserole. Everything was amazing!(My favorite was the sweet potato casserole!) For dessert we ordered the bread pudding. It was brought out with a candle for his birthday. This restaurant has impeccable service and quality food. We will definitely be back! And thank you again to Jeffrey for making our evening spectacular!

We went for our anniversary dinner. They decorated our table with little metallic hearts and they brought us a lovely free dessert of turtle cheesecake. The rib eye steak was cooked to a perfect medium as requested and it was well seasoned. The stuffed chicken breast was bursting with flavor. The lyonnaise potatoes with caramelized onions are addictive. I ate way too much. The meal was simply sublime.

Their steak never disappoints. FYI– Traditional steak house style, family style dining when it comes to the sides, and the main course is just your protien, but a nice portion. We had the calamari for appetizer and it was delish, tasted fresh, and the sweet and sour sauce was not too overwhelming. Tonight I had the petite rib eye medium rare and it was cooked just right, that buttery taste is perfection, and one look at the knife and the meat cuts itself. The sides we always order are mash potatoes al gratin, sweet potatoe, and lobster mac and cheese, all very good. For dessert the bread pudding is my favorite. The service was lacking, it didn’t feel intimate, no recommendations, no explanations, just very regular, which if you’re paying $ 45 minimum for a main course protein you want good quality service, at least i do. Over all I Iove their steak, so I’ll be back if I don’t feel like driving to Capital Grille

This is a review for their happy hour menu. The better item of the night was the steak sandwich($ 7). Ahi Tuna($ 7) was alright. Spicy Lobster($ 7) was light on the lobster. Blueberry Mojito($ 7) was tasty and strong. Overall the temperature of the hot foods could have been hotter. Cocktails and server were nice. We parked at city metered lot across the street on the south side of Aragon Ave.

Finally I tried Ruth’s Chris. Pros: the food is very good, portions are humongous and it’s very tasty. Don’t go there if you’re on a diet :) We shared the spicy calamari to start with. Probably the best dish of the evening. Then we had the lamb chops and the NY steak. Both very good. No dessert because you just can’t fit it. Cons: Only 3 stars because our waiter(Ernesto?) was fake and annoying. Not very attentive(we could wait a long time before seeing him while he needed something) and trying to make jokes with us when he would deign to come to our table. Plus he forgot to take our wine orders of course. Too bad he made our experience less enjoyable. Especially for the price and gratuity, you deserve top service.
