I have purchased multiple shoes from this location. Each time being helped by a different person. I am an avid online shopper, so upon arrival I usually know exactly what I want. Yet, the most recent time, the sales lady whom helped me was the store manager, and I believe the gentleman there was the Asst. manager. They were both extremely knowledgable about my feet problems and I walked out not purchasing the shoes I saw online but 2 other pairs that better catered to my feet. Clarks offers great quality. The employees at this location are amazing and welcoming! I have sent many of my friends their way.

I wasn’t acknowledged when I came in. I walked around trying to find a shoe that is «healthy» for my foot(meaning it doesn’t squish my foot or cause bunions) and when I finally got someone to acknowledge me, I explained the type of shoe I was looking for(for healing bunions) and she suggested a shoe that causes bunions. Uuummm… So I corrected her and told her that would perpetuate my foot problem. She said ok. Then she said, «I’ll be right back.» Uuummmm… As she walked away I asked her, «wait so am I waiting for you? Are you going to show me more shoes?» THEN she explained she was going to finish helping another customer and ask someone else to assist me. I said ok. I stood there waiting and saw her go help her other customer and did not go find someone to help me. I believe in purchasing quality and Clark’s seems to have quality shoes. So if you’re going to sell quality, then have sales people trained in the type of customers that might come in looking for the quality shoes you sell, shoes that help prevent the type if foot ailments like bunions. Hello? You sell shoes for a particular audience and when that audience comes in, you can’t help them?! OMG. I walked out. I’ll go somewhere else where they have knowledge of FEET and not just ppl who can hand me a box that has my shoe size.
