Whatever hype this place had was killed in the first five minutes of being there. The place is beautiful decoration wise but honestly I had the absolute worse luck with the female server. She was so unprofessional and kept hurrying us up to order even though we told her multiple times that we were waiting for our friend. They also do not have high chairs which is a huge red flag for me since I have a one year old. All that said the desserts were good but the teas were horrendous. I tried the peach, mango and exotic tea and they were all super bland and flavorless. Our waitress suggested we added sugar or honey but yea is suppose to taste good on its own. Anything ca taste good with sugar. Overall I was extremely disappointed and will not be going back ever!

While the decoration is lovely and the smell is super, they loose a star for the very limited«take out» menu, while there is a wall of options of tea, they only have about 5 – 6 ready to go. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for a tea of my choosing to brew and to be able to take it. I tried the intense green and it was nothing to rave about. I can do better at home with what I buy from tevana. The salads did look amazing and I look forward to having time to sit down and enjoy lunch here.

Very unique place with amazing ambiance, we had no clue on what to get and wanted something totally unique. The guy was super cool and helpful, he gave some very good suggestions and it resulted in the best tea i have ever tasted.

Ticety is one of my favorite places in Miami. I am such a tea fanatic, so this spot is like my sanctuary. I love the vibe. Even when many tables are taken, it never feels crowded. I also love that they serve the iced tea in large glass pitchers with wine glasses. The teas are very aromatic, so I enjoy taking in the smell like I would with a nice wine. My favorites are the sunshine citron and the jasmine tea. They also have yummy sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Nothing like tea and macarons to make any day just a little bit sweeter.

This is such a wonderful café with any type of loose leaf tea that you would enjoy. Settled among the bridal stores and restaurants on the Miracle mile shops in Coral Gables, this place has a relaxing atmosphere. You can even get a few delicious homemade macaroons next door.

Ticety is in fact one of my favorite spots in Coral Gables. The service is excellent! The owners are always very welcoming and the staff is very accommodating and attentive. The food and the tea… Simply GREAT! If you haven’t been to Ticety, you’re definitely missing out.

Valerie –so French– is simply delightful she’s the perfect hostess and serves the most delectable creations whipped up by the chef. It is like a French country kitchen, rustic hardwood tables, metal chairs and vey comfortable seating overlooking two beautiful greenery lined walls. Behind the bar there are shelves and shelves of French blue ceramic containers containing amazing teas of every sort of blend. Cold tea is beautifully served in a tall glass pitcher and poured into gorgeous large goblets so that it really feels like you’re drinking a delectable elixir. It is recently opened and so has very few people eating there so take advantage of it now early before it starts to be so crowded you can’t get in.

I love Ticety and I’m often amazed how uncrowded it can be on the weekends – I frankly don’t understand it. Why Ticety is great: –Interior: I love the aesthetic. Super spacious and lots of natural lighting. Damien and the staff keep the doors open and it’s always a really comfortable temperature. It’s really easy to get a lot of work done because you don’t experience any«cave-like fogginess» from being cooped up. Plus the live wall is beautiful. –The tea: great tea selection and the taste of both tea and food seems highlighted by the almost-ritual way it is served – every tea is served by the pot or by the glass. which always tastes better. –The food: omg the food. So so good. Also, I want to marry the salad dressing. –The staff: super friendly and not pretentious at all. Everything is just well-done here. Maybe the only things that could be improved are the music(weird jazzy covers of popular songs pandora?) and the promptness, but I don’t really mind the promptness because it’s all so carefully crafted.

I love this place! As you may or may not know, only a couple blocks over there is another tea concept place, and to be honest, I like Ticety so much better. The environment at Ticety is so much more inviting here than the other place, and so are the staff. Although I’m not too sure if Miami was ready for the whole Tea scene, I really do hope this place survives because I enjoy the tea here. Also, although they barely have outlets(you have to ask to plug your cord in behind the bar), I still enjoy coming here to work or do homework because it’s so relaxing.

Lovely little place. Had a few of the iced teas. The blueberry, mango and sunshine citron were all tasty. Also had the cucumber sandwich, big enough to share. Quaint atmosphere and love the plant wall. Will be back.

