Unpleasant experience at THIS location. Have always been a fan of Friday’s but the food and service were less than mediocre. The waitress was ill, sneezing and coughing. She was extremely slow which caused our food to be cold. Cold potato skins are pretty bad. We had to ask 3 times for a beer. Won’t be returning to THIS location. Hopefully another will be like what I remember Friday’s to be.

My friend and i decided to come here. we were slightly disappointed for the 15 min wait before our server came to ask for our drinks. He was very patient. i was thinking about leaving. I wasnt feeling the food in fridays so i ordered the cool appizeter, mozzarella sticks, they have the 474 promotion but i think its misleading since its suppose to be $ 4 apps $ 7 entrées $ 4 desserts but its all starting at that price. I got the $ 5 mozzarella sticks instead of the original $ 7.90. the $ 5 deal comes with 4 sticks, the regular price is 6 pieces. My friend had a burger. Which took 45 mins to come to the table. I finished my sticks within 15 minutes. I also had 3 servings of water and the burger hasnt arrived. Our server was sweet but slightly disappointed that i didnt order an entrée. I dont like the entrées since i think its too SALTY! i read other reviews and thats what i notice. My friends burger was covered in seasoning and his fries were swimming in salt and pepper. He didnt finish his meal. I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks but not in this location. My favorite was in port st lucie! Overall: food comes out slow and cold, topped off with a side of high blood pressure from the sodium that they packed on!

My boyfriend and I come here so often, it’s absolutely ridiculous. The stripes rewards program makes it difficult not to come back! We always get a great coupon to use! Food is always great, service is excellent, and restaurant is clean. We have had everything from their appetizers to their jack Daniels menu to their burgers and their salads. Haven’t had any issues for years. I will say though, their service is much better in person than for take out. Make sure you save room for their desserts. Their Tennessee whiskey cake is THEBEST. I don’t know if it’s here as a special item or if it’s officially on the menu but I really hope it’s here to stay :)

This is a terrible place I will never be coming back. I sat at the bar for a whole quarter of football and didn’t get my drink until after the game. I told the bartender I wanted food he said«hold on one sec» and 30 min later I’m leaving. On top of everything, THEYAREN’T EVENBUSY! Screw this place. TERRIBLE

This Friday’s location used to be «my spot». Friendly staff, good food and service but not anymore. Ever since their hours of operation changed their customer service skills went out the window. A waitress argued in front of me about how she wasn’t taking anymore customers because she had too many. The manager then approached us and lied about their kitchen«closing» just so we can leave. I’ll never come back to this location ever again. If I could give zero stars I would. Learn how to treat your customers or watch your business go down the train.

It’s hard to fault Friday’s as it does what it is designed to do pretty well, provide a bar like setting and bar food. Very few unique dishes and cost seems a bit high based upon execution.(Pay for extras like dinner salad, even with steaks and ribs) The business needs to reconsider some past favorites like unlimited soup/salad, mushroom chicken mushroom, house blue cheese vinaigrette dressing, and cheap or unlimited appetizers. The servers are often new and learning the ropes. Most are attentive and caring. The front support could use some better attention to move to seating faster when possible. The management is poor and doesn’t follow up likely knowing an issue is real and avoidable with more care.

Friday’s ii’s a great place for happy hour or late night drinks. I usually make it here with hubby when we feel like eating wings and getting a couple of drinks. Food here isn’t out of this world, and the few times I have sat at a table rather than the bar, the service isn’t anything to brag about, but it is convenient, inexpensive, and decent enough.

I’m not sure what to do with this review. We didn’t have a bad experience on our recent visit but it wasn’t great. The service was good once it got started but the big issue seemed to be a fight over who our server was going to be. That was a bit confusing because we didn’t want multiple drink orders coming to us. We both ordered burgers, he the All-American Stacked and me the Stacked Barbeque. Both our burgers tasted good but mine seemed to stay together better than his. Instead of putting two thin patties on a burger, they should just make a thicker one and I think that would be better. The air conditioning in this place had me so cold that before we left, we went out to finish our beers on the patio to try and thaw. And once I got home, I went out on my pool deck and sat for about 30 minutes for more thawing. The air handler was blowing directly down on us and we were frozen! One thing I really wasn’t happy about was watching the hostess get off work, walk out of the patio to her car in the nearest non-handicapped spot the restaurant has. I’m sorry, but employees should always be parking in the back of an establishment so customers can have the shortest walk!

I used to work at the Fridays in Boca and it was never as bad as this one. Me and my family walked in and had to wait 10 minutes for a hostess to seat us. We saw her running food and bussing tables. It was only a Wednesday but still??? We finally got sat. Then our server was apparently in a rush and gave us horrible customer service. Brought us plates AFTER we ate our appetizers and was never visible to us to get his attention. I would understand if it was a busy night but there was literally 4 other tables in the entire restaurant. I can’t imagine how this restaurant runs on a busy night! I’m never coming back. I work at hooters now and understand fast pace and great service. So I like to receive the same

This chain is just ok. The food selection needs to be updated. The service took a very long time and the taste was far from delicious. This is a chain restaurant and with that said it has just that plain commercial taste. Would not revisit again.

