Philly wrap was one of the best I’ve had! Service was super fast and the staff was very friendly too. I’ll definitely be back!

This is essentially a small second location of Café Mike’s The owner of Mike’s took over the old Harold’s building and really turned it into something nice. It will seat about 40 snugly, but not so comfortably. The wooden bench seating is straight-back and hard on the body. There are two bar style tables and stool seating that book-end the dining area, with one near the register and one inside the entrance. The interior has a much cleaner and less cluttered feel than Mike’s. The white ceiling is clean and bare, unlike Mike’s, with 100s of trucker and baseball caps tacked up everywhere. The walls are covered with dark planks of varying widths. The ‘theme’ is Route 66 with tins Route 66 signs and drawings/sketches of a Studebaker, like the one used in their logo. The menu offers all the same food fare as Mike’s, with burgers, wraps, salads, hot dogs and sandwiches. The menu prices include tax and is budget friendly with the most expensive item being $ 8.25 for some salads. Grill items(burgers, grilled chicken and Ribeye) and sandwiches(grilled chicken Philly or steak Philly on pita or hot dog and chicken salad) are served with Sea Salt fries, homemade chips or a baked potato and prices range from $ 4.74-$ 7.00. The hamburger here is indistinguishable from Mike’s if they were side by side in a blind taste. The fries here are VERY good, more of a vaguely salted with sea salt and a small Steak style cut. There is a daily wrap special costing $ 6.00-$ 7.00. Currently, the hours are rather short, catering more to the lunch hours. I’m hoping these might change as time passes and they have a full working crew hired and trained. Update*** I tried the slug burger bites and they were very good. They are pretty small and the texture is that of a slightly undercooked hushpuppy, but has the taste of a good hushpuppy.

An exciting new restaurant in a historic location. The former establishment at this location, Hamburger Harold’s, was one of Corinth oldest and most beloved restaurants until the death of its owner. The restaurant was locally known for never having had a sign out front or a name on the door. It’s reputation for quality and the food was paramount. Lil Mike’s Grill is tastefully decorated and draws on the ambience of the nearby historic railroad depot. The nearby intersection of two railroad lines at the depot was the spot which brought the Civil War to Corinth, Mississippi in 1862(and an estimated 300,000 soldiers). The little restaurant shares the same block as the old Mitchell’s Department Store building. In local retail history, this store was famous for its Christmas displays and upstairs toy land where many a childhood desire orginated at Christmas time. Lil Mike’s features burgers with an assortment of other offerings to please a variety of tastes. If you are the adventurous sort, try the Slug Bites Basket, a variant on the local Slugburger specialty adapted to a more sophisticated presentation.
