Jack in the Box

Food is always goos like any jack in the box. but it is the GREAT STAFF that separates this jack in the box from the others… always enjoy my experience here. THANK YOU FATIMA (manager) !!! God bless!

I don’t expect much from fast food places– but the people here are rude. I don’t know how the food is at this location because the hours were wrong online. When looking on Google maps, their info says they’re open until 1am, 7 days a week, but this is wrong. Wen I pulled up to the drive through, the voice on the speaker was clearly annoyed, shouting only «we close». I guess I’ll drive 2 miles to the one at the 91/​greenriver… From now on.

On May 22, 2015 Memorial Day, my family and I stopped to eat here on the go to Oceanside. I was the only one who ordered the jumbo jack with cheese. Everyone else ordered a chicken item on the menu. Within 3 hours I became very sick with stomach cramps and all the other symptoms of food sickness if you know what I mean. By morning the stomach pain, throwing up and feverish was full blown out. I have been sick for 3 days straight. I felt like I was punched in the stomach and kidneys. Not to mention I can’t eat solid food. The other members of my family did not get sick. Sorry Jack in the Box I will ever eat there again! Not sure if it was the hamburger patty or cheese. My husband had the chicken sandwich which had lettuce so I ruled that out. It’s been the most miserable 3 days on my Memorial Day holiday.

Bad service from the night crew the managers are rude. Also they are a franchise Jack in the Box which means they are over priced compared to the Jack a mile and a half from this one. (6^th and smith st.) They also charge for sauces such as ranch etc. and all prices are 40 to 50 cents more. NOT COMING HERE AGAIN!

Ok, really not a Jack in the Box fan.
This is the closest fast food next to my house, great location in the Ralphs parking lot and was the ideal hangover breakfast last weekend.
My son got the breakfast platter with bacon, eggs, hashbrown and pancakes for $ 3.99.
You really can’t beat the value on that one.
My husband had the two for $ 3.50 breakfast croissants, also excellent price.
I had the regular breakfast sandwich, at just over $ 1, it beats any other place, pretty good taste, they also offer egg whites which I noticed too late.
Nice service at the drive through, super fast, made to order.
not a fan of the rest of their food, but it really hit the spot in the morning.

Don’t eat fast food much and this is the only place around me so take this review with a grain of salt (sick of it haha). They are not 24 hours. Food is usually pretty fresh. Orders are 98% correct in drive thru (was the wrong sandwich when I got home today). Breakfast all day. Clean facility’s. Staff friendly.

Great workers very friendly and fast! The only jack in the box that still has $ 1 drinks. So far they always give us what we order, or if they have slightly mess up they don’t get upset when you tell them.

The one by serfs club usually doesn’t have the air conditioner on so it’s pretty hot during the summer, food is good though.

It’s right off Green River Rd. One of the few, if not the only fast food place in this area. The service was nice and quick when I came.

I am not really a Jack in the Box fan food-​wise, however, their customer service is the best around! We live right up the street so we only go there if we don’t have any food in the house and need something quick. The workers there are always so polite. We once waited a while in the drive-​thru, and they gave us a coupon for a free shake. They got our order wrong once when we were eating inside, and they gave us a free shake and coupons. I am very impressed by the service at this place. Keep up the good work!