I now remember why we stopped eating at Friday’s! The food was terrible! ! We got a bunch of apps and everything tasted over cooked! They changed the potatoe skins and now they look like over cooked triangles with some fake cheese on top, so gross! And in true Fridays fashion they still have the nastiest bathrooms of any restaurant I’ve ever been too! I mean its pretty bad when the doors barely even close and you have to stick your foot in front of it so no one comes in! Not to mention the sure disgusting appearance the bathrooms in like if it has never been clean at all! I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never visit it again!

Okay, so I know giving TGI Friday’s a 5-star review might make some of you question my credibility, but I’m basing this on the level of other regular chain restaurants such a Applebees, Chilis, etc and also on this specific location. I’ve been going to this location for a long time(seeing as there’s a lack of anything to do in Coral Springs) and it is my favorite for a few reasons. The biggest reason is the service. The last few months I’ve been coming, they have upped the anti in their service department. The waitresses and waiters are awesome and attentive. They are polite and most of all, FAST.(Shoutout to the kitchen staff because I know this is your doing as well!) Anyways, service makes or breaks a place for me and I love it, especially when I’m hungry.(Doesn’t everyone?) Sam was my server and I guarantee you will have an amazing time with her. She’s personable, funny and got me refills when I didn’t even know I needed one! She’s the kind of server that can read your mind and decide what you need before your mind even knows it. I had Doug today and he was great too — both were much better than past experiences and Sam remembered me, which surprised me because I’ve only had her table once or twice before. Cool. Now onto the main course(ha, ha), I ordered the Bruschetta Chicken Pasta which is always great IMO and my friend tried the $ 12 endless appetizers which now gives you the option to choose whichever ones you want!(WHATTTT? Endless food for $ 12?!) And these aren’t «basic» appetizers. He had sriracha boneless wings which were crazy and crazy good.(Note: Don’t expect them to be super spicy as much as they are flavorful. I am a huge wimp when it comes to spicy food and I handled these okay). Then, we had the mozzarella sticks, which, no exaggeration, were the best I ever had. Finally, we had the potstickers which are consistent and never disappoint(I’m Asian, trust me). Not sure if it’s because we came in late, but all of the food was made to order which honestly surprised me. I expected them to have all the appetizers premade and just warmed up because… well, it’s $ 12 for endless appetizers, but they actually consider the customer which is great for a cheaper sit-down restaurant. He also let us take soda to-go. That is not a normal thing, but I dig it. Oh and if you come in late and don’t get to finish your appetizer, if you ask really nicely, they might let you box it ;) Yep, got mozzarella sticks waiting for me in the fridge. Like I said, can’t speak for other locations, but this one is on point!

I don’t where to start from. First off it was my birthday to have a good night… was just impossible because this place was beyond trash. The service is so slow I it took so long for the bartender to serve us. I can’t even believe that it took an hour for us to receive drinks and food service. The chicken tasted like rubber, there were bus boys, our dishes was just sitting at our table for a long time. The table next to us with all of their dishes were sitting on the table for an hour till I had to say something. Got the wrong dessert, told them it was my birthday but nobody didn’t sing. It’s funny the bartender had a nice attitude but just hard time of remember to do the little things a bartender is supposed to do. I’m sorry to say this I just would not advise you guys coming to this restaurant.

They’ve improved this place considerably in the past 6 months! While the menu is just so-so, they brought back the Sunday-Thursday deals where most alcoholic drinks are 3 $ and select appetizers are half off. The catch is that you have to sit at the bar.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years, but I’m appalled at the service my family and I received tonight. When we were seated at a booster area, napkins and trash littered the floor below us. The seat also had a trace of spilled drinks from the previous customers. My brother and I ordered the Tuscan Spinach Dip and the Ahi Tuna Crisps to go with our pick-2 meals. However, our waiter only brought our the tuna crisps and the chips for our dip, not the actual dip. After chatting for half an hour, waiting for the dip to show up, we were instead presented our three entrees. Our waiter was embarrassed by the fact that we still had not received our dip. My Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta was delicious, as was the Half-Rack Baby Back Ribs(both pick-2), however my brother did not get to choose his sides for his ribs. In addition to the lack of choice, my mother received under-cooked, flavorless rice as one of her sides for her Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Langostino Lobster. The lobster was also completely omitted from her meal, and was instead replaced by baby shrimp in a soupy-looking sauce. The sauce, might I add, arrived after my mother finished her entrée. We asked our waiter to rectify the absence of the lobster, to which he agreed but never pulled through with. When asked about it later, he had the audacity to tell us that we would be charged if we still wanted to include the lobster. Our waiter neglected our table and ignored my repeated requests for napkins, so I had to ask another waiter for them. On top of that, he never stopped by at our table to clear our plates and refill our drinks. We received our aforementioned spinach dip after we completed our meals by a half-hearted manager, who didn’t even bother to apologize for the completely late arrival of our appetizer. Since our chips were cold by then, they had agreed to bring us some new ones, but we had received chips that were staler than the previous batch.

We ate at the bar and it was a bad experience. Service was sub par due to the fact that the manager conducted a meeting with the entire bar staff for 30 minutes. Our food was brought out cold. No one ever bothered to check on us at which point we would have mentioned that everything was brought to us cold and dried out Note to the manager don’t have a staff meeting a foot away from your customers it’s tacky and we really don’t care to hear where each bottle and bar utensil has to be placed, and if you do need to speak to them don’t tie them up and leave your customers unattended for a length of time.