Ticety is one of those restaurants that you continually walk by and always stop to take a second look because it is that beautiful looking. The large wall of plants is a spectacular view while enjoying a refreshing cup of tea(whether it be cold or hot). I spent the afternoon at Ticety catching up with a friend. We shared two different pots of hot tea, peas and wild blackberry. Both were equally delicious. Many people around us were drinking cold teas on this hot December day(yes, we live in Miami). Overall the atmosphere of the place is comfortable and relaxing, although it was a bit empty. I truly hope this business does well because they have a very unique concept. They also offer some food options, but it was very pricey in my opinion. It’s mostly sandwiches and pastries, but I think if they reduced the prices or offered less pricey food options they may see a difference in sales. I plan to give it another try so I can enjoy a cold tea next time.

Fancy some tea? Then, this great upscale place delivers a great experience soothing your day. You must try it at least once, specially if you were planning to go to a coffee place. Best experience at a great value here. This place is not only spectacular in the décor, but also fits perfectly for my needs. The tea they serve is of the finest quality available and there is a hot and iced variety of options that will make you forget coffee exists at all. In addition, they have a sandwich, salad, and appetizer menu that arguably could quench any crave. To conclude my opinion hwre, I would say that, just because of this reasons(and so much more), any other place from where i have been working in the past, now pales in comparison. Oh! Did i forget to mention tha the tea prices are really down to earth? How Ticety cool is that? real value and a satisfactory experience overall.

The menu also has salads, sandwiches, and something for the sweet tooth. The servers are extensively knowledgeable and friendly. Give them a visit you won’t be disappointed.

Adorable spot and a great atmosphere for a little solo time or meeting others. Love the idea of tea served to you! Tried the iced Green Tea with hibiscus, which was very fragrant and refreshing. Also tried an almond croissant, by suggestion of the really nice bartender(tea-tender?). A real treat! 4 stars because they don’t have wii fi, which this place should really have for those on business(and to keep me from going next door for coffee), and quite expensive($ 11 for iced tea and a croissant + tip). Definitely go for the ambiance, nice service and a change if pace.

It was tea o’ clock for me yesterday when I stopped in at Ticety Iced Tea Bar to try them out! Although it’s got a little uppity hip vibe I must admit, contrary to others thoughts– the prices were all quite affordable. You are very well likely to share a pot which can range in price… but $ 6 to $ 8 seems quite reasonable to me to split between several people. It’s an «organic» tea bar guys… you spend more money on a cocktail and you get way less drink! Come on… I chose to go with the hot white tea selection and chose the Peach based on a recommendation from the tea specialist behind the bar area. My tea was exactly what I was looking for. Our waitress mentioned the pastries are delivered by a local French bakery and are not made in-house. Although this thought originally disappointed me a bit, the almond croissant was ahhhhh-mazing! It’s the kind you have dreams about and I’ll go back in a second just to have it again. Whether I pay more money for it there versus at the bakery… who cares? You’re paying for the ambience– the plant wall that takes you to another world of secret gardens, the chic décor and the idea of tea in the city in style and like a boss! A few things that disappointed me on the visit first and foremost were the business hours… they close at 7. Understandably with a new business this may change if things picks up and the need arises for the extended hours, but I was undeniably disappointed since I arrived at 6:30 and out of consideration to the staff was trying to be quick with the ordering and sipping process. My second gripe was the fact the chef leaves at 5. I was looking forward to trying out something light prior to my flamenco class at 8PM. I had to settle for the tea and the croissant which left me satisfied, but hungry about an hour later. Lastly service… our waitress was not knowledgeable in the world of teas. She was not able to make any suggestions which was a little disappointing to say the least. Thankfully the tea guy at the bar overheard and quickly stepped in to save the day. She was slightly awkward with very little personality… similar to that of wheat toast-meh. I happen to enjoy teas, but anyone checking out the place for the hype and trying out teas for the first time would not be a «tea-liever» based solely on the service so because of that and the few setbacks above I choose to knock off a star… other than that I look forward to another visit to try out some other items there that seemed interesting!

Best was to describe it is «OK». We went here for lunch during work. The tea starts at $ 6 and granted, you get a mini pitcher of it, good for 2 full glasses, but it is expensive for iced tea. The hot tea starts around 6 and gets pretty steep.(Hah! — tea pun) The food was not worth the cost. I got the $ 13 ham and cheddar sandwich and it comes with a small arugula salad. Salty cheese + salty ham + dry and hard bread = eh. If you like tea, like me, this is a nice place to go and impress a date. Just don’t go hungry!

Wonderful Tea bar, best tea in town! We walked in in the afternoon and our server Daniel was very funny and sweet. We had the exotic dreams iced tea which smelled and tasted almost sweet and lush herbal tones. We tried the croque Monsieur truffle and it tasted light and full of flavor. My favorite were the small macarons which were simply delicious!
