We swore off Chili’s last year after one too many disgusting meals at the West Boca location. We received many Brinker gift cards though for the holidays, so decided to try it again. Just at a different location. We must be in the minority because is place was busy but the service was still pretty good. The Texas cheese fries were awesome as well as the chicken fingers. My grilled chicken salad was good except that the chicken was slightly over cooked and rubbery. Our toddler ate which is always a plus because you never know with two year olds. Definitely a much better location.

Came in during the usual dinner rush. We had about a 10 min wait and then we were sat with a kind younger waitress. We’ve all been to Chili’s and know that it’s a pretty middle of the road restaurant. Even so, let’s dive into my experience: Service was certainly satisfactory. Little bit of a wait on the food, but it was also the dinner rush. Food was on point! My tacos were great as a whole, with the exception of the shrimp taco not being overly impressive — it was a bit heavy on the slaw and lacking on shrimp. The carnitas and prime rib tacos were excellent! Tons of flavor in every bite. My girlfriend ordered the sirloin w/avocado and was very pleased. The sirloin was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Kid’s ordered Mac-n-cheese, so not much to tell about that. Looked like the picture. :) All in all, this is a chain restaurant. Don’t go there expecting the world and you’ll likely leave satisfied.

I use to love coming to Chili’s but it seems like every time I come lately I always end up leaving wishing I had gone somewhere else This visit the chips were soggy and so salty I couldn’t eat them. I ordered the original chicken crispers and they were so over booked that they looked like the original chicken crisper. Very disappointed. I should have gone next door to BJ Brew House.

What ever you do, call and ask if they are having a shift change! Only one person working the bar and the floor right now. Took exactly ten minutes to get a glass of water. Incredibly slow service and there were only 13 people in the place including me. Management needs to come out front on shift change and pick up the slack.

Love this place. Food is OK. The wait staff is excellent though. It is a great place to go after work to just relax and have a few drinks. Alfred the bartender is great. No matter how long of a day I’ve had he can always cheer the entire bar up.

Chili’s was one of our monthly visits up until about six months ago. They decided to change the menu and a lot of the recipes going to a more Tex-Mex type menu and offerings. They offer several different salad entrees as well as Chicken Crispers and other long time staples. They moved into the taco and bowl realm but took on the spicy more Latin design and focus. The good changed and so did a lot of the frequent visitors like us with many more traditional American food offerings in the area including next door ! The servers were often very attentive. You could often see managers moving around usually repairing or apologizing for meal mistakes. I believe they now offer a rewards program. They have also added the Kiosk system to help move tables quicker upon checkout. If they brought back some traditional offerings we might return …

I’m surprised that there are so many bad reviews for this place. Yes the wait time was long, however it was incredibly busy and the staff stayed friendly and welcoming the entire time. I was very impressed, it can be very easy to get overwhelmed with that kind of busy atmosphere! When we were seated we were seated at a table with a constantly flickering light. When asked about it they said yes, I’m sorry it’s out of order and they just promptly moved us. Our appetizers and drinks came out immediately! We did have to wait a bit for food, but it was well worth it as it was delicious with enough to take home. I love their two for one drink promotion! Very good bang for your buck! However they could have a more comprehensive drink menu as I know they offer more options that were just not listed. You have to come in there with some sort of drink knowledge. The only downside to our night was when another couple in the restaurant decided to change their child’s diaper at their table and put the used diaper on the table, i really wish the staff spoke to them about that and I’m sure that is not up to safety and health code standards. However another set of patrons told them about it and they cleaned the table acceptably with bleach afterwards but I think they should have asked those people to go to the bathroom as other people are eating, it was strange. However I can’t fault them for something a guest did in their establishment. Otherwise I guess maybe it gets a bad rap for being a chain restaurant. However they have renovated recently enough and they have also revamped their food all in all a good night friendly staff will go again.

I tried to avoid coming to the internet to write a review but after going to the Chili’s website and trying to direct my concerns I feel I was just blown off. The Coral Springs store must have a managment issue based on our experiences. I have been a business owner for over 40 years and if my staff treated our customers like we have experienced here they would be looking for new employment.

My girlfriend and her family came here around 9pm on Thursday 7÷23÷2015. There were not many people here to begin with and the customers were beginning to empty out. We all got our drinks and ordered our food. Next our food took over 35 minutes to come out when it was past 9pm on a Thursday night. Next My girlfriend’s dad clearly ordered shrimp tacos, however received fish tacos. After this issue was addressed with management it was taken off the bill. No one wants to wait longer in a restaurant for the correct food order to be made when it should have been right in the first time. Next I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a «steak» tostada. The quesadilla was good, however I was given a ground beef quesadilla. When I mentioned this to the waitress she insisted that the steak was mixed into the ground beef. This is something that should have been aware to me in the first place. When someone orders steak they are expecting actual steak, not«steak mixed into ground beef». If I knew that’s what the«steak» really was I would have just ordered chicken instead. Sincerely Ryan

I would have sent my food back and went to taco bell had my boyfriend let me. The amount of food served was insulting and barely enough to satisfy a child. Look at the size of the meat compared to my rolled silverware and the sides(guac sour cream etc) were literally one tablespoon each. Will never come back, service also left a lot to be desired.

