I came here last month hoping to activate a new line for my daughter on my plan. I walked in and was great greeted by a woman(Hispanic, black hair, seemed to be in her 40s). Place was completely empty. I told her what my intentions were and see proceeded to ask for my phone number. She then said you can’t upgrade you just got the phone 8 months ago. I said who said anything about upgrading? I want to add a line. She seemed upset that she misheard me. I asked what deals or promotions do you have since this was during xmas. She said, none. It’s gonna be $ 100 more a month to add the new iPhone 6s. I said but I already pay $ 95 for my phone, why so much, I’m just adding. She proceeded to try and break the bill down in an annoyed fashion. She kept saying it can be more based on your credit. She didn’t even run my credit, just kept assuming I wouldn’t have great credit. She was not helpful at all and kept saying No to everything I suggested, all while having a disgusting attitude. I said ok, fine. I drove over to t-mobile to activate a new line for my daughter, and at the end I ended up switching completley to t-mobile and was able to get both lines plus an upgrade for my self for less than with this lady was saying. They lost me as a customer, but that wasn’t all. While I was in t-mobile, two other customers from sprint came over to switch. If she would of just worked with me or even attempted to help me or suggest anything, I would of kept my business there. Oh well.

My favorite sprint store! Carl always helps my boyfriend and I. We always leave the store very satisfied with the service he provides. Make sure to ask for him, I cant vouch for other customer services reps there.

This place had terrible customer service. Instead of helping us with what we needed, which wasn’t much, they completely ignored us the 15 minutes we were there and we walked out. We ended up taking our business to the Apple Store where we were attended to within seconds even though it was much busier than your store.

I was having issues with my service and I happened to be in the gables and a nice gentleman approached me as soon I walked in. He fixed my issue within 15 minutes of being there. He also looked over my bill to see if there was a way he could save me money. I would highly recommend this store in order to get great customer service!

My name is Joseph Gonzalez Store Manager at Store 321. On 10⁄28 we received this great customer review! «Carl was great in assisting me and my wife in getting new iPhones! And gave us a great deal on those really loud speakers!»

Horrible customer service. If there’s ONE thing I despise is when service reps are rude and try to push my requests over to someone else. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a rep whom was helping another customer. We walked around the store and waited until she was done with the customer(10 minutes). As our turn approached, I walk up to the rep whom already has this attitude and I knew things weren’t going to go well from there. I explain my problem and how I had called Sprint Corporate earlier and they sent me to the store to get new SIM cards for new devices. She replies«What? Who did you call? I am Sprint Corporate.»… knowing she had no idea what she was talking about I asked her«Well, then I need a SIM card for my new phone» she replies with, «Oh, we don’t have SIM cards here, we don’t do that here». I replied with«You don’t activate phones here… seriously?» Really, I thought you were a Sprint store? I thought that’s what you get paid to do. These service reps they hire are uneducated, rude, and unprofessional– and Sprint expects to withhold a company this way? As a young business owner, I know that these kinds of reps don’t know how much damage they do to a company with their sloppy attitudes. Honestly, she made my journey with Sprint even less desirable. She then gave me a list of other Sprint stores I could go to. I decided to go to the location on 87th Ave & Coral Way. We were helped immediately by a service rep there and the whole process of new SIM cards for my new devices and activation took less than 6 minutes(seriously). I guess this lady who claims she’s «corporate» really has no idea what she really is. AVOIDTHEHASSLE, VISITTHE87TH&CORALWAYSTORE… TRUSTME.

I have been a customer of Sprint for almost 2 years. Since switching over to Sprint I have had nothing but trouble with the service. Calls get dropped, no service. slow internet connection, calls going directly to voicemail, etc. Everytime I call they give me some lame excuse that they are upgrding the towers or that a specific tower in my area is down. The worse part is that they continue to bill me at my normal rate even though I cannot receive calls and/or use the internet. Yesterday I went into a corporate store after being told by the rep from Sprint on the phone the day before that they would exchange my phone at no cost to me. Little did I know that a the store they sent me to does not do exchanges, so they sent me to another store. There they informed me that inorder to get the new phone I would have to extend my contract. Well that was not going to happen, can you imagine another 2 years of bad phone service.
