Awesome experience!, my kids ordered the Wet burrito, husband«steak lover» the tampiquena and he loves it, for me vegetarian dish that it was amazing, chile stuffed with refried black beans and plantains in a bed of tomato Chipotle sauce and cover with soft and creamy cheese sauce. I have to said it was more than I expected! almost forgot the top of the night a delicious Pomegranate Margarita, just perfection. Great service and festive decoration!..

Not impressed. Everything tastes the same. I thought the nachos were interesting the first time I ate them, but the second time I ate them they were served in a disgusting bowl that was broken in six different places. When I said something to the waitress she just walked away and no one ever came back to say anything to us about it. We were excited about having a new place to eat, but we are done with this place. Not going back.

The Unilocal app and anywhere I look said this place open at 11am. I get to los tacos and there closed. Some guy comes out and states«sorry we open at 12pm PAPI» seems unprofessional and clearly there’s an issue with there times of operation. I will not be coming back!

I’ll start with the good. The tacos and sangria were good. But the list of «bads» was long. We’ll start with the fact that the server made zero effort to speak English, only speaking to my bilingual wife after it was very clear that she was the only Spanish speaker at the table. The chips were cold and the salsa was nothing special. One salsa was tomatillo. The other, I have no idea(as previously mentioned, the server made zero effort to speak English). I asked for a spicy salsa and was brought something that tastes like burnt cooking oil. Although the tacos were tasty. I do not think that I will be revisiting Los Tacos in Coral Springs.

Prices are high, rotten iced tea, very greasy food, chips and salsa are cold and hard no flavor, salsa is a joke, hey but $ 2 tacos were good, wifes tacos came out with four, and she told waiter no cilantro and she wanted soft tacos came out hard and cilantro all over it, and when they fixed the problem she only recieved 3 tacos for $ 12, also service is lacking even though they are trying

Been here about 4 times, first time the food and service was absolutely great! I can’t say the same for the other 3 times. The food is what keeps me coming but the staff Is HORRID except for 1 server. Can’t remember her name unfortunately. This place has some of the best tacos I’ve ever had I just wish the service matched the food.

Had to check this place out. It’s been open for a few weeks we finally made it for lunch. I don’t give it full stars only because the service is ok and the prices are high for the food. I had the«tacos con papas and chorizo» I have to admit there very good. We also order the fish tacos and my husband was not happy. Not much flavor and overwhelm with cold slaw… They fish was also very dry. All in all not sure if I’ll be back. Probably will give it another try but it would be in the bottom of my list. I’ll keep going to my little whole in the wall«la ranchera» for real authentic non overpriced Mexican food.

I came to this restaurant because I keep seeing it in my feed. I LIVE for Mexican food, so I’m always happy to try new places. Verdict… I was a little disappointed. This restaurant is located at a strip mall next to a bravo supermarket, so the parking close to it is full. The place is small for what I saw, very narrow, I’m not sure how far back it goes since we were seated by the door. Service wise, its fine, no one was overly friendly, but no one was rude, our waiter noticed our table was wobbly so he tried to fix it for us, unsuccessfully:( Food wise. I ordered a taco specialty(shredded chicken in chipotle sauce) that is all I got, just three tacos. They were $ 12 and I really didn’t even want to ask if they had sides, i just didn’t feel like paying another $ 5 for more food. Make the meal a few bucks more and add sides. I was a bit miffed, guess i should have asked. Hubby’s dish was $ 18 and came with some rice, and other stuff, he liked it. My tacos were flavorful but a bit dry. Our total bill was $ 56, for a couple of sodas, tacos and hubby’s dish. A bit high for what we got. Not coming back.

Review not based on food. Walked in hostess was very nice. They sat us right away. After 10 minutes a man asked if anyone had come over we said no. He asked us what we wanted to drink, we said some water he went to get it very nice. Then a few minutes later our waitress showed up. We asked if they had single tacos and she said no. We asked if we can maybe mix up the tacos she said no. I told her we would need a minute and then I just looked at my husband and said«you know what let’s just go». Unfortunately just not a good first experience who knows maybe later on we’ll try again.