Very disappointed! I had the ½ rack of ribs and it was overcooked. No Bueno! The side dishes and appetizers were good but that was it. We had several servers tending to us and they were just as nice as can be but when I told the server that the ribs were overcooked and didn’t taste good her reply was«really, I’ve never tried them.» And with that she walked away still with a smile on her face. My sister had the fajitas and said it was mediocre at best. The onions were undercooked and the meat was under seasoned. We’ve eaten here before and the food was great. It’ll be awhile before we come back and try it again. Might just have to stop for yogurt on the way home to make this a happy ending. Here’s the kicker. The Manager came over and we told her that the ribs were overcooked and I couldn’t finish them. Her reply«I wish you’d have said something earlier», I said«everyone was busy», her reply«oh okay sorry I’ll let them know» and with that she walked away. First of all who is she referring to when she says«them»? And really. That’s it? The guy at the next table ordered fish and sent it back because he said it was so undercooked he thought it was Sushi! By the time his food came back he had to take it go since the rest of the table had already finished their meals.

Don’t go to this Chillis because they’ll make you wait 10 minutes for someone to seat you and only make eye contact with you but don’t speak a word. I left.

Love this place. We are regulars and enjoy being able to come in for our favorite bites. The Ziosk at the tables makes it SO easy to re-order drinks and pay your tab when you’re done. I signed up to their email list and get FREE Appetizer coupons regularly!!!

The food was good but it came pretty slowly. The appetizers were on time but we were waiting on the entrees for a solid 25 minutes. It’s a Friday so it’s a little more understandable. Still the food quality was good n friendly service

I always come to this place when I want something easy to eat. I usually get the $ 35 dinner for two with the presidente margaritas. So I will be reviewing that: that menu doesn’t have many choices as far as the appetizers and the entrées go, but what they do have it’s good, you can never go wrong with fajita. Your experience will depend mostly on the day of the week you go. During week you’ll be seated right away and you will be in and out quick. But on the weekends you can wait upwards of 40 minutes, and you food will take forever. All in all it’s an okay place, nothing out of this world, and the service is neither bad nor good. Average all around.

I don’t understand why there is a 10 minute wait without any chips or any accommodations even though we are a group of 3. We have several seating options and yet we aren’t able to get a seat. Interesting.

Never get takeout from this location. Food was ready nearly an hour after the time they had told us. Then food was all packed in together so that the broccoli made the sweet potato fries and chicken fingers soggy and cold. They also forgot the sauces that were ordered. So much for a quick takeout lunch.

Oh Brother! What happened here? Chili’s has become very efficient at processing food and customers but you may not want to eat what they serve you and you may never actually see your server. Terrible food, completely absent service, your best friend is the kiosk on your table that let’s you pay your bill and leave quickly. Chili’s has become some kind of experiment in restaurant efficiency, a dream if some efficiency expert concerned with reducing dine times, serving food quickly(that can be prepared hours in advance), and getting customers out the door as fast as possible. Now that last part won’t be a problem because believe me, once you try the food, you can’t wait to leave! No kidding this food was bad. Really bad. I would talk about the service, but there was really no service to speak of. I think my server was the computer kiosk on my table but I’m not sure. I came to Chili’s to try it out after being away for a year or so. I made the huge mistake of not checking my Unilocal app first(my bad) and I paid for it dearly. We started by ordering the Chips and Salsa appetizer and a few sodas on the kiosk thingy on the table. Soon our server arrived with the Chips and sodas and asked for our orders. We ordered the Chicken Sandwich and one of the burgers. The chips were ok(a strange oil taste on them but they were the right texture). The salsa however was really bad. Like the worst out of a can stuff you can buy. The salsa was so bad it really made the chips inedible so even though they were advertised as «bottomless» we never finished even half of them(another win for the efficiency expert). The Chicken Sandwich and Burger arrived about 20 minutes later. The chicken sandwich was sloppily thrown on the plate with the chicken slid off the bun lying on the side of the plate. The chicken itself was not grilled but cooked in some other fashion(boiled I think) as it had some strange texture and faux grill marks as if to fool the customer into thinking it was grilled. It was really weird and not good. It was obviously not made fresh but prepared hours before and kept warm in some fashion that made the chicken somewhat gelatinous(efficiency expert strikes again). My GF ordered the cheeseburger(don’t remember which one) but she really, really didn’t like it. It was reportedly very greasy and strange tasting and was served with an ornamental order of fries(meaning they were technically fries but not edible or enjoyable). With no server in sight for 20 min or more we just decided to pay our bill on the kiosk and get the heck out of this place. Best part of the whole experience was the ability to pay the check quickly and leave. Another win for the efficiency expert! I’m really sad this place has gotten so bad. I used to like coming here to enjoy some food, some drinks, and some friendly service. Now it would just be a place to try out the latest in computerized ordering efficiency and bad but very cost effective food processing techniques. I would avoid this place at all costs. There is an Applebee’s right down the street that is much better. Go there instead.

My general rule with Chili’s is that it’s a better lunch place than dinner place… the reason that there’s always a crowd and a wait for dinner and while the food is always good, to me it’s not worth waiting 20 – 30 minutes just for a table. That being said, if you don’t mind eating in the bar you can usually get seated quickly and they’ll give you free chips. It was lunch for 5 and our waitress kept the drinks full and checked in on us regularly. Chili’s does do a nice job with their lighter fare menu listing the caloric breakdown on the meal. This location has been recently renovated and they managed to open up the space a bit or as they say on House Hunters… it has an open floor plan. It’s Chili’s they’re always friendly and there’s never really any surprises when it comes to their food.