OHMYGOD!!! I am completely won over by this new entry to the Coral Springs dining sector. having just opened up in the past several weeks, we’d been waiting for our chance to try this new mexican restaurant out. With a spouse of that nationality, we’re somewhat of experts in the cuisine but we weren’t prepared for what we got. This space has been host to a variety of restaurants and cuisines in the 12 years we’ve lived in the neighborhood but I’m happy to say this current place is probably the best of them all. This is certainly not just your mom-and-pop mexican but is really more upscale in terms of the food while still casual in terms of the inside of the place. While I was parking, the husband got caught saying yet to ordering gaucamole and chips. I love this as an appetizer and we weren’t disappointed since this had great, big chunks of avocado in it. What I wasn’t prepared for when the check came was the price for it. At nearly $ 11, it’s one of the most expensive I’ve ever had, even if it was one of the best. Served with two small dishes of sauces, they weren’t really chili or even salsa but something more unique and delicious. While very good, I thought it might be overprices a bit. Now came the dinners. My husband ordered the«Award-winning Enchiladas» while I ordered the Mole Enchiladas. I can only say that both lived up to their billing. While maybe priced on the higher side of dinners at around $ 13 a dinner, each was served with rice and black beans. For some reason, every mexican establishment in Florida uses black beans instead of red beans that are commonly found in mexican restaurants in Chicago. I’ve never gotten used to this. While the beans had good flavor, sadly, the rice really had none. My rice, taught to me by my wonderful mother-in-law, is far better. My suggestion to the chef is to use chicken bullion in the water to boil it instead of just plain water. And more tumeric! The margharitas we ordered were probably the best I’ve ever had. Fresh, not from the bottle and delicious, one was all we needed for this evenings meal. Any more and we would have worried about getting home. Please visit this great place and go often because the food is truly remarkable!

My boyfriend and I really loved this place and were foodie snobs. The chips for the nachos(they also come on the side with some menu items) were awesome! The steak quesadilla was my fav! The service was fast, friendly and accommodating.

Los Tacos. I saw the ads in Clipper Magazine every month(coming soon!). The build up, the anticipation. I finally discovered that they were open so last weekend I decided to stop in for some take out so I could see if Chef Omar really did live up to his sterling reputation here in South Florida. I ordered the Locos Tacos and steak quesadillas. The tacos were great, like authentic Mexican food(unlike cheap knock offs like Taco Hell). The presentation was great and they were delicious & flavorful. The quesadillas were like buttah! Soft, flour tortillas stuffed with delicious steak and cheese that was smooth like silk. My personal opinion… a little too salty. Then again, I tend to eat a healthy, low sodium diet, so the average joe would most likely be perfectly fine with it. I’m eager to go back again and try some different items from the menu! Los Tacos gets my vote for one of the best Mexican restaurants in Coral Springs!

Was eager to try the newest Mex addition to Coral Springs and with the success this one has had locally could not wait until the day this opened. Finally had a chance to go with the wife. She’s not as much into Mexican food as I am so this should be a good test. Loved the theme as it was Halloween time and the costumes ranged from a masked lucha libre wrestler to a Chespirito and some day of the dead type skull characters. Much better than the other incarnations this space was before. We were well attended to and started to look over the menu. That’s when the piñata burst on this party. $ 11 for just three tacos? It should at least come as a platter with rice and beans for that much… I decided to order the steak ones for the wife and the La Tampiquena. Again, no complimentary chips and salsa. Even though I could not resist to call La Tampiquena«Tanpequena» it was not. It was a big bland meal and cost close to $ 20. The Churros were very good. My wife’s tacos were good but nothing better than what you can get at other authentic local Mexican places for a lot less. I’m not coming back unless I come across another $ 10 off coupon as the value is just not there. It really stands AGAINST what authentic should be as far as value goes.

The food was good and the staff very friendly. I just wish for what you pay, you’d get a little more. You have to pay $ 4 more dollars just for chips. I’d try their wet burrito. It’s pretty great and it actually comes with chips! The white sauce on it isn’t too heavy and is very delicious. I’d just eat it with chips it’s so good! The Tacos Locos was also tasty, but a little pricey for 3 tacos…

I am giving this place 1 star because there is not an option to give less. DON’T BOTHERGOTOCHINISOREVENTACOBELL Just went here expecting something good based on their marketing claims. The place is in complete chaos. Waited almost 2 Hours to get our food. Ordered chips and salsa, never came had to ask the owner to finally get just that. People seated after us were getting their food we still had nothing. When the order came they had it wrong asked for steak tacos got pork and the waitress said no that’s steak. Food was cold and flavorless ended up not even finishing it and just sent it back. Service was terrible. Seriously do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Had ground beef Tacos. In a word AWFUL. Had I not been famished I would have left it and paid the bill. The entrée consisted of some unseasoned, incredibly greasy hamburger meat with some lettuce, maybe a tiny bit of cheese and a drop of sour cream(invisible) spread onto 3 soft tortillas. If you want that much grease get a Big Mac — it’s cheaper. No chips and Salsa with this meal at $ 11. Tiana Taxi, El Mariah and Chipotle are superior choices to this place. Maybe they will succeed being next to a Spanish grocer. Even so Mexicans might be even more critical. I”ve been to Mexico and Spain and loved the food. I don’t know what ethnicity this food is.

This was a memorable meal for sure! The variety of tacos and AUTHENTIC Mexican cuisine was scintillating to the discerning tastebuds. The sauces were exquisite. The beer and margaritas complimented our meal… and oh yeah… desserts to die for.
